There was nothing I didn’t like, if I ever need a hotel here again this hotel will be my first choice.

The other guests were making a lot of noise between midnight and 3 am, slamming doors, laughing in the hallways; they were so noisy that it was difficult to sleep

No había agua caliente y el personal no hizo nada para remediarlo, cambiamos de habitación y fue lo mismo, quedaron de revisar y nunca nos avisaron ni arreglaron el problema, pésima atención

El desayuno bien, la ubicación del Hotel muy buena, el personal muy amable y las instalaciones en general bien.

It was the room it self was very clean and nice and staff was very nice

The restroom and shower were not working the water in the shower would not go down and the shower was not the cleanest. There was prior dirt and hair in the shower.

The location is convenient, right by the bridge in the border.

They don't have an elevator, so if you are traveling with heavy bags keep in mind that you will need to carry them upstairs.

Couldn’t find my reservation in their system even though I had my confirmation on my phone. They booked me as a walk instead but I ended up paying 30 dlls more than with the original booking. No elevator either. Very noisy.

La persona del mostrador bastante perdida desde que llegue en la tarde-noche del dia 20 de marzo- Fue el mkismo con el que me queje de la limpieza del cuarto , mismo que no|hicieron la limpieza el 22 de marzo que llegue en la tarde noche lo reporte, pero me dijo que no podia hacer nada hasta el dia siguiente a las 09.00 am que llegara el encargado Cabellos en toda la habitacion , tengo una foto de la tina de los cabellos que estuvieron ahi en toda mi estancia

La atencion pesima del personal de recepcion , excepto el 23 de marzo por la mañana a las 08.00 am que sali al hacer el check out ahi encontre una persona competente.

NO TENIAN AGUA CALIENTE EN LA MAÑANA, SE ACABO SEGUN NOS COMENTARON Y QUE TENIAMOS QUE ESPERAR 20 MINUTOS PARA VOLVER A TENER DISPONIBLE EL AGUA CALIENTE, Y AL TENER QUE SALIR URGENTE A JUNTA ESO ES CRITICO ADEMAS EN INVIERNO NO ES BUENO Y SE PUEDE CAER EN UNA ENFERMEDAD

Siempre me gusta alojarme en este hotel son amables y me siento cómoda. Me gusta llevar la familia y convivir en la alberca.

En la alberca deberían poner un área de puras toallas y setos donde pongamos las toallas mojadas

The breakfasts were adequate and convenient because my family and I were on a mission/charity trip, so it was important to be able to get a decent breakfast very quickly. There were 9 of us, so going to a restaurant in Piedras Negras historically has taken a considerable amount of time.

I did have a complaint that was never responded to. I paid for the room and the charge in bold print was for $6000.00 Pesos. I got my credit card statement and noticed an up charge from the $339 US that I was quoted to $361 US. In fine print at the bottom of the receipt, there was a statement that I have been informed of an additional fee. I was not informed and the print was very small. I had been following the exchange rate and I knew that $6000 Pesos was very close to $339 US. As no one has responded yet, I am assuming Wyndham doesn't care. As my family does this charity event every December, it is highly unlikely we will be staying at The Days Inn in Piedras Negras in the future.

The staff was great. The check-in was easy. I had requested 3 rooms for myself and family and I got everything taken care of for the family and there was no problem. You may want to check the A/C/ heating units-my son said there was some black matter coming out of theirs when they turned it on. The breakfast was very good. We shared it with a ton of military personnel. The price was reasonable. We have been going to Piedras Negras for mission/humanitarian projects since 1989. For some reason, the lodging prices have jumped in the past several years, causing us to use more of our budget for lodging and less for our project. I appreciate the rate I got this year and hopefully will get next year.

The reception staff, Julio, was personable, efficient, and helpful with information and recommendations I'd asked for. Room was large, clean, pleasantly appointed and located with a nice view of the pool and inside courtyard, as I had requested. Julio allowed me to check in earlier than the usual 3 PM check in time, as they were not all that busy and booked, so there were plenty of rooms available, waiting to be occupied.

Too short of a stay, as I had a plane to catch in Monterrey. I had to leave by 3 A.M. to drive myself to Monterrey in time to catch my flight.

Me quedé 2 noche. En el segundo día, ya estaban sucios las toalla, le pedí al receptionist y me dijo que ya había en mi cuarto limpios. Y era mentira. El último día que iba a salir. Se me acabó el papel higiénico. Y el receptionist, no puedo ayudarme.. dijo que no tenía. Y que esperara asta que llegara la señora de la limpieza. Y nunca me llevo papel. Las dos personas en la receptionist. Les falta entrenamiento. Como resolver un problema. Nunca volveré a ese hotel!!!!!

AC was not working in the first room. The TV was not functioning in the 2nd room.

Room was clean and spacious. No hot water. Door was difficult to close and needed repair. Interior lock did not work. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. No bar, gift shop was never open, front desk staff was not great. Construction going on was loud at times. Overall a good value for the price.

I really like the hotel, the only thing about it, is that is getting old and in need of an uograde new furniture, new paint. A change in breakfast menu would be nice. The front desk staff could be more receptive towards their guest's.

Old smell in bathroom, no ventilation in bathroom. I've stayed at this hotel several times and honestly it is time to change the breakfast menu.

parking is limited. Air conditioning was very good in the room. The breakfast looked good We did not eat at the hotel. We met up with family for breakfast at another location.

Everybody is very nice. Everything is very clean. The pool is amazing. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate, but I usually enjoy the pool very much.

Llegamos al hotel a la 1:30 a.m. después de un largo viaje y nos sorprendió que nos dijeran que se habían quedado sin llaves. Cuando por fin nos dieron acceso a la habitación que reservamos con un mes de anticipación, descubrimos que ya estaba ocupada por otro huésped. Esto fue muy incómodo y alarmante estando con mi esposa e hijo. En la recepción se disculparon y nos cambiaron a otra habitación, pero al día siguiente notamos que estaba sucia, el baño no estaba bien limpio y el televisor no funcionaba. Aunque era fin de semana del Día del Trabajo y el hotel estaba lleno, no hay excusa para tanta desorganización. Ha sido la peor experiencia que hemos tenido en este hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 1:30 a.m. after a long trip and were surprised that they told us that they had run out of keys. When we were finally given access to the room we booked a month in advance, we discovered that it was already occupied by another guest. This was very uncomfortable and alarming when I was with my wife and son. At the reception, they apologized and changed us to another room, but the next day we noticed that it was dirty, the bathroom was not well cleaned and the TV was not working. Although it was Labor Day weekend and the hotel was full, there is no excuse for such disorganization. It was the worst experience we had at this hotel.

They stay first day was hot ac was not working. Spoke with front desk name Juan an he had very bad customer service instead of helping us. He tired telling us that there was nothing wrong an we need to give the room to cool. I said it had all night an it’s hot this morning. I spoke to maintenance he recognized me from a previous day. Mario is well mannered and professional. He was able to get my room changed because he said the AC was broken and was not working while the receptionist one insisted that everybody go through him as of though he was the boss he made me feel very uncomfortable made me feel like what we said had no meaning to him he was going to do whatever he wanted. I’m just glad that Mario was able to help us and have us moved to a different room. thanks to his expertise and knowing that the AC was broken, we were able to move . Later, I complain to the receptionist in the morning, different person very well mannered very professional, and was told that I was not the first to complain about one. Someone needs to talk Juan’s manager. About his customer services.

Staff was nice and breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable but there was no water could not take shower or wash hands. Toilet was still flushing so there was that. When we called front desk no apology no offer to make up for inconvenience. Just said issue with city that’s it.

The hotel was overall good. There was a small issue at check-in where the reception team had problems verifying the reservation through this site. The room was very spacious, but slightly dirty, with hair in the restroom, tub, and room carpet. Overall, the stay was average, the area was relatively calm, plenty of parking. For a overnight stay, this hotel met our expectation and would likely stay again.

Rude front desk staff. We arrived to a room with a drain like smell only to then see that the shower had no door (water all in floor we slipped) , the room had a small tv screen and no smart tv functions as advised only to also find out the tv remotes also weren’t working. I called the front desk to ask about those concerns and the evening shift front desk guy rudely responded that’s the room assigned to me and there wasn’t anything he could do!!! No other solutions provided aside from having tech support come change rémote batteries out (which still didn’t make remotes to work). The next day I called again to complain because the room I paid for 3 nights wasn’t acceptable and the same guy (no name badge) told me very hesitantly that he would see what he could do. Finally he said I could move room, he offered 2nd floor which I asked for first floor when I checked in; he again very rudely replied that was all he had I reminded him that my mom was elderly and clearly a 2nd floor room wasn’t ok, he then « found » a room across the same hall I was in. I asked him if this new room had all the things it should shower doors, smart tv with working remotes and etc, he told me (rudely again) that he couldn’t keep moving me rooms. I reminded him I was a paying customer and only asking for a room in acceptable conditions nothing more and if the first one I was given would have been ok I wouldn’t be asking ! He didn’t have a name badge nor provided his name despite my inquiry!

Stay was great, no complaints at all.
