Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Das Bergjuwel macht seinem Namen alle Ehre. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, die Gastgeberin Helga hat uns super aufgenommen 😄. Sie hatte stets ein offenes Ohr 👍. Wir sind als Familie mit drei Erwachsenen dort gewesen. Das Appartment ist sehr großzügig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns wirklich an Nichts 😀. Die Lage ist perfekt, wir hatten einen super tollen Blick auf die Berge. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, es war für uns pure Erholung sowie Entspannung, In das Bergjuwel würden wir jederzeit wieder kommen.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Ein sehr herzlicher Empfang, sehr schönes Ambiente mit hochwertiger Ausstattung! Blick in die Berge traumhaft, Betten bequem! Sehr kinderfreundlich - eine große Auswahl an Brettspielen stand bereit. Bequemer Parkplatz in einer direkt zu begehenden Garage. Ein Brötchenservice wird angeboten, wir haben ihn genutzt und genossen jeden Tag einen liebevollen Korb vor unserer Tür zu finden. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt.
Das einzige, was wir vermisst haben waren Haken für die Handtücher neben der Dusche :-D

Er zit geen pas bij voor de liften in de omgeving. Bijna bij alle andere accommodaties is dit wel.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026Wir sind zu Fuß zur Piste bzw. dem inkludierten Depot gelaufen. Die Wohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet. Unsere Infrarotkabine hat nicht zu 100% funktioniert, war aber kein Problem. Die Vermieterin hat sich gekümmert und nachdem es mixt gleich repariert werden konnte, durften wir die Kabine der Machbarwohnung nutzen. Sehr kulant und freundlich!
Es gab nur ein scharfes Messer in der Wohnung und das war leider schon recht stumpf. Die vom Brötchenservice angebotenen Brötchen /Brot waren leider nicht nach unserem Geschmack. Wir hätten uns mehr Auswahl gewünscht. Aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nix, das lag am Bäcker vor Ort.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026Ubytování v apartmánu, který jsme my obývali, bylo moc hezké. Velká terasa, krásný výhled, pohodlné postele, velká lednice, dokonce i mrazák, indukční varná deska. Pěkné čisté pokoje. V přízemí prostorná garáž.
Velkým zklamáním bylo zjištění, že se apartmán nenachází v místě, kde je vyznačen na mapě. Záměrně jsme si vybírali ubytování u sjezdovky, abychom mohli dojet na lyžích až k chatě. Bohužel až když jsme přijeli, zjistili jsme, že se naše ubytování nachází cca 450 m vzdušnou čarou daleko od vyznačeného místa. A ještě větším zklamáním bylo to, že ačkoliv na tento fakt už hosté před námi upozorňovali, a my na místě paní Helgu též, tvářila se, že je vše v naprostém pořádku a že můžeme jezdit autobusem. To je, dle mého názoru, podvod, který bych v Rakousku nečekal!! Dále v apartmánu chyběly háčky v koupelně, a v kuchyni větší hrnky, hrnce nebo třeba obyčejná vařečka.

Sympatyczna Pani właścicielka, z której pomocą zameldowanie przebiegło sprawnie i szybko. Zdjęcia pokoju nie oddają jakości wykończenia wnętrz. Serdecznie polecam, z pewnością wrócimy

The owners were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the first moment. The rooms were spacious and modern, and the breakfast was excellent. Everything was thoughtfully done and of very high quality. We highly recommend

Reviewed Dec 28, 2025Mooi en schoon appartement met groot balkon, grote badkamer en infraroodsauna. Bedden lagen heerlijk en de kamer waar onze drie kinderen op sliepen was ook ruim genoeg. Heerlijk stil was het in de nacht. Op ca 8min lopen naar Schatzberg gondel. Fijn dat er skiopslag geregeld is in de winkel vlakbij de lift. Kleine Spar op loopafstand en een grotere op 10min rijden. Restaurants op loopafstand. Vriendelijke gastvrouw
Eigenlijk was alles perfect. Als ik iets zou moeten noemen dan was het dat je de buren soms kon horen praten als je aan de eettafel zit. Dit omdat er een soort afgesloten schuifdeur tussen de appartementen zit bij het eetgedeelte. Voor ons niet storend

It is not a dislike but a suggestion. It would be great to have a brochure on useful information such as places to eat, buy groceries, places to visit and planned events in the neighbourhood/town.

The pillows were not that comfortable but i found this common across Austria 🤓, the location is not close to Innsbruck (but this is not a bad thing to the flat itself)
