We really liked the staff that took us from place to place on the hotel carts. Super polite and friendly.

The check in with George was miserable. He acted like we were bothering him. We arrived at the room late at night. First thing in the am we were both full of ants and I mean full of ants, everywhere, the bed, our cells, shoes, bathroom. They made it to our luggage to. They sent two guys to spray. Due to asthma we couldn't breathe in there. They asked us to go get breakfast so they'll do a thorough deep clean. We returned, there were ants still crawling all over. They sent us to another room in a different building elsewhere. We lost our day packing and unpacking. Breakfast was a zoo. Not enough staff, too many guests. We were waiting too long for a table to get cleaned. We stopped going for breakfast. The cleaning personnel spent literally minutes to clean the room, every time we show them, they were resting in the room chatting, even after they saw us, they continued. We didn't receive a face towel, we only had the full body towel for everything, our trash was cleaned once in 4 days there. Last time we visited this hotel, things were great. Ownership must have changed. When you charge 400€+ a night, you must deliver accordingly. This was unacceptable. Never again...

Tolle Anlage direkt am Meer

Der Main Pool war eiskalt und das bei 30 Grad im Sommer. Fast keiner war dort baden. Das war sehr schade. Wir sind in das warme Meer gegangen. Das Haus Alpha( so wird es genannt) liegt an einer sehr lauten Straße. Mit offenem Fenster kann. Kein normaler Mensch schlafen.

Beautiful modern facility in a great location. Excellent staff

Very modern hotel, clean and very well furnished. Breakfast was nice, with a nice variety of choices, although it was the same every day. Best about the hotel was its amenities, like a nice, large outdoor pool area, a private beach with a lot of sunbeds free of charge, and also an indoor pool with saunas.

Waiters, especially the ones on the beach and pool, were extremely slow and inattentive. You could wait half an hour only for a menu, and no one came to take an order.

Size of room was extremely disappointing for the price we paid, we had to move furniture and luggage onto the balcony so that we could both fit in the room together. Breakfast was not good at all, eggs and bacon tasted like plastic. Reception forced us to take mini van to Athens for 120EUR when there was 4 of us and 3 luggage, when many other customers were paying half as much for a big taxi, when challenged they refused to change it and in general were very moody with us for the whole stay.

I ended up staying a few nights here although I only planned for one night. However, it was worth it: this is a beautiful property with an excellent complimentary breakfast, a lovely beach club, and quality customer service. After having experienced a few different places in the area, I'll add that this is more expensive than some of the other hotels in the area, but totally worth it for the facilities and level of customer care. If you enjoy a nice view and dont mind the random loud car driving by at night, it's worth spending a little extra to get one of the beachfront rooms. Also, if you're into horticulture, this hotel lives up to the "Eden" in its name; the grounds staff and gardening staff have done a fantastic job of making this hotel its own botanical garden. Kudos to them.

I wish the facilities around the hotel (i.e. pools, restaurants etc.) stayed open a little later to accomodate travelers who are coming from the west (i.e. the Americas) who may not be ready for bed at 10 PM. There's a little restaurant next door to the hotel that stays open later than the hotel's facilities, but in my opinion the food there is overpriced to take advantage of hotel guests (and in addition, the food isn't the best). Also, the water activities at the beach club were tourist trap-priced and could do with an adjustment.

We asked for an apartment with full ocean view room but got a small side view room predominantly overlooking a building undergoing renovations which was really disappointing

Very well kempt, slick, beautifully landscaped large hotel complex in shades of restful greige linked by little walk ways and lanes served by golf buggies. Rooms were spacious, very comfortable with a great array of amenities and absolutely pristine. The staff were very helpful, professional and courteous. Beautiful pools (one childfree) plus a v pleasant beach, reached via an underpass (so there's no need to cross the busy main road). On the beach is an attractive bar, restaurant, changing facilities and litte boutique. Room 3408 was a family suite with lovely terrace, deck furniture and private jacuzzi. The room is configured with twin beds in an alcove, leading on to a seating area and a large double bed in its own room.

Room 2517 has a great view of the sea down the road but overlooks the main reception entrance which can get busy/noisy with arrivals and departures.

Outstanding is an understatement to describe our experience. From tranquil scenery to clear water to exquisite hospitality and cleanliness. We loved how they were meticulous in every detail to complete this 360 relaxing experience ( Golf Cart , color palette matching the smell of the rooms and hotel , greenery , beach access , beach house and snacks , smiling faces and quiet sanctuary ). We will definitely come back!

La amabilidad del personal. Pero se nota algo importante, los jefes están presentes todo el tiempo y cuidan los detalles. Es ese tipo de hotel donde uno llega y hay alguien en recepcion y no hay que esperar. Las personas estan preocupadas de prestar un gran servicio.

It was practical and the staff was brilliant.

There was nothing to allude to where you are. You're in Greece and there is no indication. The music in the place isnt even Greek. This place could be anywhere, yes the facilities are great but its just sterile and doesnt lean into the beauty of where you are. Not even a Greek inspired restaurant.

The staff at the pool were amazing

Amazing staff and especially the concierge service is over the moon. Great food - breakfast and dinner and the beach is the place where you wanna stay till the sun goes down.

The cleaning is not the best, but still fine for 4* hotel.

Grounds are beautifully kept and easy to get around to and from the various areas.

Μια πολύ ωραία εξόρμηση σχεδόν να χαλάσει από το προσωπικό που βαριόταν και μίλαγε άσχημα για τους πελάτες. Ένας σερβιτόρος μίλαγε στον ενικό και ήθελε να βγει από πάνω από τους πελάτες χωρίς ακόμη και να τους καλωσορίζει. Ένδειξη χαμηλής αυτοπεποίθησης. Άλλοι σερβιτόροι , ένας στην παραλία και μια κοπέλα στην πισίνα κάνανε πως δεν έβλεπαν, ήταν ταλαιπωρία να έρθουν να σε εξυπηρετήσουν.

Η τοποθεσία πάνω στον λοφο είναι όμορφη με ωραία θέα. Ίσως όμως όχι κατάλληλη για ηλικιωμένους με κινητικά προβλήματα. Η πρόσβαση στην παραλία και το υπάρχον σύστημα με ομπρέλες και ξαπλώστρες είχε δυσκολίες. Με σεβασμό και ευγένεια μάς βοήθησε το προσωπικό στην επίλυσή των προβλημάτων.

Sipariş verdiğiniz kahve yarım saatte geliyor.tabii ki unutmazlarsa.odadan çıkış yağacağım gün 2 saat daha kalmak istedim. İlk önce oda dolu dediler sonra 30 euro verirsen odada 2 saat daha kalırsın denildi. Kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.

We had a wonderful family holiday and left the hotel with very warm memories. The atmosphere was lovely, the food was delicious, and everything was very clean. I would especially like to mention and sincerely thank Henna, the Guest Experience Manager, for the way she treated us and for her professionalism. Hotel je odlican, na samoj plazi, gde je sve predodredjeno gostima. Odlican dorucak i vecera po vrlo pristojnoj ceni po osobi. Osobolje u hotelu je jako prijatno i predusetljivo. Basta i okolina hotela je sjajna.

Soba je bila jako mala, jedva smo se mimoilazili a bilo je i gde nismo mogli da se mimoidjemo. Terasa sa divnim pogledom na more, ali nijednom nije ociscena za 9 dana koliko smo proveli.

It is a newer property. It is in front of a beach that has a nice restaurant.

I paid for a sea view room and I did not get one. When I asked to change rooms they said they had none left but also refused to refund any amount of money even though I had paid a higher rate for a sea view room. Air conditioning is quite weak and turns off as soon as you open a door and will need to be switched back on, no warning about this. The service is abysmal. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

מדובר באתר ברמה של ריזורט ים מעולים בתאילנד, עם מספר בריכות, במפלסים שונים, חוף ים פרטי, אוכל באיכות גבוהה מאוד עם מספר מסעדות, האתר יפיפה, החדרים טובים (אם כי לא הכי יוקרתיים אבל בהחלט מספקים בהינתן שרוב היום אתם לא רוצים להיות אלא בבריכות או בחוף הים).

Δυστυχώς ήταν μια πάρα πολύ κακή εμπειρία που μακάρι να μην κλείναμε ποτέ το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα για διαμονή. Όλο ξεκίνησε λάθος από το check in και την αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά των ρεσεψιονίστ. Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε την θέα που είχαμε κλείσει και το βρήκαμε με τρίχες και μυρμήγκια στο πάτωμα. Μας άλλαξαν δωμάτιο αφού δεν μπορούσαμε να πάρουμε τα χρήματα μας πίσω και να αποχωρήσουμε. Δεν θέλω να μπω σε λεπτομέρειες καθώς δεν επιθυμώ να χαλάσω άλλη ενέργεια για αυτό που συνέβη. Το προσωπικό και οι προϊστάμενοι γνωρίζουν πολύ καλά για τη δυσαρέσκειά μας, αλλά δεν έκαναν κάτι ουσιαστικό ούτε έδειξαν ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον για την αποκατάσταση των παραπόνων μας.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Good to have 2 pool options and the Beach.

I booked half board. A big mistake. The dinner was option was a buffet. It was awful. Mass manufacture food that has been sitting under hot plates for hour and certainly was not fresh. The food was appalling. I did eat as the sushi restaurant which was good in comparison. The staff were not overly enthusiastic or engaged. The hotel is isolated so you need a car if you want to visit the local area.

It is with booking.com that I am not satisfied at all We reserved a Deluxe room with king size bed on request King size beds do not exist at this hotel and deluxe room has different categories and we got The lowest category First floor and not a garden view Was almost a bush view I paid 100 euros extra per night for 6 nights to gat a better room Very dissatisfied with the Booking.com And I have been using it for years now Last year we were disappointed with the hotel in Turkey and in Rome I have my doubts now that I should use another suppler for my next trips

Le petit déjeuner

On nous a demandé de quitter des transats liés à l’hôtel car une personne externe les avait réservés (il n’y avait pas de panneau qui l’indiquait). Nous nous sommes fait traiter comme des malpropres alors que nous avions payé une nuitée à l’hôtel . Si nous voulions un transat nous devions payer encore 20€ le transat dans une zone soit disant VIP. Pour le prix et la prestance que se veut cet hôtel , c’est totalement inapproprié.

Heel mooi hotel, heel vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid, net zoals het buffet 's avonds. Het eten was heel lekker, het grote zwembad heel rustig en aangenaam om te zitten. Ook aan het zwembad was de bediening top en het eten heel lekker.

De kamer was niet geluidsdicht, alle geluid van in de gang en van buiten kon je heel goed horen. Zo ook bijvoorbeeld tot 23h30 de live muziek van op het terras van de bar, ook al was onze kamer niet zo dicht bij de bar. Als je kleine kinderen hebt, is dat niet zo ideaal. Verder vonden we ook dat de kamers niet zo goed schoon gemaakt werden, tegen het einde van de week lag de vloer van onze badkamer vol stof en haar.

Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The room (for three) was spacious. The shower was large and clean. Twice we experienced an unpleasant smell from the shower, but the maintenance man came immediately and fixed the problem. The breakfast buffet was varied. The main pool is large, clean, good and pleasant service at the buffet. The beach is wide, sunbeds and umbrellas (the VIP area is for an additional fee). The food at the beach restaurant is fresh and tasty, a little expensive (compared to Greece) but the portions are large and satisfying. I must mention the woman at the cash register (can't remember her name, with short hair and glasses..) is charming, smiling and pleasant. Water sports are for an additional fee

The Japanese restaurant was a big disappointment. Not recommended at all!

The hotel grounds were beautiful, with lots of greenery and very well-maintained gardens, creating a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were generally very polite and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options.

We paid extra for a Deluxe Double Room with SeaView, but were disappointed to find that the room overlooks a busy highway, something that was not clearly mentioned in the room description. Had we known this in advance, we would have preferred a quieter and less expensive. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working, which I find quite disappointing for a 4-star hotel. As we were only staying for 2 nights and spent very little time in the room, we did not ask for it to be fixed, but this is something that should ideally be checked before guests arrive. The biggest disappointment, however, was the beach experience. The hotel was extremely busy and we spent almost an hour trying to find a sunbed, without success. We were then offered the option of paying extra for the VIP beach area, which did not feel appropriate considering the price we had already paid for a stay that included access to the hotel’s facilities. Eventually, after wasting a significant part of our day waiting under the sun, we gave up on the beach and went to the second pool instead. There was also an unpleasant incident at the beach café. While we were having coffee, a member of staff clearing the area took one of our coffees and threw it away without asking. When my sister questioned him, his response was dismissive: “It’s just a coffee.” This was particularly disappointing given the otherwise very polite and professional service we experienced throughout the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was also below the standard we expected. We found small items and rubbish left behind by previous guests in the bathroom, as well as sand and hair in the shower. What was more disappointing was that these were still there even after housekeeping came to clean the room again during our stay. Overall, as this was only a very short stay, it was disappointing to encounter so many issues in such a limited amount of time, and unfortunately they affected our overall experience of an otherwise beautiful hotel.

First and foremost, we paid a premium for a sea view room however the “sea view” was not as advertised as the majority of the view was blocked by a building. Secondly, the live music from the bar was clearly audible in our room and could even be heard above our TV. This went on until like midnight every night of our stay. We paid extra to be kept up every night by the excessive noise pollution from the bar.

Персонал ресепшена не знает о услугах отеля, дает искаженную информацию. Ранний чекин не возможен, пришлось ждать в коридоре с толпой орущих детей. С услугами пляжа персонал не ознакомлен СОВСЕМ! И дают ложную информацию. Хотели посетить исключительно пляж и бичклаб дневной билет, было заявлено, что эта услуга только для постояльцев отеля. Тем самым приобрели номер, исключительно чтобы попасть на пляж!!! По прибытию, выяснилось, что на пляж попасть можно и без проживания в отеле. Час ждали в коридоре пока номер будет готов к заселению. По прибытию на пляж свободных мест не было, даже за дополнительную плату. Бичклаб организован отвратительно, персонал сам не знает какие зоны что включают, цены и возможности. Если заранее за несколько дней не бронировали место на пляже либо не пришли туда в 8:00 утра, можете смело уходить- маска не найдете, даже ни за заявленые 48€ для гостей в будни, ни за 88€ в выходные дополнительно! Полный бред одним словом- местные жители приходят и рядом размещают палатки с лагерем детей по 10 человек, и это все в той же зоне VIP за которую вы платите 88€ дополнительно+ стоимость проживания в отеле! Проходной двор и детский лагерь визжащих детей вам обеспечен. У бассейна ситуация такая же. На кровать для двоих размещается семья 5 человек с утра и до закрытия, плюют семечки, дети визжат, прыгают в воде как обезьяны- наслаждайтесь!!!

ארוחת ערב מעולה ! ארוחת בוקר טובה. למעט החדרים הקטנים החדרים במלון מפנקים. יש מלא אזורי ישיבה לשתייה במרחבי המלון. החוף והבריכות אסתטיים ומתוחזקים היטב. במיוחד בקיץ. ההופעות בערב נחמדות.

הפעם קצת התאכזבתי. מלון שמגיע אליו הרבה בזוג. בכל הפעמים הזמנו חדרים גדולים. והחדרים מפנקים ונוחים. הפעם הגענו בהרכב גדול יותר. אז לקחנו בנוסף את החדר הבסיסי. החדר הגדול היה מעולה כרגיל ! הקטן (במבנה של הכינוסים) היה ממש מאכזב . בטח ביחס למחיר שהוא לא בהפרש ענק מהחדר הגדול. החדר צפוף. קצת עייף בתחזוקה שלו. יש רק קומקום פלסטיק (בחדרים האחרים יש מכונת אספרסו).. המקלחת ממש צרה. וממש קשה לעבור לפני המיטה לצד השני. אם זה היה החדר שהייתי לוקח בביקורים הראשונים במלון אין מצב שהייתי חוזר. לא מתאים למלון ריזורט עם 4 כוכבים. חבל. כי בכללי המלון מעולה ממש ! אם זה ללילה אחד או שניים זה בסדר. כי המיטה נוחה ונקי ואסתטי ויש כספת גדולה וקלה לתפעול ומרפסת קטנה. למי שרק רוצה לשים את הראש בלילה זה יכול להספיק. מעבר לזה כבר לא מומלץ.

Το προσωπικό είναι παντελώς ανοργάνωτο στην παραλία !!!!!Δεν υπάρχει beach manager !!Δεν είναι δυνατόν να χρεώνεται σε ξενοδοχείο με 400 ευρώ την ημέρα κ 88 ευρώ ξαπλώστρες .Δεν είναι δυνατόν σε εγκυμονούσα 8 μηνών με κλεισμένο deluxe δωμάτιο από αρχές Ιουλίου να δίνετε στο τελευταιο επάνω κτίριο δωμάτιο κ να βλέπει κ στέγες .

Μας άρεσε αρκετά το φαγητό τόσο στο πρωινό όσο και στο βραδινό καθώς και οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι και οι συνολικές παροχές του καταλύματος ήταν αρκετά καλές.

Δυστυχώς η καθαριότητα τους ξενοδοχείου δεν ήταν στο επίπεδο που περιμέναμε και υπάρχαν εμφανή περιθώρια βελτίωσης. Επιπλέον η εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό δεν ήταν η αναμενόμενη με ελάχιστες μόνο εξετάσεις.

Το πρωινό δεν ήταν το αναμενόμενο. Τα περισσοτερα ήταν κρυα(κρουασάν αψιτα,τυρόπιτα φούρνου κρύα όπως και τα υπόλοιπα ήδη ταψιού,σκραμπλ εγγς παγωμενα) Η φρέσκια ομελέτα στιγμής εξαιρετική όπως και ο παρασκεύαστης

The location, the view from the room, the facilities, the two pools, the view from the restaurant and the staff were all excellent.

The food at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner could be of higher quality. For example, the spinach pie and bougatsa were obviously frozen, pre-prepared by another vendor. The fish was not well cooked, it was very dry.
