荷物預かりで当日早く電話したら何時でも預かりますよ。って言われたのに、ホテルに行ったらカウンター内いっぱいなので預かれませんと、こちらが悪いみたいに言われて、預かれるから来たのにと言っても、平気な感じに預かれません、の一点張り。 仕方なくチェックインしますと言うとまだ出来ませんと言われ、荷物だけでも置けませんかとお願いしたら、いやいやな感じで、部屋まで持って行って置きますとのことでした。 やっと預けることが出来たのですが、行き違いがあった事は頑なに、すみません、とは言わなかったので。 自分の事じゃないから謝らないのですよね。 と言うと仕方なくすみませんと小さい声で。 まるで私がクレーマーみたいになってしまい、 とても気分が悪くその後のコンサートも楽しめませんでした。

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026Breakfast service was not used. There are many restaurants to choose from near the accommodation. You can leave your luggage before/after check-in/out. Good location, a short walk from tourist spots and the train station. The staff communicates well in English and provides all the information you need to know as well as willingly assists when requested. The room size is large enough for my family. Facilities are adequate for your needs.
The toilet may have a smell when flushing. The room floor is carpeted and some dust is normal. For us, it's wasn't bad.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026仙台駅からちょっと遠いのですが、アーケードや青葉通りを散歩出来たので、それはそれで良かったですね❗ お風呂の水捌けの注意書がありましたが、満室の日でしたが全然スムーズで、なんなら他のホテルよりも良かったと思います。 お部屋のテレビがスイッチ入らず、夜遅くにも関わらず、スタッフさんが笑顔で即座に対応してくれたのが印象に残りゆったりと過ごせました。ありがとうございます。 いつかまた、違う部屋にも泊まってみたいです。 コンビニも近くにあり、カフェも近くにあるので朝食ビュッフェはなくても、全然遜色はなかったです。特には無いです。

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Room is relatively big enough for you to fully open your suitcase at a reasonable price which is quite rare in Japan. The location is good as well. It is within walking distance to most of the visitor spots, sightseeing bus station as well as shopping center. And the staffs are quite helpful.
On the check-out day, the reception can preserve your suitcase only until 3 p.m. which is too short.

「湯船にお湯を張らないでください」との掲示があり、入浴はできない。シャワーの水圧は強くてありがたかった。

連泊したのですが、朝食のお弁当が二日とも同じメニューだったような・・違うのが良かったな。

The skinny guy in the front lobby is rude to the customers. Not polite in answering the questions of customers. You should fire him. The place is nice, but the staff is rude. In addition, I found diaper in the bottom of the bed. You did not do proper cleaning.
