Le Sabot Ubud

J'ai aimé la maison pour sa singularité mais aussi sa lumière, son confort et sa proximité avec la piscine. De plus la maison est très bien située avec restaurants, salon de massages et autres commerces à proximité.

J'aurais aimé que les draps, serviettes et moustiquaires soient en meilleur état.

Super mooie en rustgevende plek, op een hele leuke plek tussen de locals. De eigenaar was de gehele tijd goed bereikbaar. De plek ligt op 10 min lopen vanaf de drop-off plek (auto's kunnen daar niet komen), waardoor het knus aanvoelde. We werden - met onze spullen- opgehaald met scooters vanaf de drop-off plek. Veel restaurants en koffiebarretjes op loopafstand (tussen hotel en drop off)

Het was 45 min wandelen naar het centrum en de meeste hoogtepunten. Voor ons niet erg, want wij houden juist van rust.

It was very tranquil in a quiet village! I was picked up from my driver and taken to my accommodation by a scooter. You are given a Whats app number for any questions or help. They are really beautiful people. Clean and amazing for rest and relaxation.

It isnt as close to town as expected looking on the map. There is a really big hill to get to and from town, which was fine on a scooter but I wouldnt say its comfortable for walking. Google states mostly flat. Dogs at the entrance which I learnt on day 4 if you do not look at them and keep your pace they are ok. 😂

Staff was very helpful (laundry service, breakfast, questions about the stay, …)

The tracks down to it. Could be a little loud late on but that’s part of where you are and the experience.

We were in touch with the staff through whatsapp and the staff was waiting for us at arrival to bring us and our bags to the hotel.

The location is secluded and quiet which makes it the perfect place for holidays . Room are well equipped and spacious surrounded by nature which makes it a lovely green paradise.

We booked a deluxe room which is totally open with fish p9nd. So be prepared in the evening to get the humidity get to your linen and clothes.

Amazing place to stay we really enjoyed our time there the place was perfect staff there where brilliant start to finish we would definitely stop there again and recommend to everyone

Goed gelegen aan een leuke levendige straat in Ubud, je ontsnapt er aan de drukte en wordt ondergedompeld in een groene oase. Basic mooie hut-bungalows, back to nature.

Je mag geen hotelfaciliteiten of receptie verwachten, je bent redelijk op jezelf aangewezen. Er is wel personeel voor onderhoud en dat wordt prima gedaan en je kan genieten van lekkere fooddelivery service maar voor de rest ben je op jezelf aangewezen en je hoort toch ook wel duidelijk geluiden van de andere bungalows wat niet echt stoorde.

Kan niet kiezen, eigenlijk alles wel. De locatie, de accommodatie werkelijk schitterend. Het personeel super vriendelijk en altijd paraat om je te ontzorgen. Kan niks negatiefs opnoemen.

We werden bij aankomst al met open armen verwelkomd door de eigenaar (Adi). Wij hebben ontzettend genoten in ons plekje bij Le Sabot in Ubud! Het verblijf was heel schoon, en vriendelijk personeel. Dikke aanrader dus!

The villa was amazing! So clean and spacious! The pool was clean and the views were incredible! It gives a very traditional feel with birds, offerings and religious statues. The bed was very comfy and the shower was a very good temperature and pressure

Traffic from the villa to Ubud is very congested. A taxi can not reach the property so be prepared to walk or get a scooter grab.

Dat het zo afgelegen lag betekende dat je een 30 minuten onderweg bent naar Ubud centrum

Room was comfortable and cool even though there was no airconditioning. Needed a few more amenities. Bathroom needs to be updated. Location is not on car accessible street and not senior friendly

Una bella villa in bamboo, stile balinese. Accogliente e con due bei letti grandi e comodi. La villa viene sistemata e gli asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno. Staff super disponibile e molto gentile.

De locatie is rustig en de accommodatie ligt heel centraal en aan een leuk straatje. Konden al vroeg terecht en we kregen een andere accommodatie omdat ons huisje naast de bouwplaats lag. Men dacht dus met ons mee.

De foto’s gaven ons een vertekend beeld van de realiteit. Wij hadden de indruk dat het veel groter, mooier was dan het in werkelijkheid was en dat het aan de rijstvelden lag. Dat laatste is niet het geval. Verder was het wat onpersoonlijk, er is bijvoorbeeld geen receptie. Op alle andere accommodaties hadden we echt een persoonlijke band met de mensen die er werkten en kenden ze ons bij naam. Dat was hier niet.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. De accommodatie is ruim opgezet, gebouwd in prachtige Balinese stijl en beschikt over een fijn zwembad. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bij het uitchecken waren we onze iPad vergeten en ze stuurden ons direct een bericht dat ze hem hadden gevonden. Geweldige service! Daarnaast ligt de accommodatie centraal, waardoor Ubud en de omgeving gemakkelijk te verkennen zijn.

Eigenlijk niets. We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf.

Wir mochten die besondere Unterkunft sehr. Die Lage war toll, es war sehr aufregend in der Hütte mit tollem Ausblick zu übernachten und man konnte gut am Pool entspannen. Unser Gepäck wurde sogar für uns in die Unterkunft gebracht da unser Taxi nicht komplett vorfahren konnte. Den Weg von der großen Straße kann man aber gut laufen oder Roller fahren und auf dem Weg passiert man viele tolle Restaurants.

In einem der zwei Zimmer gab es ein schaukelndes Bett. Ich persönlich fand es abenteuerlich aber einem Freund von mir wurde schlecht, da es schon sehr schaukelt.

I loved my stay and villa at the Bamboo House. Very unique and beautiful experience staying in such a place. It was so peaceful waking up to sounds from Birds, insects and roosters 😊. At the same time this place is not far away from the city central. Loved the Noble cafe along the way which gave the perfect coffees ( being an Aussie very particular about my coffees 😂) It was so easy to communicate with the owner and were helpful with anything needed. Staff is always so smiling and super helpful. I was worried about the mosquitoes but surprisingly very little or almost none. Loved the place and i would come back again and stay at the same place and recommend it to others too

Small stretch of approach road to villa is next to open water drains so need to be careful while walking or riding the bike at night

Ik heb geen enkele nacht langer dan. 3 uur geslapen door de kippen. Daar moet je tegen kunnen. Daarnaast blijft alles een beetje vochtig door de omgeven maar daar kan le sebot niks aan doen. Ik denk wel dat ik door de vochtigheid mieren in bed had 1 dag en dat vond ik toch wat minder. Daarnaast was het voor mij met een spierziekte wel wat zwaar met al die trappen

Het was een prachtige villa, met een mooi zwembad.

Het was een prachtige villa, het zwembad die ze hadden waren geweldig. Ik ben echter hier niet gebleven omdat ik me besefte op het moment dat ik daar aankwam, de villa van klamboes was gemaakt. Dus alle insecten die je maar kan bedenken konden zo je villa inlopen. Ik was iets te bang voor insecten dus had maar voor een comfort hotel gekozen die niet van klamboes gemaakt waren! Maar als je dat niet eng vind zou ik deze zeker aanraden! Wat ik ook zelf niet prettig vond was de locatie. Ik moest opgehaald worden met een scooter met me koffer mee. Want de locatie was alleen te voet te bereiken of met scooter. Met auto kom je hier niet. Dus als ik er wel gebleven was moest ik continu door steegjes lopen en ver lopen of elke keer een scooter pakken. Ik wou centraal zitten.

We absolutely adored our stay here. It was our favourite accommodation of Bali. We extended our stay almost as soon as we checked in! It is so easy to communicate with the owners and they were so helpful with anything we needed. Truly cannot recommend staying here enough.

I love the natural athletics. The flowers are a beautiful welcome and the staff are always friendly.

It was a little tight getting to the bathroom with the hanging chair and the bed. Also another power point with bed lights and fan would be handy.

The swinging bed was a little like being in a boat but if you don’t mind that it’s okay.

The property was so beautiful and in such a great location! Super close to a lot of lovely restaurants and spas. The staff was so accommodating and helped bring our bags from the main road to our place. They also cleaned our room and brought us fresh towels and anything we needed each day! The pool was very nice too and overall it was the perfect getaway destination.

I didn’t expect for it to be open air but it ended up being the perfect temperature, especially with the fans so that wasn’t an issue! I will say you need to be careful on the walk there because of the water drains.

Wauw, huisje + zwembad alles zag er prachtig uit. Een hele fijne plek om even tot rust te komen.

Het is net buiten het centrum, ze bieden wel een restaurant aan waar je eten kan bestellen + waar ze het tot aan je kamer of aan het zwembad komen brengen. Echt een en al luxe!

De resort en de huisjes zijn werkelijk prachtig! Alles is goed verzorgd en er is dagelijks roomservice. Weliswaar is er geen ontbijt, maar op nog geen 5 min lopen zijn er verschillende tentjes met meer dan genoeg keuze!! Wij hebben meerdere weken door verschillende eilanden van Indonesië gereisd en nergens zo lekker gegeten als in Ubud! Bovendien zijn de leukste winkelstraten van Ubud op 20 minuten loopafstand te bereiken. Al met al een geweldige ervaring om hier te verblijven!!

Er worden 2 grote handdoeken verstrekt die dagelijks worden verschoond. Maar aangezien je die handdoeken ook bij het zwembad gebruikt, was een standaard extra set handdoeken op de kamer wel prettiger.

Le charme de la cabane en bambou , en semi extérieur avec un petit jardin privatif doté d’un bassin avec des carpes koï. Le logement n’est accessible qu’à pied, de ce fait le lieu est très calme. Le personnel est toutefois disponible pour transporter les bagages depuis le parking lors du check-in et check out.

Nos encantó el alojamiento. Es preciosa la villa y súper romántica. Nos preocupaba los mosquitos al estar tan cerca del agua pero nos rociamos bien y ningún problema. Todo súper bien

This place is magical. A quiet piece of Bali almost in the middle of Ubud. The bamboo villa in combination with the view on the ricefields is just stunning.

We liked the nature, we liked the sound of birds, insects and wildlife at the same time not very far away from Ubud. My kids also loved to see fireflies in the night and the swimming pool.

As a normal bamboo house it can be noisy if neighbors are noisy.

The entire space, built with bamboo, created such a unique and peaceful atmosphere — it really made me feel connected to nature. Waking up surrounded by natural materials and greenery was a truly special experience.

That said, it’s important to know that the location is quite far from the main street, and the easiest way to get there is by scooter. Also, since it’s surrounded by nature, you will see insects and lizards — so if you’re not comfortable with that, this might not be the right place for you. Overall, it’s a great spot for those who enjoy a natural, eco-style stay and don’t mind being a bit off the grid.

Un paradiso! Sono stata più di una settimana, all’inizio dovevo stare solo 3 giorni poi ho prolungato! Una vacanza dentro a un viaggio! Ero già stata a Good l’estate scorsa in una villa, ma questa è stata un’esperienza straordinaria bellissima anche la zona piscina molto bella sei veramente immerso nella natura, pur a pochi minuti dal centro di Ubud che solitamente è sempre molto caotico quindi le sabota garantisce grande tranquillità

prachtige bamboo villa, schoon, heel mooi hoe je over het groen uitkijkt. Erg uniek ingericht.

voor ons met peuter van 2 niet heel praktisch dat je voor het 2e bed / de andere verdieping buitenom met de trap moet. Daarnaast is al het groen mooi, maar is het daardoor ook een beetje een dolhof en miste wij nog een soort gemeenschappelijke ruimte en wat sfeer op het resort zelf. Wellicht komt dat ook omdat er nog wat paden in aanbouw lijken.

Hotel de bamboo con habitaciones bien decoradas rodeadas de naturaleza y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días agradables. los staff vía watssap te resuelven todo muy rápido. Esperamos poder volver a alojarnos aquí en nuestro Próximo viaje.

I’m a returning customer as this is not my first time staying. The staff is awesome and the owner (Adi) is super friendly and always ready to help with arrangements. I’m considering le sabot my Bali’s home, because this is the feeling that this place transmits to the customers

A very quiet and peaceful property in a part of Ubud away from the main touristed area. The villa I stayed in was amazing if you like open air accomodation and no air con (natural air flow). Very close by GOJEK/taxi to everything. Great restaurants and cafes nearby walking distance. Note that it is 300 metres walk or scooter ride from a main road and staff were very helpful with transporting my luggage from my taxi to the villa. Absolutely loved feeding the Koi fish and sleeping right next to them every night! Surprisingly, very little mosquitos in the wet season. Amazing to experience tropical storms in the open aired villa.

The accommodation was amazing but unfortunately we brought our 1 year old daughter and the pound with the fish had us concerned for her safety. So the staff went out there way and found us a more child friendly accommodation. Which they didn't have to because I didn't inform them we were bringing our daughter or they would have informed us it wasn't child friendly. It was ashame as well because me and my partner would have loved to stay there. Highly recommend 👌

friendly staff and very clean

Loved our Bamboo hutt, however not alot to do there,.

We were told we would get a scooter to pick us up and take us to our accommodation, but when we got there they said no walk, we had a 4 yr old who was very tired, then when we left 2 days later they dropped our bags at drop off point and we were stood over by a couple of very intimidating men, telling us we had to go with them for our ride and we could not order an outside gojek, someone could of told us that before hand.

De huisjes waren prachtig! Het zwembad heerlijk en het personeel stond overal voor je klaar.

Er waren erg veel mieren en de weg naar Le Sabot was erg donker en met veel gaten in de wegen.
