Ich würde nicht einmal kostenlos noch einmal dort schlafen gehen. Keine Lüftung in dem sehr kleinen Zimmer. Und da es einen Sturm gab, nicht möglich, die Fenster offen zu lassen. Die Luft war am Morgen so schlecht, dass ich glaube, das Zimmer würde nicht einmal staatliche Auflagen erfüllen. Da auch dem Personal klar war, dass das kleine Zimmer keine 2200 Sek wert ist, hätte ich an dem Tag dort kostenlos essen können. Da ich aber arbeiten musste, ging das nicht. Am nächsten Tag hätte ich nicht mehr dort essen können. Das finde ich sehr unflexibel. Jetzt würde ich nicht einmal mehr dort essen wollen. Ich weiss nicht, wann ich letztes mal so unendlich enttäuscht war.

Bra läge i förhållande till tågstationen, vänlig och serviceinriktad personal i receptionen, restaurangen, lokalvårdare

Kan inte klaga på något men hade uppskattat om man kunde få något att äta när köket var stängt, exempelvis en smörgås eller sallad

Gjorde bokning via Booking. Betalning och bekräftelse mottagen. Väl vid incheckning fanns ingen bokning i hotellets system och personal kunde inte skapa ny bokning.

スタッフの方は気持ちよく対応してくれました。 特に特別なお願いをしたわけではありませんが、嫌な思いもせず、快適に過ごせました。 ルンドの駅から近いし、アケセス抜群です。 フロアごとにコーヒーマシンが置いてあり、部屋でゆっくりコーヒーも楽しむことができます。

特にありませんが、強いて言うなら、金曜暇の夜はホテルの前のスポーツバーで若者が盛り上がって、大きい声が気になることはありましたが、それ以外はほぼないです

Stayed at this property for a brief night while through Sweden. We arrived in the evening and spend a couple hours exploring the old town area around the hotel, which we enjoyed. There is close proximity to multiple restaurants. The hotel itself is an older property. The bed was hard. The property is not air-conditioned, so our only option was to leave windows open at night as it was stuffy. We were in a front tower room. The noise with the windows open was unbelievably loud. This is a small town, and we were very surprised by the amount of shouting, yelling, and carrying on until 2am. The noise started up again with loud trucks by 5am. There are also trains arriving and going throughout the night. While the older property is atmospheric, I do not think it was worth putting up with that amount of noise for the night. Perhaps a room to the back of the hotel would be more quiet. The bathroom was quite small. We also found that some of the outlets in the room did not work. The breakfast buffet was nice. It has a certain grand old hotel charm, but overall, cannot recommend because of the noise we experienced.

Breakfast was great. There was lots of choice. The dining room was well set out and had a nice atmosphere. Our room was beautiful and had a view over the square.

Always the best service. Excellent selection of bevereges and wine. Great food as well. Location in Lund old town city center is perfect. Great atmosphere any time of the year. Friendly and proffessional staff. A must if you visit Lund. A dont miss.

This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Lund, with a grand appearance in keeping with its name. The public areas are nicely maintained and the staff are very well presented. Our room was a little on the small side, but nicely decorated; the bathroom was also small, with limited space to unpack toiletries. Breakfast was very well stocked, with many different cold and hot options, including waffles and an egg station; the dining room is a very lovely space in which to start the day. We had a room facing out onto the square, which could get hot during the day and could also be noisy at night, due I think to people coming out of a karaoke bar nearby. I think this is probably the best hotel in Lund, and I would definitely stay at the Grand Hotel again.

We stayed one night at the Grand Hotel in Lund, from Saturday to Sunday. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, although there were a few things that could have been better. The hotel hosts parties and events, and there was a birthday celebration on our floor during our stay. The party itself wasn’t particularly disruptive, but it became quite noisy when the guests left the ballroom. I couldn’t help wondering why we hadn’t simply been given a room on a different floor. As it was a Saturday night in the summer, there was also some noise from people out on the street, although that is of course somewhat to be expected given the hotel’s central location. One other downside was the bathroom, which was very small. On the positive side, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was beautifully decorated, and the food was excellent. The breakfast the following morning was another highlight — genuinely one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. All in all, the Grand Hotel has a lot to recommend it, particularly the food and atmosphere, but a quieter room would have made our stay considerably more enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hotel. The location is excellent, and the historic character of the hotel gives it a charm and atmosphere that you simply don’t get from newer properties. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good. Parking can be a little tricky, but the staff provided clear directions and instructions, which made it much easier. There were a couple of drawbacks. Our room had a tub-shower combination, which I find awkward and potentially dangerous getting in and out of. The other issue was noise at night. We were particularly disturbed around 2–3 a.m. when the nearby bars emptied, so light sleepers may want to request a quieter room. Overall, a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful historic hotel, with excellent staff and a terrific location.

Unfortunately, our stay was far from what we expected. There was construction work directly outside our window early in the morning, with loud banging and welding flashes shining into the room. Needless to say, this made the view unpleasant and completely ruined our morning. Being woken up by construction noise is hardly the experience you expect when staying at a hotel of this standard. We also decided to walk in and book a room on the spot, only to find that the price we were given was several hundred SEK higher than the rates available on Hotels.com, Booking.com, and Agoda.com. As walk-in guests, that certainly didn't make us feel particularly welcome. On top of that, the reception staff had no idea which rooms had two separate beds. They had to ask the housekeeping staff, who apparently weren't sure either. For a hotel of this level, we found this rather surprising. Overall, a disappointing experience. The combination of early-morning construction noise, poor communication among staff, and a significantly higher walk-in rate left us feeling that the hotel did not live up to its reputation or its standards.

Very comfy beds and excellent towels! Amazing breakfast! Activities for children: game night, movie sessions. It was a very good experience.

I thought the staff could be more helpful. I lost my bag in the hotel, with my passport and credit cards. After looking in every inch of my room and returning to all the places I had been, I went to reception to ask if someone had found it. The receptionist said no, without even checking. I decide to go back and ask where the police station was, so I could report my documents missing. She then decided to call the housekeeping and they had found the bag - I asked her why she did not do it before - it could have save me some moments of despair... she answered: because I didn't know you had looked for it already.

Bortslarvad bokning, beställd o betalt för extratjänster som ej utfördes. Otroligt varmt på rummet utan möjlighet att svalka. Ohjälpsam personal i reception som hellre hjälpte andra än att lösa de problem som uppstått

Det var umuligt at sove på værelset pga larm fra pladsen foran hotellet, tog og letbane.

badrum behöver definitivt rustas upp. luktade fukt och mögel. hela hotellet behöver rustas upp . allt för dyrt utifrån standard.

A beautiful, older building, ornate interiors, and... the smallest hotel room I've ever seen in my life! Overrated and overpriced for the quality of the room, but likely a piece of hospitality history.

Läget

Vi bokade ett extra dyrt dubbelrum med badrum. Det blev rum 152 på första våningen som tilldelades. Något badrum fanns inte utan en toalett i huvudändan och en dusch i fotändan. Toaletten var så trång att satt man på toalettstolen hade man handfatet i ansiktet. Från duschen som har en inte helt frostat dörr klev man rakt in i rummet på ett parkettgolv med begynnande fuktskada. Tvättkommod har man flyttat in i rummet. Möblemanget i rummet lite slitet med vattenfläckar på skrivbordet. Orientaliska mattan på golvet i ett skick lämpad för tippen. För övrigt ingen AC så det var svårt att sova på grund av värme. Blomblad på bordet från blommor som inte fans. Till på köpet när vi har spetsat oss på en sovmorgon började man härja med möbelflytt våningen ovan redan klockan åtta på morgonen på grund av pågående renoveringsprojekt. Inte helt optimal vistelse som vi har sett fram emot. Det bästa med hotellet var frukosten.

It would have been better if there were a shower only. Taking a shower in the bathtub is not comfortable.

Værelset var slidt, og lignede noget, der havde haft sin bedste tid for en del år siden. Mønstret tapet skjuler ikke kaffeplettede (?) vægge. Afskallet og nusset maling.

Arrogant personal i baren med en svensk skäggprydd man som inte gillar sitt jobb. Mycket otrevligt besök i baren. Bättre i restaurangen på middagen.
