Posizione perfetta, a 2 minuti a piedi dalla metro che in 15/20 minuti permette di raggiungere le principali attrazioni di Parigi. Un’ora per raggiungere Disneyland e un’ora per raggiungere Versailles.

La camera è un po’ piccola ma accettabile per pochi giorni. Il bagno é ridotto all’essenziale. Abbiamo visto altre stanze migliori rispetto a quella che è toccata a noi.

Great location, close to the eiffel tower. Great bakeries just across the street. We got a street facing room and the view was great both from the room and the bathroom. Staff was super friendly and cooperative too.

The reception staff are very welcoming. The shower is in good condition, though the room is a bit dark. You can make coffee and tea on the ground floor, which is very convenient.

Unfortunately, there were two issues during my stay. The most concerning one was that I left the hotel in the morning and, when I returned in the evening, found the door to my room open. The room had been cleaned while I was away, so it seems that the door was left open after housekeeping. I reported it to reception immediately. The staff apologized, recorded my complaint, and told me that there are cameras on every floor. Thankfully, as far as I could tell, nothing was missing from my room. The staff handled my complaint politely, but finding my room open after being away all day was still quite concerning from a security perspective. Another inconvenience was the lack of available irons. Apparently, all of them had been taken to other guests’ rooms. I waited for about two hours in the morning hoping that one would become available, but eventually had to leave wearing something else. It might be helpful for the hotel to have a small ironing area with a permanently available iron or steamer. That way, guests who urgently need to iron one item could do so without having to wait for an iron to be returned from another room.

Die Lage ist wirklich super! Zentral, man kann zu Fuß zur Seine, Metro und Bus vor der Tür, tolle Café. Der Pariser Flair lässt grüßen! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klein, aber ausgewählt & sehr lecker gewesen, auch wurde Sojamilch angeboten.

Das Frühstückspersonal war tlw etwas unmotiviert. Es hätte mehr frisches Grün angeboten werden können (es gab Gurke & Tomate). Ein bisschen Salat wäre schön gewesen und wenn darauf geachtet worden wäre, die Gurken aufzufüllen. Die Zimmer könnten eine Renovierung vertragen - für den Preis & die Lage allerdings dennoch ein sehr guter Kurs! Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Ми проживали на 5му поверсі і навіть метро поруч не завдало незручностей. Було досить охайно і чисто, хоча номер геть невеличкий. Дуже ввічливий і терплячий персонал, проконсультують з усіх питань навіть самих занудних туристів😁 Біля рецепції чай/кава/вода газ/негаз - цілодобово безкоштовно На сніданок готували бомбічний омлет! Загалом, було все, щоб смачно поснідати.

Фен у номері 505 ДУЖЕ слабкий. У мене коротке волосся (каре), але навіть його довелось сушити довго

Очень приветливый и дружелюбный персонал на стойке регистрации. Завтрак не очень большой, но всего достаточно и он стоит своих денег. В номере есть что-то типа холодильника - он скорее не морозит, а охлаждает. В ванной комнате также есть фен.

Отель весьма "уставший" в плане ремонта. В номере не хватало освещения. Также у отеля есть свой небольшой внутренний двор, где стоят столики, за которыми можно свободно сидеть. К сожалению, во внутреннем дворе очень не хватает освещения в темное время суток - было бы здорово посидеть вечером в тишине своей компанией, но за пределами дороги до жилого корпуса ничего не видно и потому сидеть не комфортно.

La pulizia. Un giorno durante il soggiorno si sono dimenticati di pulire la stanza.

Ci è piaciuta molto la possibilità di avere acqua gratis per ricaricare le borracce e caffè ogni mattina. La camera era pulita e accogliente, lo staff simpatico e disponibile e la struttura in un luogo abbastanza comodo per spostarsi nella città.

Il mini frigo non aveva un buon odore e l’isolamento acustico tra le varie stanze non era eccezionale. Inoltre, per quanto comoda, la metropolitana non è vicinissima alle attrazioni principali che distano circa una mezz’ora, anche se sono collegate molto bene

Muy bien localizado a muy pocos metros del Subway tan cerca que incluso se siente dentro del edificio cosa que le da su encanto.

Quizás algo anticuado el mobiliario de las habitaciones y el baño.

La ubicación es fabulosa, al lado del metro de Convention y super bien conectada con la ciudad. Nos encanta este barrio - hay un ambiente más local que turístico y está bien servido - supermercados al lado, sitios para comer y tomar algo por todos lados y como nos gusta caminar, fue un plus poder ir caminando hacia la Sena y llegar a pie al Tour Eiffel.

Nos pareció bastante ruidoso, aun estando en la parte interior del hotel. Se escucha mucho el transporte de la zona - supongo que es por la ubicación.

Dopo aver letto tante recensioni negative sugli hotel di Parigi, in questa fascia di prezzo, devo dire che sono rimasto soddisfatto. L'hotel che è in una buona posizione (100 Mt dalla metro) è risultato pulito, la camera era per me sufficiente x trascorrerai quattro notti. Anche il bagno con vasca e asta x doccia era soddisfacente. Ottima e abbondante la colazione dolce e salata.

Hotel comodissimo, con personale molto disponibile e accogliente. La posizione è ideale, a due passi dalla fermata della metro 12, che permette di raggiungere comodamente il centro. Abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio di colazione, che abbiamo trovato molto buono e con una scelta davvero ampia. La camera era grande, spaziosa e molto luminosa, completa di tutti i comfort, tra cui TV e condizionatore. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la presenza del bollitore elettrico, molto comodo per prepararsi tè e tisane direttamente in camera. Molto pratica anche la soluzione con il water separato dal resto del bagno. Nel complesso, ci siamo trovati davvero bene e torneremmo volentieri.

Låg nära Metro och flertalet helt okej restauranger, personalen i receptionen var alltid trevlig! Skönt med AC!

Boendet är slitet. Jag skulle få, och betalade för ett rum med ljudisolering enligt booking, men det var inte det jag fick då det lät som att våra rumsgrannar satt i våra knän och pratade. Vi skulle få ett rum ut mot gatan, men fick ett in mot gården. Vi bad om dubbelsäng, men fick två enkelsängar. Bilderna motsvarar inte verkligheten. Sen spenderar man inte speciellt mycket tid på rummet när man är i Paris, men till den här prislappen 1700 kr per natt tycker jag inte att det är värt det. Jag har bott bättre och billigare i Paris förut.

Attention à la propreté dans l'espace petit déjeuner. La douche de notre chambre étant en réalité une baignoire, nous n'avions pas compris qu'il fallait régler le "mode douche" AVANT de faire couler l'eau. Nous aurions aimé le savoir :) La femme de ménage est rentrée dans notre chambre en fin de matinée alors que nous dormions encore (et oui nous nous étions couchés aux petites heures) malgré la pancarte sur la porte indiquant "ne pas déranger".

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le réceptionniste s'est montré disponible et attentif à nos besoins. Le petit jardin extérieur est très agréable. La chambre était propre et le lit confortable.

Un peu bruyant le soir quand les clients de l'hôtel prennent des douches à minuit , font claquer les portes, font tomber des objets, sans se soucier des occupants qui dorment. Ce serait bien de sensibiliser les clients à agir en silence.

Очень хороший вариант отеля. В округе много магазинов. Общественный транспорт метро и автобус, все рядом. В номере чисто. Завтраки сытные и вкусные. Персонал доброжелательный. Очень выручили, есть возможность оставить чемодан на необходимое время.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, non loin de la gare Montparnasse, proche d'une station de métro, dans un quartier commerçant. Le personnel est très accueillant. La chambre (côté cour) était silencieuse, propre (malgré quelques traces de vétusté). La literie était confortable. La chambre était équipée d'accessoires. On peut se détendre dans un agréable petit jardin privé.

Good breakfast, but Breakfast items were not refilled too quickly, so two days we got no scrambled eggs.

The location was very convenient, very close to the metro station and so many local shops right on your doorstep. The hotel was very well set out & maintained.

The location is great: the neighbourhood is really cozy with cafes and boulangeries. The metro station is 3 minutes away from the hotel and the Eiffel Tower is in about 30 minutes if you want to walk there. The room was clean but a bit old The breakfast was delicious, there were eggs, sausages, pain au chocolates, croissants, jams, juices, cheeses and charcuterie as well as pancakes and coffee.

There was a smell of an old building if it makes sense. We had to leave the windows open 24/7 to get rid of it. Overall I believe the rooms need a mild renovation

Situato in ottima zona molto vicino alla Metro. I servizi sono stati ottimi, la pulizia della camera si faceva ogni giorno, la colazione molto buona e abbondante. Ottimo hotel per chi vuole visitare Parigi. Booking e una garanzia per chi viaggia.

The place works amazingly for what it is - a place to sleep while you explore Paris. The staff were wonderfully pleasant. Breakfast was sufficient. They offered us storage for our luggage when we were leaving. The actual beds were comfortable. There was a metro station 50 metres away, together with a pleasant bistro and a supermarket.

The rooms do show some age. Nothing too awful.

Δεν μιας άρεσε το ξενοδοχείο

Δεν μείναμε στο ξενοδοχείο. Το τρίκλινο δωμάτιο που μας πρότειναν ήταν στον τρίτο όροφο του ξενοδοχείου χωρίς ασανσέρ με μια παλιά ξύλινη σκάλα στο πίσω μέρος, το δωμάτιο με παλιά φθαρμένα έπιπλα και το μπάνιο το ίδιο .Εάν θέλαμε για καλύτερο μας πρότειναν τρίκλινο δωμάτιο στο υπόγειο με ασανσέρ. Ακυρόσαμε αμέσως και φύγαμε χάνοντας τα χρήματα για ένα βράδυ.Βρίκαμε πολύ καλύτερο ξενοδοχείο με τα ίδια κόστος. Δυστυχώς μας επηρέασε η βαθμολογία από BOOKING .

Hotel bardzo blisko metra oraz lokali gastronomicznych. Duże wygodne łóżko, darmowa woda dostępna na parterze. Personel dobrze wykonywał swoją pracę.

Cieknąca klimatyzacja - niestety musieliśmy zrezygnować z jej używania. Zamiast tego otwieraliśmy okna w łazience i sypialni, aby zrobić przeciąg i pozbyć się zaduchu.

This hotel was a great option for our trip to Paris. It's located in a nice area surrounded by restaurants, shops, supermarkets... It is also located right next to line 12 metro stop which is super convenient to get around the city centre. What stood out the most was how friendly and helpful the staff were. There is a cute little garden with tables and chairs, perfect for a picnic. They also have a microwave, a fridge, a coffee machine, water machine and ice machine in the lobby area. The room was nice with comfortable beds. I would come back due to the price and everything I've mentioned.

The only thing that stood out was the bathroom because it was quite small.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, δίπλα στο μετρό. Ήσυχη παριζιάνικη γειτονιά. Εξαιρετικός ο Τσάσμιν στην ρεσεψιόν! Ικανοποιητικό πρωινό με συνεχείς ανανέωση των προϊόντων. Φοβερά κρουασάν. Τρίκλινο άνετο με καλά στρώματα, air condition και ψυγειάκι. Σημαντικότατο...στην ρεσεψιόν είχε ψύκτη για δωρεάν κρύο νερό και παγάκια, φουρνάκι microwave!!! Καθημερινή καθαριότητα στα δωμάτια. Το συνιστώ για οικογενειακές διακοπές!!!

Χρειάζεται μεγαλύτερη καθαριότητα σε κουρτίνες, διαδρόμους και περιβάλλοντα χώρο.

A única coisa positiva é a localização, pois fica perto da estação do metrô e de pontos de ônibus.

Pra começar, não tivemos wifi em nenhum dia durante nossa hospedagem. No final das contas nos disseram que um rato tinha comido a fiação que vem da rua. Era um eternamente "estamos resolvendo". Por outro lado, nunca nos pediram documentação na entrada do hotel. Cheguei a oferecer meu passaporte pra conferência, mas disseram que não era necessário. Nunca me aconteceu em nenhum outro lugar, achei pouco seguro. Sobre o quarto, o tamanho é ok, mas o chão do banheiro sempre estava sujo e com cabelos de outras pessoas. Nem quero pensar no carpete do quarto. O chuveiro é muito incômodo, molha fora, a cortina fica voando, a mangueira da ducha fica numa posição péssima... Uma das janelas do quarto ficava sempre meio aberta, era impossível fechar. Pra terminar, pedimos pra deixar a bagagem na recepção depois do check-out, e eles tem um sistema de etiquetagem com um número pra você retirar a mala depois. As malas ficam no hall da recepção e todos tem acesso a elas. E na hora de retirar, jamais conferiram nada. Qualquer pessoa poderia ter pego nossas malas. Não recomendo.

Fiquei em um quarto triplo, o mesmo tinha frigobar, ferro, secador e cafeteira elétrica. Além disso, acomodação próxima a linha de metrô 12 o que facilitou muito o deslocamento. O quarto triplo tem 2 banheiros, um com vaso e outro com chuveiro e vaso.

Ar condicionado não deu conta do calor em Paris, então foi um pouco desconfortável o calor à noite. Além disso, as fotos do booking não correspondem à realidade.

We enjoyed the comfortable beds, AC in the room, kind staff, water refill, and the garden.

The breakfast was good, but could use having more vegetables.

Когда кто-то открывал или закрывал общий дверь коридора, дверь нашей спальни тоже каждый раз дергалась. Кровать был twin beds, а ожидали double bed. Шум метро и движение тоже очень сильно чувствовались.

The staffs specially Bastian in the front desk was very accommodating. The location close to the metro, restaurants and Monoprix is nearby for shopping for the essentials. Value for the money, included breakfast buffet, fresh squeezed orange juice, cool AC in the middle of the summer heat wave.

Narrow bathtub the shower curtain is touching on me when showering, a standing shower with a glass partition would have been ideal but it’s not a deal breaker.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Lage des Hotels an der U-Bahn ist super! Auch die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert und die Badewanne war angenehm. Der kostenlose Wasserspender mit gekühlten Wasser im Eingang ist toll! Bei der großen Hitze konnten wir täglich unsere Wasserflaschen auffüllen. Auch der kleine Kühlschrank im Zimmer war für gekühlte Getränke wichtig....

Die Sauberkeit im Bad war nicht gegeben. Es lagen noch Haare und Fussel der vorherigen Gäste die ganze Zeit auf dem Boden. Die Einrichtung ist etwas alt, im Badezimmer funktioniert die Umstellung von Badewasser auf Dusche am Hahn etwas schwer.

The location is very convenient — the metro station is nearby, as well as a supermarket. It was also very helpful to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out. Some of the reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. The bathtub in the bathroom was new.

I had already stayed at this hotel two years ago, and unfortunately, both the room and the breakfast were noticeably better then. We had requested an early check-in and were told it would depend on availability. In the end, we waited about 5 hours. When we finally entered the room, there was a noticeable amount of dust on the furniture and surfaces, giving the impression that the room had been unoccupied for quite some time and had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The room was generally quite worn, with scratched furniture, damaged skirting boards, and other areas in need of maintenance. Although the bathtub itself was new, some of the grout between the bathroom tiles had mold on it. Breakfast was disappointing compared with my previous stay. The selection was limited, especially when it came to fresh vegetables — there was only a small plate of cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. There was coffee in the room but no powdered milk or creamer. Coffee was also available downstairs near reception, but there was no milk there either. Our experience with reception was mixed. The staff member who checked us in was not particularly welcoming and did not explain which floor our room was on or where we needed to go — we were simply given the key card. However, other members of the reception staff we met during our stay were very pleasant and helpful.

Το προσωπικό και η τοποθεσία. Τα δωμάτια ήταν σχετικά μικρά αλλά με κλιματισμό και καθαρά. Το πρώτο βράδυ ένα από τα δωμάτια που μας έδωσαν (είχαμε κλείσει 2 αφού είμαστε οικογένεια) ήταν πάρα πολύ μικρό αλλά μετά από αίτημα μας, την επόμενη ημέρα μας μετακίνησαν σε ένα πολύ μεγαλύτερο. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο με πολύ φρέσκα προϊόντα. Πολύ καλή συγκοινωνία.

¡Esta estancia fue extremadamente satisfactoria! El hotel está situado en el distrito 15 de París, con un entorno muy tranquilo. En general, se siente seguro y es una estancia muy cómoda. La vida es muy cómoda cerca del hotel. Puedes ir andando a supermercados, restaurantes, así como a muchas tiendas de ropa y otras tiendas, lo que facilita mucho las compras y la comida diaria. La habitación también era limpia y cómoda, y el personal tenía una actitud estupenda. En general, la ubicación es buena, el entorno es cómodo, la vida es cómoda y la relación calidad-precio es buena. Consideraré quedarme aquí otra vez la próxima vez que visite París. ¡Muy recomendable!

Me encanta su ubicación, zona segura y con metro al lado. También destaca la limpieza y la comodidad de la cama. El personal bastante bien, sobre todo, en nuestro caso ,el de la noche.El jardín tiene una mención especial, un remanso de paz al acabar una jornada de turismo. El desayuno bastante bien.

Uçağımız geç saatte olduğu için eşyalarımızı gün içinde güvenle bırakabildik. M12 metrosuna 1 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi. Eyfele ulaşım çok kolaydı. Tekrar Paris’e gelsek gözümüz kapalı gene burada konaklardık

The staff, the bed, the breakfast and free coffee and refreshments 24/7. Good location for Paris Expo Porte de Versailles (reason for my stay for a conference).

Old toilets with bad smell of humidity. Probably too expensive, given it is overall old.

Huoneessa oli kamala sisäilma, todennäköisesti hometta. Nenät olivat joka aamu tukossa ja kurkku kipeä. Lisäksi matkalaukusta löytyi lude.

Η Τοποθεσία (κοντά σε σταθμό μετρό), το πρωϊνό, η γειτονιά.

Δε μας άρεσε που ήμασταν περίπου μισή ώρα από τα αξιοθέατα με μετρό έτσι καθημερινά χάναμε μια ώρα. Όμως τουλάχιστον η γειτονιά ήταν ήσυχη και ασφαλής και είχε γύρω τριγύρω τα πάντα. Επίσης το κατάλυμα καθαρό και οι εργαζόμενοι ευγενέστατοι!
