숙소는 가격대비 아주 시설이 좋았어요~ 조식도 엄청 맛있고 조식당 직원들도 너무 친절했어요~ 호텔이 너무 맘에 들어 우린 꼭 도요하시시에 다시 갈거예요~

조식당 메뉴중에 기본 아메리칸 블랙퍼스트 구성이 있고 빵을 넉넉하게 주시면 좋겠어요 그리고 요거트를 다 주면 해요~ 요거트때문에 조식당에 가는데 빵과 계란프라이 요거트만 먹고 싶은데 그게 힘들어서요~~ 메뉴 구성상 ^^ 그외엔 다 좋았어요

フレンチレストランの朝食は、とてもセンスが良く、凄く美味しかった。 駅にほぼ直結されていて、とても便利だった。

コンシェルジュが、周辺の情報にもう少し詳しいといいのにな、と思った。

櫃檯外語友善，離車站近、高樓景色優良，整體環境非常乾淨且富有高級感。

以價位來說房間稍小，但也非常足夠了。

きれい。新幹線がみえる。クラブフロアでフリードリンクが飲める。荷物を快く預かってくれた。ごはんがおいしかった。

バスタブがせまい。化粧水がない（案内もなかった。）。ごはんが高かった（なんでも追加料金制）。

The location is great and the club floor is an added bonus. The view from the club floor is amazing, and the amenities are first rate.

El aparcamiento incómodo y el Restaurante francés súper caro para la cantidad de comida que ponen en los platos… no pidan tabla de quesos porque es de vergüenza…

宿泊前にメールにて細かな点での配慮が有り、安心して宿泊できた。 夕食は夜景を楽しみながら、朝食は遠くの海を眺めながらの食事、リッチ感に浸る。 夕食　朝食ともボリュームが有り、特に和朝食。食べきれるか心配だった。

Good location from the station. Beautifully decorated and comfortable lounges & relaxing areas. The free beverages area Is a nice bonus.

The breakfast is beautiful and the restaurant views stunning, but had we been staying more than 2 nights the breakfast would have become repetitive as there is only a choice option for eggs & potatoes. An addional charge for the traditional Japanese breakfast seems wrong & should be an option when breakfast has been paid for. We stayed here some years ago in 2019 and there was a stunning buffet set up then, as well as some at seat service and the traditional Japanese option.

絶景！あと駅周りも充実してるので 夕食は駅周辺でいただきました。 朝食は7:30だと和食が売り切れていたのでまたリベンジしたいです！ お部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせました。

しいていえばラウンジで、ちょっとしたおつまみ(豆)をワインなどにも合うようなものに変えてもいいのではと思いました。

A bit mis sold a the reception and other areas fantastic , the rooms a bit dated and not cleaned to a high standard, ive stayed in better hotels in japan for less money per night. Set dinner menus bit pricey.

スタッフの対応が良かったです。

ラウンジのコーヒーが美味しくなかったです。かつ、ずっと個室で1人長いこと大きな声で電話している外国人がいて、話が筒抜けでうるさかったので、くつろげなかったです。

This is one of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed in many years of traveling on a budget. Rooms were large, bright and very clean. There is a club room on the 15th floor where you can relax with coffee and snacks all day and sake and highballs in the evening that are free. The view is terrific, especially at sunrise. The breakfast was great and it also came with a great view. I loved this hotel. Very close to train station.

こちらのホテルの利用は、２回目だったのですが、ホテルにたどり着くまで迷ったため、駅までの道順を教えてほしいと話したところ、なんと、実際にホテルを出て、一緒に歩いて教えて下さいました。翌日、自信を持ってスムーズに駅に行くことができました　＼(^o^)／💝✨　3回目、豊橋に伺う時は、迷わずこちらのホテルを利用させていただきます🤗💕

This hotel is very conveniently located, right by the train station, with stunning views from the windows. We stayed in a spacious corner room on the 11th floor. Breakfast in the restaurant on the 16th floor was beyond praise. And there's an impressive lounge club where you can grab a coffee while the restaurant is closed. I highly recommend it!

①EVでウエルカムドリンクの階に降りた際、荷物を持ったままだったのがおかしかったのか担当者の対応が悪かった　言葉に気をつけてほしい ②浴室の端部が黒カビがあり、気持ち悪い

Free drinks at club. Room are spacious. Bed sheet was not properly lay out, a bit crumple.

Only one mini pack cotton in the bathroom for 2 nights 2 person. Pillow was so hard and room was dim during night time. There were few missing ceiling bulb. No portable mirror for make up. Water tap is old fashioned, using cheap hair dryer. The side table are so worn out. There were a few Japanese ladies who talked and laughed loudly at the club. Staff did not do anything even though the sign said everyone should lower the voice volume in order not to disturb others. A bit disappointed 😞

The hotel was very close to the station; however you will need to make your way around the building to find the way in. The furnishing in the room had some age but was functioning well.

I had the chance to try the in-room dining services. Unfortunately, on the day of checkout, when I was heading to catch a flight, I had ordered breakfast on the previous day which was for 8:00-8:30 but had only arrived at my room at around 8:40. It was frustrating to happen when you are trying to catch your flight, but I suppose errors can occur and good communication can easily address the issue. But it so happens that, when I tried to call in-room service over the landline around 8:20 for confirmation, they wouldn't pick up, and I tried multiple times. The uncertainty from having no communications, where I wasn't sure if the breakfast would be sent or not, is really disappointing. To be fair, on a previous day, my in-room breakfast arrived smoothly without any issues. Still, people should be aware that delays and communication issues like this can occur. The front desk did apologize during checkout, though there was no additional follow-up regarding the inconvenience.

Fantastic location—so close to the train station which was great as we were there one night en route to Toyokawa. Lots of restaurants really close by. Our room was simple, with a great view and large window, and very clean. We enjoyed the complimentary club floor’ with its offering of alcoholic or nonalcoholic drinks for happy hour as well as the library that was part of it.

There was nothing we disliked.

Exceptional staff and service. Rooms were extremely clean and tidy. Room service was great and respectful. Great location to Shinkansen, restaurants and bars. Beautiful view from room.

Could have laundry facilities.

1111号室だったので、２面採光で眺望が素晴らしく、部屋も広々として快適だった。 また、１５階のラウンジがとても贅沢に造られており、短時間ではあったが楽しめた。

ホテルに着いた時間が遅く、エスカレーターが止まっていた。大荷物だったので階段を上るのがきつかった。のちにエレベーターの場所が分かったが、初めての利用なのでエレベーターの位置が全く分からず階段を上るしかなかった。 また、階段を上って３階に着いてからもフロントの場所が分からず、１６階に行ってみるまで３階を歩き回った。 総体に案内が分かりにくく、閉口した。エレベーターの所在案内、フロントの階数の説明パネルなど、もっと親切であってもよいと思います。
