I booked the Executive Suite expecting a premium experience — especially considering I paid more than €4,700 for just 3 nights. The moment I walked into the suite, I started noticing one issue after another. And these aren’t things you need to look for — they’re things you notice simply by walking into the room. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. Then there’s the so-called “private pool.” The pool is only around 2 feet deep. Calling this a private pool as part of an Executive Suite is honestly very misleading compared to what you would reasonably expect when booking this category of room. But the best part was how the hotel handled my complaint. When I went to reception and explained the issues, I was initially told that tomorrow, when I leave the room, they could send someone to come and cover/fix them. Tomorrow? I just checked in. And somehow it gets even better 😂 While I was STILL standing there discussing the issue with them, they sent someone to the suite and their solution was to literally COVER IT WITH BED SHEETS. Yes. Bed sheets. 😂 I paid more than €4,700 for three nights in an Executive Suite, raised a complaint immediately after checking in, and the solution was to hide the problem under bed sheets. At this point, I genuinely don’t know whether to be angry or laugh. For this price and this room category, I expected a luxury experience — not problems being covered up, literally. Just look at the photos. I think they say everything.

What an amazing stay at this hotel! We booked 1 room for 3 persons and were so surprised at how beautiful and big the room was. We were all so comfortable and they made sure to accommodate for 3, with 3 slippers, 3 gowns etc. I was there for my birthday and they were so sweet to prepare a little surprise for me! The staff were super helpful and accommodating and the hotel facilities were beautiful and clean. I will recommend you everyone!

We left Arts Hotel Bodrum extremely disappointed. From the beginning of our stay, our bathroom smelled like sewage. We called reception several times, but the issue was never resolved. Spending a vacation with a constant sewage smell in a supposedly luxury hotel is simply unacceptable. The hotel also has no sandy beach. The only access to the sea is via a staircase, and the steps are steep and uncomfortable, making it difficult and unsafe to get in and out of the water. The biggest shock came at check-out. We were presented with an outrageous bill. Two iced coffees cost 1,180 TL, one pasta cost 1,960 TL, two burgers cost 3,060 TL, and a can of Coke cost 390 TL. These prices are excessive, even for a luxury hotel. Even more concerning, we were charged based on room slips that were not signed by us. We disputed these charges, but we were still required to pay. Another shocking experience was the hotel’s visitor policy. On three separate occasions, we were charged €100 because friends of my 14-year-old daughter briefly visited our room. They did not stay overnight, no extra bed or accommodation was provided, and they were only in the room for about two hours. What upset us the most was how the situation was handled. A receptionist named Emre confronted my daughter’s 14-15-year-old friends away from the lobby, in a secluded area, and they felt intimidated after being told that the police could be called. They were just teenage girls, and the entire situation was handled in an inappropriate and upsetting manner. When we questioned the outrageous prices and charges, a staff member simply said, “We only do business for two months anyway.” That response perfectly reflected the attitude we experienced throughout our stay. A luxury hotel should offer transparency, professionalism, and respect for its guests. Instead, we experienced unresolved maintenance issues, unreasonable prices, disputed charges, an unfriendly approach to young visitors, and a complete lack of customer care. During our 10-day stay, we were charged approximately 100,000 TL in extras alone. Between the excessive food and beverage prices, disputed charges, and visitor fees, the final bill was shocking and left us feeling exploited rather than valued as guests. We left feeling overcharged, disrespected, and deeply disappointed. We will never return and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Best hotel in Bodrum the stuff are helpful , welcoming, friendly, and the language was not a challenge Mr. Yaqub from the management team always around all the guests asking if you need any assistance. Thank you all for the best hospitality ever

- perfect location for local beach clubs and the marina, it was a 5 minute drive. - our hotel room was stunning. - the gym had a decent selection of equipment.

- the serving staff were not welcoming. - we didn’t enjoy the breakfast and following our first breakfast, they had run out of orange juice for the whole week. - no water was put in our rooms daily. - it was off season = less busy but the staff were not always accommodating. EG. allowing us to sit down for an hour without bringing the menu, we had to go up and ask. Asked for a towel but never received one.

The views from the room and the location was great! The breakfast spread was also delicious.

The service was incredibly slow, reception didnt answer the phone often, the mini bar items were not stocked for our room, housekeeping didnt give us clean glasses after they cleaned. We asked for breakfast packs to be made for us since we were leaving early in the morning, and they were never made. Also some of the facilities werent well kept. The grass is patchy. The sunbeds by the pool were dirty. Some of the cloths and towels in the bathroom were old. Overall I wouldnt book this hotel again.

Был плохой вид, прямо на трубы и соседнее здание. Я просила заменить номер, но этого не сделали. При выезде парни с валет даже не помогли загрузить чемодан в машину. Завтраки всю неделю были абсолютно одинаковыми. С учетом, что отель был выбран из дорогой категории - такой сервис разочаровал.

We booked this ‘5 star’ hotel and when we arrived the hotel was beautiful and the room was huge. However, we quickly realised none of the members of staff spoke much English. When we went to breakfast which was included the staff told us there was no menu and all we could have is a Turkish breakfast? Which we didn’t like so immediately had no option but to eat out now. The WiFi as well which is described as being fast didn’t even work by the pool and didn’t work at the ‘beach club’ they describe but really all the staff are just clustered at the top of it and u have track down staff to ask for a drink. ‘fully equipped gym’ is what is described. The treadmills both didn’t work. The terrible staff members at this hotel particularly ‘Caner’ is making his friends drive customers around in what’s is ILLEGAL UNLISCENCED TAXIS for double sometimes triple the price. After trying to manipulate us by telling us yellow taxis are a scam. Me and my boyfriend waited for his friend to come who charged us £25 for a £10 journey we quickly found out in the yellow taxi back. My partner told him the next day we want yellow cab none of your friends. He lied said he booked it after 45 minutes of it not turning up we called ourselves and it came in 5 minutes under our booking!!! What was funny is when we confronted Caner about the unlicensed taxis he was putting us in for the first few days of our holiday, he threatened us with the police. When he realised my partner was not intimidated by this, he proceeded to make up stories that the police told him we needed to ‘go to the police station’ but couldn’t explain why!? Money grabbing and scamming customers. When we mentioned this to people at the pool, they said they didn’t even realise and spent there whole holiday putting money in this Caners pocket. The whole trip we was made to feel uncomfortable as we had to pay to call the taxi line rather than ask the staff members of the hotel to arrange a taxi. We will come back to Bodrum every year now, and we always go for a 5* experience. We will never come back and tell every person we know that the hotel is a scam.

Caner, de receptionist, was het enige Engelstalige vriendelijke personeelslid dat ons kon helpen met onze vragen. Omer was een aardige jongen die ook Engelstalig was en zijn uiterste best deed om ons te bedienen. Omer en Caner waren vriendelijk personeel van het hotel, samen met de schoonmaaksters die ons regelmatig begroetten.

De prijzen voor eten en drinken waren belachelijk hoog. Elke zaterdag kwam er döner uit Izmir, zo vertelde een personeelslid. Voor een broodje, plus 10% servicekosten die bij elke bestelling werden toegevoegd, heb ik uiteindelijk €50 betaald. Schandalig! Daarnaast sprak het personeel nauwelijks Engels. Ze keken je vreemd aan of negeerden je wanneer je te veel in het Engels vroeg, vooral bij de bar. Vaak maakten ze gebruik van Google Translate, wat de taalbarrière alleen maar groter maakte, omdat de vertalingen vaak niet klopten. De prijzen van het hotel zijn absurd, en ik raad absoluut niet aan om er eten of drinken te bestellen.

Great place, good location, quick service. Staff are all extremely friendly and special thanks to suheyl and the reception team for their hospitality. Appreciate them all. I would also suggest the breakfast mini bar to have more options on the buffet as it is very minimal. Thank you

Room was huge, clean. Close to yalikavak marina. Great customer service. The pool and beach has an amazing view. Worth every penny

First impressions were waiting an hour past check in time for our rooms. Horrible service at the pool. We had to order the same drink 4 times with 3 different people to get it. Took over an hour for drinks and food. We stayed last year and had a great time. The service was terrible this time.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and in a convenient location—perfect for a short stay. The staff were generally helpful, and I’d like to especially thank Kerem for his outstanding service. He was professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was a quick question or a request, he handled it with care and efficiency. His support definitely made the experience smoother and more enjoyable.

We LOVEEED our stay here, huge rooms, amazing staff and service. Breakfast is gooood, beach vibes are always a hittt, wonderful location, taxis are always available and the receptionists are so helpful and kind ❤️❤️ definitely recommending this hotel to my friends and family

The only thing I didn’t like is whenever I take a shower the water floods and leaks out to the room.

Genuinely speaking I wouldn’t say this is a 5 star hotel. Nothing about the hotel fitted into the 5 star category / experience. Stayed in the ‘Deluxe double feature a pool with a view’ Unfortunately didn’t have a view of such thing, pool was freezing even when the sun was out it’s covered by trees. Was duty inside of the pool. I had to ask them to clean it which they did after 2 days. The hotel beds ain’t that comfortable, not how you imagine a hotel bed to be fluffy and cozy as others are. Rooms are not that clean as an 5 star hotel should be. None of the staff speak English, you have to google translate to them. Very hard to have conversations with them even to ask for things eg room service, or ask them for recommendations for places to visit. You have to ask the staff at the reception desk to order you a taxi. As taxi’s are not just outside or notting like uber works just keeps you waiting then cancels the trip. Breakfast is terrible. Same things were dished out daily. I see them packing it and bringing it out the next day. I even see staff and chefs eating the food while coming in and out the buffet area. Staff are not really helpful they don’t really care when asking questions. They have nothing for kids to eat.

Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr schönen Bucht und das Wasser ist hervorragend. Wir waren Ende September dort. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll, jedoch trüben fehlende Feinarbeiten das Gesamtbild bei näherem Hinsehen, was gleichwohl nicht unbedingt stört. Dagegen empfanden wir es als sehr störend, dass man die Gäste die Aufbruchstimmung spüren ließ, z. B. liefen den ganzen Tag Handwerker durch die Anlage, um den benachbarten Magi Beach Club auszuräumen und abzubauen, weshalb es auch tagsüber aufgrund von Maschinenlärm teilweise sehr laut war. Zusätzlich wurden die Palmenblätter und Blumen geschnitten, obwohl noch viele Gäste dort waren und sich gesonnt haben. Auch das hat gestört. Das Fitnessstudio war zudem vernachlässigt und ungepflegt. Alles in allem konnte man merken, dass sich die Saison zu Ende neigt. Und warum jeden Tag dieselbe Musik laufen muss, bleibt ein Rätsel. Positiv ist das Personal zu erwähnen. Die Leute haben sich viel Mühe gegeben und waren freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch wenn der Preis im Vergleich mit anderen Hotels in der Gegend in Ordnung war, passte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aufgrund der genannten Punkte unterm Strich nicht wirklich. Vielleicht ist es in der High-Season besser. Potenzial ist jedenfalls vorhanden.

The beach area, the service and the spa was beyond my expectations. The sea water was extremely clean. The floor staff was kind, sincere and helpful. Breakfast was a true chef’s kiss for kicking off the day:)

The quadruple room we had is supposed to have a sea view, which it does but between the room and the sea there’s a sort of storage that ruins the whole view, we didn’t enjoy the sea view because we barely saw it. Also, the breakfast was soooo basic or even less than basic, same thing everyday, very limited options.

There was a noise outside the balcony that I couldn’t sleep because of. I asked for a solution, and they said that there are no available rooms and they can't do anything about it. The room cleaning was improper. They leave the drinking glasses unwashed until you tell them to. I asked for face towels more than four times, and every time I came back, nothing happened. The washer in the toilet is not installed properly, and the shower room has silicone that goes off every time I take a shower.

We loved this hotel and the whole family went to SPA we did Turkish bath and massage even they have spa kids menu I recommend.

Very professional manager (Mr najati) and the staff was very friendly and great. Breakfast was fantastic.

The room service food, especially the burger, could be better.

I stayed at this hotel previously in 2020 and really enjoyed my stay there. I decided to remain loyal and book another 5 nights this time. Except it felt the standards have dropped, management and staff service levels are really poor. Breakfast quality was not great! I supposed to say what I like here - the property is a good and interesting property but is let down by poor service and being located next to noisy beach club. Close to Yalikavak marina

Everything! Breakfast was terrible and dry. Constantly running out of food options. No oranage juices, dry meats, no baked goods. Really bad Noise and Sleep: Forget it - this hotel is right next to a noisy beach club. When it is a wedding party - you have no chance of sleeping because they love to turn up the music so loud it can be heard a few kilometers away. Its not a 5 star hotel, there is bad service and poor management. Management do not anticipate the needs or issues that might arise in order to resolve problems. Instead they wait for you to complain and offer no solutions or compensation. We complained a few times only to get blank stares and empty "sorrys" and excuses for all that is wrong. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels - this hotel is NOT 5 star at all. its a 3 or at best a 4 star hotel. Beware to book here if you value your sleep. Not worth the money if you can't have some peace and quiet!

This hotel is a scam! They are firstly not a 5 star hotel. They might look like it, but they certainly do not provide service or act like it! I stayed for 5 nights and experienced one of the most disappointing, frustrating and annoying stays of my life. The property is next to beach club and venue which hosted a BIG wedding...you can guess the rest. We could not sleep until past 3am - complained multiple times, made no difference! Complained to management the next day - they couldn't care less! They offered no solutions or compensation. I recorded videos of the noise disturbance, and even measured level of sound disturbance - it averaged over 70dB throughout the night! Very very disappointing. The food at breakfast was boring, unappetising and when it was done - you only saw empty plates, you asked for food and they told you theres nothing - and there was still one hour left for breakfast. All round don't stay at this hotel if you want peace and quiet, value for money, good service, clean rooms etc..
