nothing, it was one of the most horrible stays i ever been in. they are scammers, but yeah what else do u expect from these kind of people.

I booked this hotel for 9 nights through Booking.com, but I ended up staying only 4 nights because the experience was unacceptable and made me uncomfortable staying there. The biggest issue was that the hotel was changed to an entirely different property in a different location. I did not agree to this change, but was told that nothing could be done. The replacement hotel was also not properly prepared for my arrival. The staff initially did not even know about my booking. The new location was further from the places I had planned to visit, which also resulted in additional transportation costs. The problems continued throughout my stay: • WiFi did not work. • No towels were provided unless I specifically asked for them. • Towels were not properly replaced afterward. • The room was not cleaned. • Staff were rude and difficult to communicate with. • Staff repeatedly called my room for no apparent reason, including early in the morning while I was sleeping, which was extremely disturbing. • The overall experience was completely different from what I expected based on the original booking and listing. I ultimately left after only 4 of the 9 nights because I did not feel comfortable continuing to stay there. This was not simply a case of changing my travel plans. I left because the accommodation and service were not acceptable. What is even more disappointing is my experience with Booking.com customer service. I have used Booking.com for years, have made 50+ bookings and spent thousands of euros through the platform. When I reported these issues, I expected Booking.com to investigate properly and support me as a loyal customer. Instead, my complaint was essentially dismissed based on the property's claim that I had “utilized the entire stay,” without addressing the serious issues I had reported. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this property carefully research the current condition and location of the accommodation before booking.

This is the worst place I’ve ever seen in my life — it’s not a hotel, it’s a shoddy lodge. The AC doesn't work, the phone is dead, the doors are broken, and when you call customer service they tell you, ‘You paid online, so just stay — we can’t do anything.’ Don’t waste your time staying here."

Its good.

I was looking for a property near MG Road and found this property. The location is so cool and I enjoyed my stay. Special thanks to the manager of the hotel, Mr. Shiv. The check in process was very convenient and his behaviour is super nice. He also ensured that I waske up by 8 as my flight was at 10:30. Most importantly, you couldn't get the whole package within the amount at which they are offering, so overall a perfect stay.

Rooms might be a bit old, and have a peculiar room freshener but otherwise rooms are big May not be as quiet as rooms are close to each other

No lift. Housekeeping not upto the mark. Washrooms were not very clean. Intercom was not working. No tea was available in the room.

Rude behavior. The staff during checkout tried to trick me and charge extea for breakfast which was actually included in my booking. Cheap tricks and creating a scene to harass the guests.

The staff was so supportive and the room was too clean and worthy. The food was good too. It was good experience staying over there.

Hotel is at pleasant location, and specifically the staff named Mr. Shankar really helpful and courteous. Overall good for couple snd family. Food also good.

Location is good, just about 400m, there is Sahara mall and there you can enjoy Haldiram's. Getting auto/cab is also easy. All in all good area.

I didn’t know that this property only accommodated Indian citizens. Me my husband and my son came to this hotel at 11 pm, very tired, straight from airport. But at the time of check in they said they do not accommodate the Nepali citizens, which was very shocking. They said that it’s mentioned in the end of booking.com description which was not shown while we made booking. So it was very unfortunate moment for us and we had to look for another property at night.

We had a very poor experience with the proper the property. It was full of mosquitos, dirty linens, stained and damaged walls. It was an unsafe place and we had no other option then to LEAVE the property within an HOUR.
