Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The poor receptionist was "grace under pressure". She said they had been very busy for over a week but she fixed the mistakes in my booking and was very kind about it. Very clean, comfortable, quiet (until the fireworks started at midnight! I dont know what the fiesta was. Lol). Excellent breakfast included. Highly recommend.
The description said it didn't open until 6pm. The receptionist said they are open 24 hrs per day. It would be nice to get correct info for tired pilgrims.

El pueblecito de Vila Nova de Cerveira un acierto y además se estaba preparando una feria por lo que estaba muy animado

Ich wollte die Küche nutzen und leider war sie an diesen Abend völlig ausgebucht. So das ich keinen Platz hatte um mein Essen zuzubereiten.

Отель расположен прямо возле дороги по которой всегда ездят машины ! Даже ночью . Летом очень жарко спать с закрытым окном, а если открыть , то шум от грузовиков и машин просто ужасен. Кондиционера нет.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Die Lage war optimal, weil es fast direkt am camino liegt. Ich hatte ein privatzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer. Die Sauberkeit war okay. Und auch das Frühstück war für eine Jugendherberge sehr gut wenn ich es mit manchen Hotels vergleiche.
Es liegt direkt an einer Stark befahrenen Straße. Normalerweise schlafe ich immer mit offenem Fenster, das war hier nicht möglich.

O quarto não tinha tv ,nem Internet ,a cama muito disconfortaval ouve a dizerem a outros hóspedes que havia Internet livre sem nesecidade de por codico mas nos não tinhamos nem com código nem sem código

El ruido, se escucha todo. La primera noche no logramos dormir hasta las 2 a.m porque en otras habitaciones no paraban de hablar (se escucha la conversación como si estuviesen en la misma habitación)

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026A localização é excelente, perto do centro e do rio (5 minutos a pé). Funcionários muito simpáticos e limpeza excelente. Ambiente familiar. Estacionamento privado. Visita obrigatória ao Aquamuseu (conhecer a lontra Miranda), jardins e espaço de lazer magníficos á beira rio, do melhor que existe em Portugal... Muitos pontos de interesse para visitar em Vila Nova de Cerveira e até Caminha... A Ponte da Amizade a 1km, permite ir até Espanha e visitar o Monte de Santa Tecla ou Santa Trega com uma vista deslumbrante, as escavações arqueológicas Celtas, a praia Espaço da Fortaleza e a sua esplanada, visitar a Guarda (La Guardia).
As cortinas eram pouco opacas e entrava a luz da manhã. Não tinha televisão no quarto e o secador de cabelo tinha que se pedir na recepção e entregar após utilização... O pequeno almoço era muito fraquinho... não havia bolos, nem croissants, o sumo era um refresco aguado...

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Breakfast was good and had variety. Very near to the historic center, which is good. Bed was very confortable. The staff at the recepetion was really nice. Although the room didnt have AC, it had a ventilator, which helped to make it fresher as it was really hot by the time of our stay
The bathrooms could be a bit improved - the door of the shower was broken. The sound isolation could also be improved - the rooms near the road suffered with a lot of noise from the cars. AC could be an option as well to make the rooms more confortable.

No air conditioning! Very hot in the room. Our windows opened to a busy street so too noisy to leave open.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Eine sehr schöne, ruhige Jugendherberge. Ich war in einem vier Bettzimmer alleine. Es war dort sehr leer. Hatte diesmal Frühstück, war auch sehr gut. Ich konnte auf Anfrage auch eher einchecken.

洗濯機の動作にクセがある。なので、最初からスタッフに声をかけるよう言われる。そして、スタッフが洗濯機をスタートさせてくれる。少し面倒で、申し訳なく感じた。

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Dit was een uitstekende overnachting plaats op de pelgrims route naar Valenca, helaas gelegen aan een drukke weg richting Spaanse grens, maar daar merkte je weinig van. Het was wel een stukje verwijderd van het centrum. Een fijne vierpersoonskamer voorzien van een eigen badkamer, lekker fris beddengoed en een handdoek.
