Great staff service. Alexander in concierge clean. generous welcome of ruinart and fresh flowers. Great room. Cozy slippers. Lovely bed and whole hotel decor. Great music Saturday night. Doormen were exceptional in packing luggage in our car.

Every single staff member made us feel special. Best hospitality we have ever experienced.

Perfect but expensive

Très belle vue mer depuis la chambre. Piscines intérieures et extérieures. Large choix au buffet du petit déjeuner. Hôtel en front de mer. Nous regrettons simplement de ne pas avoir anticipé la réservation au restaurant pour le dîner.

Séjour très reposant dans un hôtel que nous avons aimez retrouver après un éloignement du à la crise sanitaire entre autre . L’endroit est merveilleux et le personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner excellent, bonne cuisine. Service de chambre au top, conciergerie, et accueille également. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Accueil agréable et souriant, le tout impeccable.

L'Hermitage est un lieu magique ; cela faisait longtemps que nous n'avions pas eu l'occasion de revenir dans ce bel endroit et sincèrement tout est toujours au top ! Une équipe très attentive et toujours en quête de nous faire plaisir.

Hôtel confortable, belle chambre vu sur mer personnel très accueillant et au petit soin. Un peu déçu de ne pas avoir pu avoir accès au spa hamam et sauna malgré qu'au téléphone avant réservation on m'avait pourtant dit que c'était accessible. Par apport au covid la réorganisation pour les petits déjeuner génère un peu d'attente. Pour le tarif je m'attendais à avoir accès à tout les services et pas d'attente mais certaine que le personnel se donnent le maximum pour satisfaire sa clientèle

Hôtel de luxe avec tout le confort . piscines chauffées intérieur et extérieur. Accès libre au sauna hammam. Décoration sobre et chic. Accueil superbe avec voiturier qui vous gare la voiture dans la rue ( ou parking 25 euros/24h). Petit déjeuner non prix car cher(32euros)

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel largely because we had a recently refurbished and very comfortable room with a sea view and balcony. The hotel has now been painted a creme colour which in our view is not as attractive as it is pictured above. The staff were efficient and helpful.

Super séjour personnel au top, possibilité de profiter de la piscine et équipements après avoir rendu les clés a midi. Vue sur mer magnifique, belle attention pour l'anniversaire de mon mari. Il nous manquait juste la baignoire compenser par une très grande douche. Petite idée que nous pouvons soumettre, agrémenté avec un jacuzzi serait un plus et pour le prix le parking gratuit mais l'hôtel est très bien équipé quand même , bien situé, tout peut se faire a pied ou à vélo prêtes eux gracieusement par l'hôtel. Nous avons fait un séjour de rêve

Sejour d un week-end de juillet. Pas de place a la piscine. Pas de transat disponibles!! Nous sommes allés sur la plage : pas de place non plus. Reponse du personnel : nous sommes complets!! Pas de transats supplémentaires. Le restaurant EDEN : tres mauvais rapport qualité prix. Plat principal a 44 euros froid..... Les chambres sont TB

Bonjour à la fin de notre séjour on a eu une mauvaise nouvelle de 192,20€ Car il ce sont tromper de compte pour prélever l’argent donc je trouve un hôtel de cette réputation ne pourrais pas ce permettre sa l’erreur est humaine mes non voilà on aurai pas surveiller nos compte sa passer :/

We were staying for a large conference and the delegates stayed here and at 2 sister hotels nearby. Room was excellent, comfortable and complimentary water, tea/coffee and evening turn down service. Breakfast was good quality albeit not a massive range but more than enough choice. Food served for the confernece dinners was very good and service was polite and excellent. Swam in outdoor pool which was heated and indoor pool is more for relaxation and smaller. Did not have time to try the spa or other facilities.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de l'hôtel, le service de conciergerie unique par sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse, réellement détendant et facilitant. Notre chambre était très agréable, malgré une température froide de notre salle de bains, défaut chronique déjà observé l'année dernière. Les services (piscines, tennis, spa, salle de fitness) sont des atouts de l'hôtel avec une vue splendide et unique sur l'océan. Un petit bémol : la grande salle à manger manque de convivialité. A recommander le bar de l'hôtel très pro et intimiste, un régal à profoter en couple, en famille, entre amis. Une très belle adresse du Groupe Barrière !

Personnel formidable et dévoué bémol sur le restaurant très cher . Nous faisons remarque que le poisson de mon plat est trop cuit nous le faisons reporté en cuisine . On nous le ramène mais 10 minutes plus tard précisant que le chef le trouve très bien cuit !!! Et souffle chocolat pas cuit !! Restaurant à éviter d autres restaurant bien meilleur en tout point à proximité

Beautiful location on the amazing La Baule beach. Amazing views across the beach from the balcony. Especially loved the free bikes to allow for exploring the surrounding area.

Das Hotel ist architektonisch, von der Einrichtung und Ambiente her ein Traum! Leider lässt die Servicequalität sehr zu wünschen übrig! Das Rezeptionspersonal ist arrogant, das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück arbeitet völlig ineffizient und erreicht in keinem Fall ein 5 Sterne Niveau! Kein Service am Pool und am Strand! Überall liegen benutzte Handtücher herum. Getränke muss man sich selbst in der Bar holen. Am Strand muss man die Liegen selbst herbeischaffen!

Tout était parfait. Un hôtel extraordinaire tout particulièrement en famille. Lors de notre départ on nous a offert 4 bouteilles d’eau fraîche pour la route et on nous lavé gracieusement notre voiture.

I just got married and they didn’t do anything which is surprising for a 5 stars hotel.

Hotel = Beautiful 5 star hotel, worthy of price. Service = The service is really good, I have rarely seen such a good hotel with such good service. I have seen this only in hotels where the price per night is above or around 1000 euro. Food = Was OK, and above average of what you would expect of such an hotel. However, the fish/sea restaurant was amazingly good! Breakfast was one-sided, and not tasty. Me, and my wife did not enjoy it once. Moreover, I think that after 12:00 at night sufficient and decent food must be available. This was not the case, through the room service only lasagna and such, (which was often finished), and everything else is closed after 12/1 at night in the hotel. Do not let this stop you from visiting this hotel and the other hotels of the Barriere group. The service was so formidable that we even left around 500 euros TIP in total (if not more). We are guaranteed to visit these, and other hotels of the Barriere group once again, and this time for a longer period than the one week we have been there. Especially for couples this hotel is perfect, we really did enjoy our time there.

Newly renovated large hotel. Good location and good service. Room was lovely with comfortable bed. Beach restaurant could be better, however breakfast was excellent. Free bikes were brilliant. Loungers on beach we’re expensive and quite uncomfortable with no mattress. Overall though an enjoyable stay.

Superbe hôtel mais en dessous des autres 5* À titre d’exemple, verre avec des mégots sur la terrasse, plateau de courtoisie « vide », vitre de l’ascenseur sale plusieurs heures... Bref, pas de quoi remettre en cause la qualité du séjour mais une impression générale dégradée. Cela reste un superbe établissement.

top we dans un top hotel ! Tout à été super de l'accueil jusqu'au départ avec un personnel aux petits soins !! Le top niveau ! Normal me direz vous dans un 5 étoiles ! Oui mais là, c'était super !! Un grand bravo à l'équipe de l'accueil qui trouve des solutions à tout !

Hotellet ligger i nordenden av stranden i La Baule. Meget flotte omgivelser og høy standard på fasilitetene (pool, bar, lunsjrestaurant, strand). Det er gåavstand inn til hovedgaten i La Baule med sine restauranter, butikker og kveldskonserter. Hotellet har ikke middagsrestaurant, men søsterhotellet rett ved tilbyr det. Generelt er servicegraden høy og hotellet av høy standard. Gamle og små heiser trekker ned, likeså at man blir belastet 60 euro for ekstra seng (tre personer på et rom) uten at det blir opplyst på forhånd.

Une seule nuit au 6eme ! Hotel Très bien mais un peu vieillissant quand même !

Pour un 1er janvier nous voulions un moment d'exception et nous avons réservé dans le plus bel hôtel de La Baule. Compte tenu du prix de la prestation (chambre supérieure vue mer) nous attendions l'irréprochable. Si l'accueil était agréable nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise d'une chambre glaciale. Nous avons dû faire intervenir quelqu'un par l'intermédiaire du concierge. D'autre part la salle de bain semblait très propre à l'exception de poils en trois endroits sur la baignoire... Assez incroyable et inadmissible pour un 5 étoiles (je tiens les photos à disposition)! Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner dans la salle prévue à cet effet, et celui ci était en revanche parfait. Nous ne nous sommes pas plaints à notre départ car on ne nous a pas demandé si tout s'était bien passé. Une certaine déception du coup.

An amazing 2 night stay as a wedding anniversary treat. 1st class service and beautiful room overlooking the front of the hotel. Even though it was a classique room it was beautifully decorated with luxury bathroom toiletries and towels changed every time you left the room!. Enjoyed the pool and bath robes allocated for such use. Didn't eat in the restaurant as both the breakfast and evening meals were over priced we thought. Plenty of good restaurants at the nearby port of Le Poulegan and good cafe nearby for breakfast. Sheer luxury and a delight to stay there. Located right by the beautiful beach and we used the free bikes to cycle to the port of Pornichet right along the dedicated cycle route following the coast road, lovely. Casino nearby too.

Internet does not work. Breakfast is too expensive. Too expensive for for the service received.

The high cost of accommodation at the hotel is justified by the excellence of the facilities and services. However, having payed the high price, I object to the extortionate prices of food & beveridge.

Unfortunately the hotel did not meet our expectations. We were travelling by motorbike and one of the main reasons for choosing the hotel was its promotion of secure parking - this turned out to be park by the window of the reception of the hotel on the pavement. The hotel is very dark inside with everything painted dark brown the rooms continue this theme and are very small.
