ibis Styles Bordeaux Lormont

Staff is fantastic. Speak English and even though it was quite late on arrival, we were served dinner. They have secure parking, fenced and gated. The room is furnished with taste, spacious and well organized. Even had iron and ironing board. Breakfast is served in pleasant settings. Little things made difference in our stay: lemon water at the entrance, orange juice machine etc.

Supertrevlig personal.

Warm welcome, fairly quiet, good aircon, nice breakfast

.

Used this hotel en-route from UK to Spain. Great hotel and friendly staff. Difficult to find.

Parfait

Room was a very good size if just a little dated. Breakfast was excellent. Restaurants were lacking in the area. The food on offer from the hotel to make up was extremely limited.

Our bedroom smelt stale, with black mold in the corners of the shower. There was also an odd sewage smell so we had to keep the bathroom door shut. The rest of the hotel was clean, breakfast was great. It was odd that you had to pass through 2 security gates to park your car. But it was clean and safe.

Todo bien!

ok

Clean and tidy

Excellent confortable super

Hotel tres bien.

Overall good hotel with decent rooms and walk in shower. Good if you like to drive everywhere otherwise 20 min walk to tram.

The service at every level was cordial, professional and friendly.

Sejour tres agréable et décoration très jolie. La chambre avait tout pour notre confort

Clean ,large room excellent breakfast and good service Will recommend this hotel

Parfait pour faire une étape

Great hotel. A/C was not working in our room but everything else was excellemt.

Our stay here was lovely! We were driving back to Spain from Courchevel and had to stop in Bordeaux because it got very late. They accommodated us last minute and overall the staff was wonderful, and the hotel and rooms were impeccable. Would stay here again!

Always a great welcome

Good ratio price/service.

Schoon, kwaliteit en prijsverhoging is goed.

Aardig en behulpzaam personeel.

AC not work in the 2 rooms I rented

Receptionist was very surly to the point l was made to feel that l was interrupting her day.

Restaurant was poor. Other than that it is a nice hotel.

Not enough staff and too far from center of the city.

We always try to stay in this hotel when we need to stop at Bordeaux. Great service and location close to the highway. Parking is private and closed, although parking spaces are a bit tight.

Best overnight stay I had ,super friendly staff great room, breakfast selection was outstanding and great parking what a find , superb

Spacious room, good shower , very comfortable beds, excellent for overnight stay on through journeys

Toilet was dirty. The person that does the cleaning need to take a training

Only stayed for one night. Just passing through The Bordeaux area. Had hard time to find way to hotel via GPS. When there Parking ok, rooms ok, service ok. Great breakfast

Very clean and very nice staff

Always great to stay here,15 min walk to Gracie restaurant tram stop to get into Bordeaux

A great place to stay in the middle of a dense residential area of apartments. However, the accommodation is excellent, clean and the staff are very friendly and professional.

Third time staying here. Excellent accommodation, great staff, and very much appreciate the secure parking.

Insgesamt wirklich gut.

.

Clean hotel with good services

Nice hotel nice helpful staff easy walking to places

Loved our room. Spacious and comfortable. Very quiet. Brilliant to have BBC 1 and 2 and C4 on the TV as we didnt go out every evening and were there for 4 days. Lovely staff and great breakfast. Only fault is 1 lift for 5 floors was a pain at breakfast and checkout.

Great place for a stopover. Nice rooms, safe parking, fantastic staff.

This is a new building, excellent secure free parking, good room size for the price, bistro in the evening and good breakfast. Anyone looking for a walk can cross the motorway and walk for several miles alongside a drainage channel into countryside

Charlene at front desk was extraordinarily helpful. Thank you!

Such nice service! The best wines served at the bar. Nice room, good wifi. Great!

It was a pleasant experience. The staff is accommodating. On our last morning we left very early and the young man and young lady from the kitchen made sure we got some coffee and croissants. The housekeeping was good but inconsistent, somehow they had problems with leaving enough towels and toilet tissue. Management always came to the rescue. The breakfast was good but very repetitive. The room was comfortable. It was nice to be able to sleep with an open window rather than air conditioning from an upper floor. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the tram to Bordeaux. You could take the 32 bus, except for Sunday's, to the tram. The tram system is one of the best in Europe. Make sure to visit St. Emilion and Arcachon by train. Very memorable places. This hotel is a few years old in a very diversified neighborhood. In general, Bordeaux residents are very polite and friendly. The city is extremely beautiful and very walkable. To see and do just about everything it takes no longer than 10 days. Lots of great restaurants. Try Chez Melodie and Mouelleuse et Persilles great food and service but you must reserve.

Excellent service. I left something in the room and they were very helpful in getting it back to me. Breakfast was an excellent continental. Room was very clean. Parking has secure gates. Felt very comfortable staying there.

A very quiet, comfortable and clean hotel. Perfect for the location we needed. Great to have breakfast included in the very reasonable price - very good value for money.
