Everything was perfect.

Gorgeous resort, but the best part came from all the quiet, thoughtful, quiet surprises in hospitality - from the welcome drinks, to charging our electric car before we left…every day we noticed countless little touches that showed intention in every act of service. The price was more than reasonable given everything included: delicious breakfast daily, full access to spa amenities, complimentary e-bike rentals, etc. We can’t wait to go back!

It has beautiful architectural design and it still looks very new. Everything was exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Even though it might not have the most dramatic view of the rocky dolomites, its dolomia restaurant has very beautiful views through panoramic windows down the valley and sided by vegetated mountain sides that really make you appreciate the landscape.

The only thing that slightly bothered us was the temperature control in the rooms shower as well es in the showers of the spa itself. For this price I’d expect the temperature of my shower not to be a gamble. But i’d like to make clear that this is nothing that would not make me recommend this hotel. Just something they should have a look at.

almost everything. the room. the breakfast. the restaurants - we tried both and loved them. the view. the pools. the knowledgeable sommelier. the extremely nice bar tender. the manager who made an effort to find us a room we liked.

the complexity of moving in the hotel. changing elevators and corridors. the fact that we had to insist on getting a window table though quite a few were available.

Everything was more than wonderful! Staff, service, location, views, facilities!! High level of comfort and relaxation!!

The views from property are beautiful. Common areas and room clean and well kept Food is really good quality and cocktails are great

It is very remote so you need a car to get out and about even to most of the hikes. Last morning breakfast staff didn’t offer us hot drinks or food from the menu. Our room (2nd floor) near the pool so was not peaceful to sit on balcony.

I surprised my husband with a stay here for his birthday recently and we were absolutely blown away by how incredible this was. Although I had planned this trip for several months, the pictures of the location do not do it justice. From the moment you drive up, the views will leave you in awe and the quality of the staff is truly comparable. Each of the valets that greeted us was so helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable; thank you Ivan and Beleck (I hate that I can't recall all their names, but they were all fantastic)! At check in, we were greeted by Valentina who truly made our stay special. From the special tour of the facility and our room, to her genuine kindness and compassion, she truly reflects the high quality and care of this hotel. The spa and sauna are without a doubt one of the best we have experienced in our life and it will certainly leave you feeling incredibly refreshed and rejuvenated. As the spa areas are quite large, the staff is very courteous in helping understand all of the facilities and services. Iliseta and Katya were phenomenal at helping us, and the attendees were so kind and attentive (I can't recall the gentleman's name from Tanzania, but he was incredible). The great room has astounding views of the mountains and valley and we spent a lot of time at the bar there. Nicolo and Ivan not only made phenomenal drinks, but were also very kind. We ended up extending our stay and Alessandro went above and beyond in helping us with our options of extension and making our stay even more comfortable. Staying here was certainly the best part of our stay in Italy and we will certainly return just to stay at this resort. Thank you so much for making this special birthday even more memorable!

Our stay at this resort was absolutely perfect! Cleanliness, location, service, and facilities were all 5-star quality. However, for a luxury hotel, there were two small issues with the bathroom: the shower water leaks all over the bathroom floor, and if you run the shower and the bathtub at the same time, they share the same hot water line, which causes sudden temperature changes. Also, the food prices at the hotel bar are quite expensive. Despite these details, it was an incredible experience and we highly recommend it!

Amazing hotel & Spa. All staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Food was top quality. Spa is fantastic. We stayed for 4 nights and had the most relaxing time.

Very stylish hotel, rooms, facilities. International Chic, approaching minimalist. Very comfortable bed with crisp linen. Excellent meal at main restaurant (it should be on Google Maps, but isn’t, and the name isn’t visible on any sign I could find) and in the Lounge. Breakfast eggs Benedict were not correctly poached (white was uncooked) and the Hollandaise had no taste. The Michelin-starred restaurant was closed during both the days I stayed. Free EV fast charging in the basement garage. Lots of chargers.

Arrival instructions non-existent. I arrived at 2:30 pm in pouring rain and found the front gate easily enough but it was closed (why closed at the time most guests arrive?) Eventually I found the inconspicuous door buzzer, which didn’t react to anything I did, so I pulled back and tried to find another means of entry. I drove up the hill, down the hill, then back to the gate. Another guest who had arrived in the interim got the gate opened, so I was finally able to enter, 15 minutes after I arrived. The inner driveway does not drain properly, so there was almost 1-inch deep rainwater. Management later explained there was a power glitch (affecting only the gate buzzer). But when I asked why the gate was closed at all, no one had an answer.

Our stay at Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning architecture, the breathtaking mountain views, and the warm, professional service provided by every member of the staff. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer every comfort you could wish for. The spa is truly world-class, with outstanding facilities that create a perfect atmosphere for relaxation and well-being. Every detail throughout the resort reflects quality, elegance, and attention to guest satisfaction. The restaurants offer excellent cuisine, and breakfast was one of the best we have experienced in any luxury hotel. The location is also ideal for exploring the Dolomites while enjoying a peaceful and luxurious retreat. Overall, Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti is one of the finest hotels we have ever visited. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxury, relaxation, and impeccable service in the heart of the Dolomites. We will definitely return.

The room and facilities are great. The pool with the outdoor views are amazing and breathtaking. The resort is extremely clean.

The room did not have cold A/C while the weather outside went to 28 and 29 degrees. Nights were hard for us to sleep due to this. We tried to open the balcony for air circulation during the middle of the night (not ideal), and it didn’t work well. During the daytime, we couldn’t stay in the room honestly. When we booked our massages in the Spa, the massage did not take up the full length of the therapy (50 mins). When we rebooked and ensured on them to continue the 50 mins, they said that the 50 mins will include the changing time, which is something i have never experienced before while traveling and going to many hotels and spas around the world. Food service was good, but the food itself was average at best.

From the staff to the rooms, everything about Lefay exceeded our expectations, especially since we were travelling there on our honeymoon. Communication was excellent and the service was exceptional, with rooms that were not only comfortable and cosy, but also luxurious with amazing views of the alps and overlooking the town below. The location is also quite ideal if you want to explore the area, as the hotel is easily accessible. There are also a lot of activities you can partake in; I recommend the walks as you can see more of the area and town itself. The spa and pool are the oustanding features of this hotel, and you must visit at least once to experience them for yourself.

- Teilweise fehlendes Feingefühl beim Service trotz hohem Preisniveau (z.B. Zusatzverrechnung für Kännchen Hafermilch bei Allergie wirkt kleinlich) - Dolomia preislich eher teuer und Grual erfüllt den Anspruch eines Sternerestaurants nur eingeschränkt (ins. Grual: 30min Wartezeit bis zum ersten Aperitif, Menüdauer mit min. 3,5 Stunden deutlich zu lang, Allergien konnten trotz Voranmeldung kaum berücksichtigt werden - Sprachbarrieren (Englisch/Deutsch) im Spa-Bereich unpassend für diese Hotelkategorie - „Aromatherapy“ als Whirlpoolbad entsprach nicht den Erwartungen und wirkte unterdurchschnittlich - Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in einzelnen Bereichen nicht ganz stimmig/überrissen

Tutto meraviglioso, dall’accoglienza alla pulizia e al comfort della camera, alla spa, alla colazione, alla location. Ci hanno addirittura ricaricato gratuitamente l’auto elettrica per evitare ci farci fermare al rientro. Impeccabile. Lascia sereni e coccolati anche nel ricordo quando si è a casa. Grazie di cuore

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in. I claim this a 6 star hotel instead of a 5 star hotel. The services, the super luxury Spa suite, the view, the swimming pools, the food&beverage and parking facilities all is too good to be true. Thank you for an amazing stay, we come again soon.

It was all perfect!

The location is perfect for both summer escapes and winter holidays. The staff was very professional and friendly, making us feel at home. The restaurant offers some truly exquisite dishes. During our stay, it was my wife's birthday, and we received a special treat that amazed us.

My stay at Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms are stunning, spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with a serene alpine elegance. The setting is spectacular, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery that creates an instant sense of peace and relaxation. What impressed me most was the overall quality of the experience: warm, attentive, world-class. It is a stand-out wellness resort for its design, atmosphere, services, and quality of cuisine. I highly recommend it!

Everything was very peaceful at this hotel. The room was spacious and modern, and the entire property is beautifully decorated with stunning landscape views. The fitness center and spa are excellent, offering a wide range of options, and it never felt crowded. Breakfast featured a great variety, including freshly made fruit and vegetable juices.

One aspect I didn’t appreciate was with one reception staff, who was the least professional part of the experience (and I would say not LGBT friendly). I requested two sets of large slippers and flip-flops, as the room temperature initially had one small and one large pair—clearly arranged with a default assumption that didn’t fit our situation. Unfortunately, my request was never fulfilled, and nothing was delivered to the room. I found this oversight both frustrating and somewhat insensitive. However the rest of the staff was very kind and helpful. I was also disappointed by the pedestrian access to and from the hotel. Everything seems designed for cars, and as a guest on foot you have to pass through the vehicle gate to enter or leave, which is quite inconvenient and frustrating.

It was divine experience from the very beginning till the moment we left the resort.Very,very polite personnel ready to assist whenever you need. Very comfortable and clean room.Excellent matress and pillows.Breathtaking views on the mountains.Spa zones are top.Saunas,swimming pools,relax zones with birds singing,grasshopers craking,sound of rain,healthy snacks - that makes our stay there unforgetable. Restaurant was 5 from 5.They have Michelin rest as wel,but we didn t go there cause were completely satisfied with the main restaurant. Definately we will return here and will recomend our friends this paradise.

The staff was extremely unhelpful. The spa was always crowded. The food wasn't tasty. The hotel is very removed from the town. There is no vibe.

This is place is one of the finest hotels I've been in. The service from the moment you arrives is top notch. The staff are attentive without imposing. It's quiet luxury. The spa is world class and every treatment I had was best-in-class. The therapists were excellent. There are dailly activities that are free of charge. The aufguss in the sauna was particularly brilliant. Lefay make skiing extremely easy - from being able to rent them from reception to the shuttle bus to the ski lift. We were full board and I didn't regret it - no meal was disappointing and the food was excellent. You need to visit this place - I can honestly say, it was one of the best holidays I've had. Relaxing, refined and refreshing.
