I like the hotel because is very close to the river, restaurants and shopping area.

The first you see the hotel from outside it gives you the impression that is a luxurious one but, you will be dissatisfied in the end. Inside everything is very old in description it say is a beachfront hotel but this thing didn’t exist. As there is the river Manavgat, next is say that has Spa but is not working or not allowed to use any of the facilities, I wasn’t satisfied about breakfast too.

Le SPA ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de solution proposée par l'hôtel pour remplacer le SPA.

Quand nous sommes arriver dans la chambre il y avait une odeur immonde, sur un papier toilette il y avait une trace de caca, sur les coton tige offert il y en avait 1 déjà utiliser, le lit était pas du tout confortable et les cousin non plus, malheureusement je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel malgré le prix et l’emplacement qui eux était bon

Lovely position by the river. Clean comfortable hotel with breakfast included. Easy access to buses for Side & Airport. Lovely hot shower. Pleasant helpful staff. Easy walk to restaurants nice Fish meals by the river.

Gayet güzel bir deneyimdi. Her sene tercih ettiğim bir yer personel çok güler yüzlü ve her şeyle hızlıca ilgileniyorlar. Konum olarak çok merkezi her yere rahatlıkla ulaşabilirsiniz.

Номер был с запахом сигарет. В остальном все чисто, душ хороший, прекрасное месторасположение. С утра завтрак был нормальный. Цена и качество соответствует.

Yataklar cok rahatsız. Yastıklar eski. Yerler temiz degildi. Fiyatı 3 star bir otele göre gereksiz yüksekti ama sehir icinde baska secenek yoktu. Kötü yorumları okuyarak aldım siz yapmayın. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

La struttura è in una ottima posizione. Lo consiglio vivamente perché ha davvero un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Il personale è molto disponibile e gentile h24

Veiligheid voor kinderen in dit hotel is verschrikkelijk. Bij aankomst in de kamer bleek er een stuk metaal in de stopcontact te zitten. Mijn kind van 18 maanden oud heeft dit aangeraakt en heet een schok gekregen. Man achter de receptie boeide het niet zoveel en kon niet eens zijn excuses aanbieden. Kregen daarna een andere kamer, wederom heel slecht qua veiligheid voor kinderen. Stopcontacten die los zitten, een schroef die in de grond geboord is om als "deur stop" gebruikt te worden. Mensen kunnen hierdoor hun voeten erg bezeren. Geen aanrader voor mensen met kinderen.

Hotels com Rezervasyonu sonrası Hotel ile iletişime geçmemize rağmen ve gece yarısı checkin teyidi almama rağmen vardığımızda birsürü gereksiz sorun ve rezervasyonumun iptal edildiği söylemi sonrası 2. Çiye ücret talebi. Neyseki belgeler ve makbuzu verdikten sonra 45 dakika sonrası odalara çıkabildik. Odanın birinde çarşaflarda yastıklarda erkek kılları ile uykusuz bir gece. Kahvaltı iyiydi ama daha iyi bir ortam ve profesyonellik bekliyordum açıkçası yorumlara bakarak rezervasyon yapmıştım

Hotel is located in city center near the river. It is a fine three-star hotel offering slightly above standard accommodation. My room was nice, well-equipped, with a view of the river area. Wi-fi worked all the time. Breakfast buffet was a bit modest; however, it was still fine. As I spent there just one night, I was fully satisfied with my stay.

We had to change the room 3 times!! because of the room’s cleaning and toilet issue. Room wasn’t clean. Toilet flush was faulty. when you flush the toilet water flush on you and the floor. every room hall way everywhere smelled like cigarette smokes. was a very stingy hotel.

Ein sehr schönes, anständiges Hotel mit gutem Service. Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht, weil es ein Spa hat. Allerdings war dieses auf unbestimmte Zeit geschlossen, was ziemlich schlecht war! Zumindest die Website sollte dies als eine Warnung angezeigt haben.

Power outage for about 2 hours in the middle of the night.

Location was awesome. Although the hotel was nearby to the city centre, the place was very quite. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was ok.

The room was almost clean, only bed wasn't clean enough. But they managed to clean it after all. Wifi connection is good in the reception side, but in the third and fourth floors it is not stable. Needs improvement.

Very dirty, unfriendly staff. Electricity went out in the middle of the night. Air Conditioner stopped working. No Generators to turn on electricity. Would not refund me for one night stay. Photos are very deceptive! Rooms are disgusting!

I don't know Turkish uses and customs, so I find it hard to express an objective opinion. Among the positives is the central location of the structure, the tranquility, the courtesy of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. Among the critical points, breakfast is completely lacking in European foods, indeed for Italians it becomes a nightmare, lacking milk with a minimum of biscuits, croissants, pies and the like. Complicated even for Europeans as there is no type of cured meat. Lots of parsley, raw peppers and cheeses with local spices, Another critical issue is the language, in addition to the reception staff who spoke a little English, the rest of the staff only speaks Turkish, I only visited the SPA without going there, it seems equipped, but the pool is bigger than bathtub.

Breakfast did not have fruit, yogurt, nor milk for my baby. It was too weak. Cleaning was terrible. I know perfectly well that they didn't clean the floor, because it was dirty since the first day I arrived. It was disgusting. I do not recommend

Stayed here for almost two weeks total, prolonged the booking directly on reception. The location is great - rignt near the river and there are places to walk, its right in the center of the city. Rooms are quite big overall and have a view on a small park near the hotel. The price is also relatively good, take in mind that booking it on mobile is cheaper than on PC (at least for me). There is a breakfast, which is good at least because it exists. Rooms are nicely decorated and it's pleasant to be there. Nice infrastructural things like card-locked rooms, modern elevators

Context - I travel and work remotely from my computer. First big problem - awful room soundproofing, seriously, take that in mind, if there is a music or someone sings/shouts/parties at a room near you, you will hear everything. There was a group of Italian students at a time I was living there, so yep, at least two times I was woken up at 3am because of them partying... Second - wifi speed is awful, it's laughably slow, I really can't understand how the hotel can not care that much to allow internet to be maximum 2 Mbps, and it doesn't matter where you are. I've been to plenty of hotels and never internet was so slow, at least it exists... Raised this question to a reception, to which they said "it is what it is" or something. And what's funny - the hotel next to it, River Hotel, which has the same owners - has, guess what - 55 Mbps, so it's not like "there is the internet problem in Manavgat"... So just a lack of silence sometimes and permanent waiting for the internet pages to load is what severely worsened all the experience here a lot, mostly everything else was quite good. The breakfasts are also quite simple - turkish soup which varies day by day, scrambled eggs and just eggs, some cheeses, cereals. So almost no variety apart from soups which change sometimes.

Very clean hotel, staff were amazing! Hotel was great, we loved the stay would definitely come back again! hygiene and cleanliness was perfect!

Es war ein super Urlaub! Das Hotel hat die perfekte Lage, um auch zu Fuß in die Stadt zu kommen. Super Aussicht, direkt am Fluss. Gute und kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel! Von der Sauberkeit bin ich positiv überrascht. Jeden Tag aufs Neue blitzblank sauber gemacht. Im Zimmer hat man einen Wasserkocher, Tee, Kaffee und Wasser. Ausstattung und Möbel im guten Zustand. Nur eine Nachtlampe war defekt, hat mich aber nicht gestört. Das Frühstück war etwas Mager, hat zwar gereicht aber ich hätte mir mehr gewünscht. Vielleicht gibt es in Hochsaison mehr, das weiß ich nicht. Was mir gut gefallen hat, war die Atmosphäre im Haus. Unten in der Lounge kann man jederzeit sich hinsetzen was trinken ohne, dass es unangenehm wird. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sie kümmern sich wirklich super um die Gäste. Ich bin alleine gereist und man fühlt sich super wohl im Hotel. Vorallem kam Frau Peri mit ihrer offenen und freundlichen Art bei allen Gästen gut an. Es war ein schönes Erlebnis. Ich werde definitiv nochmal kommen 🥰♥️

There were ants everywhere in the room. When I got up I could see death ants in the bed. It was awful. The air conditioner is working but it is so big in a small room that one would not turn it on in order to not be sick the day after, but then it is too hot to sleep. I will not recommend to stay there for more than one night.

Beklenenin çok altında görüntü olarak resimlerde güzel ama otel aşırı eski ve dandik giyindirme yapıp marjinallik havası vermişler oteldeki bütün yataklar tek kişilik çift olsanız bile..

Staff were quite nice. The hotel was quite nicely designed but felt like the owners neglected it somewhat. Rooms had missing light fittings. There was no sensor lights for staircase at night? The rooms were nice however. The food was not very good. No real breakfast. This was during Covid, but if the hotel is advertised to be open they really should put more care into the food aspect. Rooms smell like smoke :( Some more than others. Good open parking lot. All in all glad we stayed at this hotel. The area surrounding was very peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful water channel and nice walking path.
