위치가 턱월합니다. 직원들 모두 찬절합니다. 특히 Brian이 추천해준 하롱베이와 닌빈 일일투어가 좋았습니다. 짧은 일정 하노이 관광 가성비 좋은 숙소로 추천합니다. 엘리베이터가 편리했어요.

오래된 건물이라 깨끗하게 유지하려고 노력하고 있으나 청결과 시설 개선에 팔요합니다.

De locatie is echt top. The lake is paar stappen verderop en alle eettentjes en noem maar op zijn er direct wanneer je de deur uitstapt. Ze bieden ook massages aan. Onze kamer zat aan n rustige kant, dus geen geluidsoverlast.

De kamer was wel heel krap.

It was very clear and the staff were very friendly and helpful in whatever way wanted to know and very helpful in restaurants in the area.

המיקום היה מעולה, ממש דקה מהאגם יש הרבה חנויות נוחות באיזור, מסעדות מקומיות על השוק סופ״ש הגענו מאוחר בלילה והיה איש צוות בקבלה שעזר לנו

החדר היה מאוד ישן, הזמנו סוויטה והחדר היה צפוף מאוד, לא היה מעבר מצד אחד של המיטה אפילו משהו מאוד מוגזם וטיילנו הרבה במזרח המתקנים היו ישנים ולא הרגיש נקי במאה אחוז, למרות שניקו וסידרו את החדר כל בוקר, בגלל שהכל ישן לא הרגיש עד הסוף היה לנו גם בעיה עם התשלום לאחר חיוב האשראי, למרות שהעסקה בוצעה הם טענו שהיא לא עברה וכו׳ המלון כן עונה על הצורך ומאוד זול אך לא לצפות כמו כל התגובות פה

Very cozy and the room is new. Location is strategic which night life here is also amazing. Morning surprising also got many good food.

There will be road block at night and taxi cannot get in, when arrive at night need to bring yr luggage throughout the street

Un très bel hôtel. Le personnel était accueillant, à l’écoute et aimable. Les chambres étaient propre et l’emplacement idéal !

Ci hanno fatto un upgrade dalla stanza matrimoniale standard allo studio apartment che però aveva il materasso direttamente a terra, che personalmente non avrei scelto al momento della presentazione.

Lo mejor del hotel el personal. Bryan fue el único durante todo el viaje con el que pudimos hablar en español y nos fue solucionado todo lo que le pedíamos tanto en nuestra estancia en Hanoi como en el resto de ciudades que íbamos visitando. Y siempre aconsejandonos con acierto.

Great location, very clean, friendly staff.

The location was amazing, with a wonderful proximity to the lake and the vibrant old market full of great restaurants and coffee shops. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. John the receptionist greeted us right at the door and helped with our luggage. He also gave us a helpful map and great advice on what to see and do during our stay. The manager, Mr. Bryan, was equally kind, friendly, and always made sure we felt at home.

Locatie zit midden in centrum op loopafstand van alles. Prima prijs voor prima accommodatie. Vriendelijke hulp van Bryan.

Kamers wel wat minder luxe dan op de foto’s lijkt. Matras op de grond. Geen ramen of buitenlucht te zien. Wifi deed het niet maar we kregen daarvoor wel een andere kamer dus wel erg vriendelijk geholpen.

部屋の窓が外に面しておらず、通路に面した窓だったので、日中でも部屋は暗いです。

Besonders gefallen hat uns der ausgezeichnete Service und das Personal, was alles getan hat um uns alle Wünsche zu erfüllen und uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen, danke an das Team! Und die Lage ist natürlich auch ausgezeichnet :)

Mr Bryan and the team were lovely and very helpful. Good location and clean rooms.

Window to room opened up into indoor courtyard, light on all night and no blind. Had to sleep with night mask. Would pay for room with balcony next time.

De kamer, maar dit wisten we op voorhand. Er was amper een doorgang om naar de linkerkant te gaan. Kamer was echt te klein.

location is conveniet, very near to the lake and there are many restaurant surronding the hotel. the Hotel staff Bryan is very helpful and helped to arrange the tours for Sapa and Ha Long Bay.

Location was amazing and hotel is what you'd expect. It's a good place to rest your head but cleanliness and facilities are average. Staff are very nice and helpful as we had a leak in our room which was fixed within a few hours. Bed was huge to the point it could fit 4 people. Would recommend if you're on a budget and staying a few nights.

Cleanliness was average (some products look like they had not been cleaned to well like the slippers and towels) and products provided (e.g. no hand towel provided)

Emplacement idéal. Personnel chaleureux , compétent . Etablissement à l'hygiène irréprochable. Chambre sans fénêtre mais très agréable , car déco sympa, et chambre spacieuse .

Pas de climatisation à l'arrivée , mais le personnel a fait ce qu'il falait pour rétablir la panne au plus vite .

Keep in mind this is a 3 star hotel - there are a lot of reviews that don't seem to understand what a 3 star hotel is and are expecting something different. With that in mind I found the room clean and the staff incredibly warm and friendly. The location is great right in the action of the old quarter and near the lake.

Shower was a little difficult to figure out. Noisy air con. some of the decor is a little rough around the edges.

The room has a lot of bedbugs, especially in the closets.

Everything was great!

Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins, très arrangeant et gentil. L’hôtel est proche de tout et hyper central. Les lits sont très confortables, la climatisation fonctionne très bien et nous avons très bien dormi. L’hôtel est familial, a peu de chambres, mais Mr Bryan est très arrangeant et toujours disponible. Nous sommes arrivés très tôt et nous avons eu une chambre dès notre arrivée sur les 2 réservées pour poser nos bagages.

最初安排咗我哋住6樓頂樓，因為天氣實在太炎熱成間房好似冇空氣咁，冇窗，另外因為電視睇唔到世界盃，當晚就幫我哋換咗房真係非常多謝客服嘅幫忙

Photos didn’t depict real rooms. Tv didn’t work. Booked on the chance that property was reduced 70 percent from regular room rate. Price paid was about what one would expect

Bryan at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Bed is comfortable. Shower and air con both nice and powerful. Location is perfect, close to everything in the old quarter.

Cleaning could be of a better standard. Found hairs in the drawers and mould in the fridge. It is strange that the bed is on the ground, could use a ledge or something to heighten it.
