Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Emplacement idéal à proximité d'une station de tram et à quelques minutes à pied de shotengai et du château. Nous avons séjourné au 11e étage avec vue sur le château. Magnifique. Dans la chambre, les toilettes étaient séparés de la salle de bain à la japonaise. 7 eleven en accès direct depuis l'hôtel. Petit-déjeuner à ¥1300 plutôt bien.

Приветливый персонал, недопониманий не возникало. На первом этаже - магазин 7/11, что очень удобно. До замка Кумамото неторопливым шагом -15-20 минут( учитывая, что ближайшие ворота были закрыты и мы шли в обход).

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026シングルルームに宿泊しましたが、テーブルがベッドの真横にあり大変使いずらかったです。 コンセントはテーブルの下やテレビの裏の分かりずらい場所という使いずらい位置にあり、出来ればテーブルの上にしてほしかったです。 また、マニュアルに書かれてはいますが防犯上のため1時に玄関施錠となっていてもう少し遅れたら入れなくなる所でした。こういう重要な事は文書だけでなくチェックインの時に伝えるべきではないですか？私は喫煙しないので問題無いですが、タバコを吸ったら清掃費3万円というのも重要な事だと思うので口頭で伝えるべきだと思います。 カードキーをかざさないとエレベーターで上がれない仕様も不便です。

Il y a à disposition plusieurs produits de beauté : savons, shampoings, crèmes, brosse à cheveux, chouchous... Tout le matériel d'hygiène nécessaire, et sans supplément ! L'onsen est propre il y a également des shampoing, savon, et soin pour cheveux ! L'hôtel propose des pyjamas et chaussons à disposition des clients, sans supplément. La chambre est très bien ! Le lit est confortable, il y a suffisamment d'espaces pour y ranger ses valises (on a 2 énormes valises et 4 sacs), elle dispose d'un rangement pour les habits. La salle de bain est bien équipée. Il y a un lave linge (300 yen) et sèche linge (100 yen) au 12ème étage. Et tout ça pour seulement 40€ par nuit pour 2 !

The staff are friendly and helpful, as are most Japanese people we met during our stay. The room is small, as is the shower room, but this is fairly typical in Japan. The shower had good hot water and strong water pressure. The Wi-Fi was adequate, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Overall, a convenient and comfortable place to stay, especially with the 7-Eleven located right downstairs.

Reviewed May 7, 2026樓下就有7-11，對面有LAWSON，走路就可以到許多知名景點，像是熊本城、上下通，十分方便，要搭輕軌🚈跟去機場的公車距離也不會太遠； 房間大小適中，可以打開兩個24吋行李箱，通道還非常有餘裕； 電視可以連結自己的YouTube 帳號； 連續住兩晚以上會協助更換每日的毛巾； 走廊有微波爐，頂樓有大浴場（可惜沒時間去看）； 浴室水壓很好； 三樓有熊本水可以裝（自備水壺）； 櫃檯人員服務也很棒 一切的一切都很OK，可以再來住也推薦的飯店

本次訂兩間房，冰箱壓縮機聲音都很吵，剛開機時還以為是哪裡在施工，之後雖然有安靜一段時間，但就算完全沒開冰箱壓縮機運轉還是很大聲，最後受不了只好關電源 我們住一晚，家人隔天早上要去大浴場，發現密碼跟入住櫃檯發的不一樣，這點希望入住時可以說明要去哪裡拿新密碼

Es gab Schlafanzüge, kleine Haarbürsten, Mini-Handtücher etc. Der Spa war kleine, aber sauber. Frühstück können wir nicht bewerten, da wir hier nicht gefrühstückt haben. Außerdem konnten wir viele Dinge ausleihen. Wir hatten ein medizinisches Gerät dabei, welches leider mit unserem Adapter nicht ausreichend funktionierte. Auch dafür könnte ein Adapter ausgeliehen werden.
