全体的な設備、サービス、清潔感、ロケーション最高でした。 スタッフさんも人当たりが良く気持ち良く滞在出来ました。 食事が美味しい！素材自体が美味しいのが良く分かります！レモンはかじっても美味しく食べられてしまいます(笑) 朝食が夕食より良いかもっていうレベルでした。 ※濃い味好きな方にはおすすめ出来ないかも。 天窓から星を眺めるのもよし、展望台から周囲一帯を眺めるのもよし！めっちゃ癒されます。 出てすぐの丘が朝最高に気持ちが良い。 ニジゲンノモリで目一杯遊んでもすぐ休めます。

スタッフさん感じは良いのですがボロがありました。(コース料理一品抜けた、料理の運びの説明漏れ) すぐ対応はしてもらえる為気分を害することもないですが、宿泊費踏まえると頑張って欲しい点でした。 お風呂の栓をしてもお湯が抜けていく。 シャワーヘッドが割れている。 この2点はちゃんとチェック&修繕しないとよろしくなかったと思いました(笑)

地點很棒, 入夜的星空非常美, 能在房間的露台觀星, 也有檜木浴缸非常好聞, 是此行覺得最有價值的地方。員工非常友善, 也很願意協助客人。餐飲表現很好, minibar誠意十足, 入住主題房型體驗也是很有趣的！

以房價而言, 主題房型的精緻度不足, 客廳沙發區的沙發不潔有明顯污漬, 應該要換沙發布了。床的舒適度不佳。

服務人員的英文能力可以加強，如此在幫忙安排接駁服務的時候針對時間、碰面地點可以更精確。

This was a terrific place - but way out of the usual travel corridors. Requires taking a bus - and the staff did not really know where to get the bus to leave. The food was terrific. And the Godzilla Operation was a delight, especially the museum. The Godzilla room was the best ever!

Staff misdirected us as to where to get the bus when we left. Even with a translation device, we had some problems communicating. It's a great place.

Absolutely the best location you can get for visiting theme park. Non collab rooms (cocoons) are still worth it as you get the same awesome service! You will get retro mobile cell phone which will let you to communicate with front desk and ask for a ride between activities in the park or delivery of your luggage even after checkout! The stuff is super nice and polite. Room is very specious and really beautiful, especially if you are into the wooden aesthetic. You will get some fresh fruits and free wine which you will be able to enjoy in the private bath or at your private balcony. Thankfully to Grand Chariot we were able to get the most remarkable experience and good memories of our stay.

We had booked the Hokage Villa for 2 Nights and it was awesome! The Staff was super friendly and very helpful all the time. The Room was awesome! Anybody who is a Naruto Fan will love it. The Merchandise is Great as well. The Dinner and the breakfast were super Delicoius and mostly with ingredients from Awaji Island. The Demon Slayer Walk and the Naruto Park were awesome!

It was a once in a life time experience to see the full lunar eclipse here. The hotel itself is just beautiful, great amenity and hot tub. Felt so well pampered during the whole stay and thanks for preparing the birthday cake for us!

Absolutely idyllic and picturesque. From the overeating deck, to the collaboration rooms, and everything in between is aesthetically divine.

This hotel was absolutely stunning. Amazing first class service and wonderful staff. We loved how quiet and private our room was. Stepping outside and literally hearing birds and being able to see stars at night was amazing. The room and the bathtub are spacious and comfortable. The meals are local cuisine and tasted amazing. This is one of the best experiences Ive ever had at a hotel. The staff was able to check our reservations to the Hello Kitty Show Box as well which was very kind. Thank you very much!

Since the room is a yurt it can be very sunny in the morning. The hotel provided a eye mask though.

I booked the Naruto hotel room for my girlfriend's birthday. I knew what to expect in terms of the room, included goodies, and space. However this property blew me away in terms of the luxury, service, and food. I was not expecting the 5 star dinner and breakfast that were included with the stay. I also didn't realize that I would fall in love with the heated floors. The bath was amazing. Though the price was steep it truly was a luxury experience.

The check in process took quite a while and they seemed a little understaffed but our staff was very friendly.

The hotel was surprisingly luxurious for being in the middle of an anime theme park. The wood bath was absolutely beautiful and you get a lot of amenities for booking with them, such as complimentary tickets to the night walk at the park and the fanciest breakfast and dinner we had in all of Japan. We stayed in the Hello Kitty room which was absolutely adorable and it accommodated all 4 of us perfectly. We loved sitting out on the deck in the morning. This place was like a spa!

The main complaint we had was that we got dropped off by bus at the main entrance and thus had to walk uphill for like half an hour to get to the information desk where we could get picked up by the hotel van. By the end of it, we were feeling pretty hagard. Just know that if you're taking a bus to the island, definitely get one that drops you off at Parking Lot F where the hotel van can get you directly. We didn't have a phone plan so our ability to contact the hotel was pretty limited.

Very convenient to Nijigen no Mori, the staffs made us felt so welcomed, and the property is very well maintained. We only stayed one night but I have already decided to book again in my next Awajishima visit, hopefully more people can support them and Nijigen no Mori.

This is definitely one of our most favorite places to stay at in Japan. The staff was attentive, facilities were in great shape, the room was spacious and clean, the scenery was gorgeous (pity it rained so we couldn't see the stars), and the food was excellently prepared. If i could give more than 5*, I definitely would! It's a few minutes away from Niji gen mori, but you can call for a ride from their reception station at the park (next to Parking Lot F, which you can reach by taking a shuttle bus from the Iwaya Port). Keep up the great job, everyone! It was our pleasure staying at Grand Chariot. :)

スライムのコクーンに宿泊しました。 メダル探しは楽しかったです。 部屋も綺麗でした。ウェルカムの果物は切ってある状態かゼリーとかの方がよかったかもしれません。 夕食のすき焼きはちょっと甘すぎて最後はくどいかも。洋風茶碗蒸しはとても美味しかったです。機会があればまた泊まりに行きたいと思いました。

The surrounding is very clean and beautiful

It is not easy to access. I can only park the car outside the amusement park which I think is reasonable. But how can I contact the hotel staffs to pick me up? There should be some hints for example I can contact the entrance staff . The hotel is inside which at the top . We almost get lost . Wespend almost an hour to find and solve the problem . Thank for the driver from the yellow bus help . Or we cannot find the hotel

I would definitely recommend this Amazing hotel. It had free breakfast and dinner and a great staff. They will drop you off and pick you up at the Godzilla, dragon quest and Naruto areas. The gave me a cell to call for pick ups. The theme parks that are near it are so much fun and have great shops. The room I stayed in was the Naruto themed room it was the cool room I have stayed in yet.

We arrived early on a wet day and the staff were great! It was to early to check in but they dropped us at a dry café, gave us umbrellas and a phone for later. Once we could check in we got welcomed at reception with a drink and snack then shown to our room. We had the Naruto room which was absolutely amazing! Decoration, amenities and comfort of it were perfect, plus the exclusive merch and tickets included to the Naruto village and light shows. We also had traditional meals as part of the bundle which were a piece of artwork in themselves. brilliant stay and will be back!

It is highly recommended to stay at this establishment when visiting Awaji Island. The staff provides exceptional service in all aspects. Based on my 25 years of experience working in five-star, five-diamond resorts, I can confidently say that this establishment meets the same high standards.

This resort is located at the top of the mountain inside the Awajishima Anime Park. If you are visiting the Park, it is very convenient to stay here. The hotel's pick up service is extraordinary. We took the JR express bus from Osaka Station. Got off at the bottom of the mountain, 1 floor below the huge souvenir shop. It is a bit tricky to find the hotel pick up point -- An Information Stand by the road side. Once we got on the van, the hotel staff (a Thai lady) really went out of her way to help us! She first dropped us to the park for lunch. Then dropped off the luggages back to the hotel and came back to pass us a mobile phone (we did not have a local mobile and roaming is very expensive) so that we could call her to pick us up after we finished visiting the Park in the evening! Everything is perfect, from pick up, check in, dinner, room cleaniness, and breakfast. The night view from our patio was stunning!! We could see so many stars and the beautiful bridge!

I suggest the hotel should take some pictures to show travellers how to get there by bus (where to get off) or by car (where to park) as well as photos of the pick up point as it is difficult to find. Their English is not good and it is difficult to communicate complicated directions. Another thing is that I told the hotel which bus I took and the arrival time. Yet the hotel insisted that I had to call or email them upon arrival. I did both. Unfortunately my email (Gmail) was blocked by their system. No clue why. I used the pay phone to call them but it was difficult to communicate. It took us 20 minutes running around to ask a local to talk to them and to try to find the pick up point, making sure the hotel did send a pick up van.

Our stay was fantastic! The staff were so helpful, pleasant and accommodating. It was perfect for a Naruto fan. The included dinner and breakfast were a dining experience that was beautiful and elegant. They went out of their way to make Soba for my son who doesn’t eat seafood. Perfect trip.

Staying at Grand Chariot was a highlight of our first trip to Japan during January 2024. Nestled amidst the breathtaking beauty of Awaji's nature, this place truly felt like a serene escape. What truly elevated our experience was the exceptional staff. Attentive, professional, and kind, they made us feel right at home. Grand Chariot was very English-friendly, ensuring smooth communication and making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. We were even graciously driven around, further enhancing our exploration of the area. The culinary experience at Grand Chariot, dinner and breakfast, was a true delight. The fancy and delicious high-end Japanese cuisine, made from local ingredients of Awaji, was something we won't forget. Our accommodations in the clean and meticulously curated rooms were nothing short of splendid. We had the privilege of staying in the Hokage room, which was adorned with Naruto-themed decor and even came with free Naruto gifts – a treat for any fan. The relaxing bath made of cypress wood added a touch of luxury and tranquility to our evenings. Overall, our stay at Grand Chariot was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the exceptional staff, exquisite cuisine, and the idyllic surroundings. We can't wait to return and relive these cherished memories.

平日のど真ん中ということで、部屋が空いており予約よりランクの高い部屋にご案内いただきました。 とても綺麗な部屋で快適に過ごせました。 スタッフさんの対応もよく、とても丁寧な対応ありがとうございます。 また機会があればお邪魔できればと思います。

　空調設備のフィルターが埃だらけで、2段ベットに敷かれている布団の下の四隅には、埃玉が落ちており清掃が行き届いていない印象を受けた。ハウスダストにアレルギーがあるので、鼻水が止まらなくなった。 　スタッフは、親切丁寧で好感が持てる対応だった。 　食事は、余り美味しいとは思えず、もっとリーズナブルな値段で宿泊出来る料理旅館の方が美味しい食事を提供してくれる。 　お子様料理は、ファミレス料理と大差ないもので、小さな子供連れにはお勧め出来ない宿泊施設だと思います。

I loved my stay at the Grand Chariot! As a huge Hello Kitty fan, I stayed in one of the Hello Kitty themed rooms. The room was adorably decorated and I got free exclusive Hello Kitty merch too. Dinner and breakfast were also delicious and the staff were super friendly and professional. The reservation also came with admission to both Hello Kitty Smile and Hello Kitty Apple House attractions nearby where I received more exclusive merch. My only complaint was driving to the resort. Do not follow Google Maps on where to park. It led us to a remote area and we had to call Grand Chariot to figure out where to park. You’ll want to park in Parking Lot F of Nijigen no Mori Park for Grand Chariot staff to pick you up if arriving by car like we did! Better signs and communication about this could be provided on their website about this.

The service was out of this world. They drive you everywhere around the park and even in the park itself they treat you like royalty for being a guest of the hotel. The guy at dinner was fantastic even talking to us about the star we were currently looking at, it was a lovely experience overall. The room was also super big and comfortable, definitely worth every penny spent.

ニジゲンノモリなどの公園の広大な敷地内にあり、周囲とは隔絶された特別感のある自然のなかの静かなエリアでした。専用の送迎車でなければ駐車場にもアクセスが遠いですので日常的な利便性を求める方には不向きかもしれませんが、そうでなければリゾート内で全て完結できリラックスできます。 客層が落ち着いており安心して滞在できました。 コテージの建物への道も、建物も、インテリアも置いてあるもの全てがこだわりを感じられました。バスアメニティだけは案外普通でした。 選べる夕食のコースも完成されており全て美味しくいただきました。素敵なバイオリン演奏を聴きながら楽しめましたが選曲はもっとクラシックでも良かったと感じます。 スタッフの方々は皆優しく笑顔が素晴らしく、相談にも親切に対応いただき感謝しております。 ぜひリピートして次は晴れた夜に宿泊したいです。

Loved the dinner and breakfast. Setting was spectacular. Our "Cocoon" was comfortable and loved the amenities esp the fresh fruit upon arrival.

Had a tough time meeting up with the shuttle when we arrived at the parking lot. We went to the wrong parking lot (since we were not able to read the signs in Japanese) so we were hot and tired and had to wait longer than expected.

The staff was incredible! The room was beautiful and so clean. It is the perfect getaway spot for a few days. Definitely recommend to go!

The service is outstanding! We stayed at the Naruto villa. The park is great,the rooms are comfy and nicely decorated. The parks and attractions are the cherry on top. Oh and I almost forgot the view! Great place to stay. Godzilla zip ride and Naruto are fun. Highly recommend.
