Reviewed Oct 8, 2025We had our own private part of the villa. The location was perfect there’s a shop close by.
Water usage isn’t included in the price, and the same goes for electricity. I have no idea how we managed to use so much power — only 15 kW per day are covered. The deposit needs to be paid in cash

Eşyalar çok eski kapı ince bir ahşap korkutucu derecede güvensiz havuz pis yaprak dolu zemin çok eski oda dolaplarında kertenkele dolu ve gece boyunca bağırıyorlar uyumak çok zor ayrıca fazlasıyla böcek var çarşaflarlar lekeli ayrıca 5 gün kaldım 1 gün neredeyse hiç elektrik yoktum benden toplam 1600 baht su ve elektrik parası alındı eğer kişi sayısı artarsa rakam inanilmaz artacaktir. İlk kez bookingde bir yer için yorum yapıyorum gelecek olanlar nelerle karşılaşıcak bunlari bilsinler benim için hayatımın en kötü 5 günüydü

Reviewed May 24, 2025The place is very nice and cozy. Perfect choice if you want to relax and connect with nature. It’s very quiet, there is no reception however whenever you contact them they very responsive. I spent an amazing vacation there with my kids and family. The place is perfectly setup you won’t need anything. It is 10- 15 min car ride to Patong.
The doors needs a little maintenance especially the outside door. Also don’t recommend it for people who hate outdoors and nature.

We had to take taxi's to get anywhere at 300 baht minimum. The 24 hour noise of the traffic was horrible The owner was late to arrive when we got there and was very late to arrive when we left. The place is old, dirty and run down. We met the maid upon arrival and saw her again as we left. She never entered the house at all.
