Reviewed May 19, 2019Casa Chilota is beautifully decorated. The bed is really comfortable. The location is excellent, you can walk to the main square and church in about 10 minutes. Maria, the owner, is really helpful - she picked us up from the bus station when we arrived late in the evening, found us a car to hire and made us a packed breakfast when we had to leave really early on our last day. The breakfasts were amazing - the best we’ve had in 3 months of travelling - eggs cooked to order, fresh avocado, sour dough and whole meal toast, fruit, granola and cereals, yoghurt, milk, fresh coffee, teas, and delicious desserts (like apple empanada and berry cheesecake)! The only slight negative is that the doors are quite low and my husband hit his head on the frames a couple of times (he’s 6ft). He also had to bend down a bit to use the shower! But otherwise we really loved staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone considering booking it!
