Le petit déj est très cher par rapport à la quantité série à éviter le petit-déjeuner il y a un carrefour juste en face surtout si vous prenez une chambre avec kitchenette vous prenez votre petit-déjeuner à la chambre à un prix vraiment moins cher

中心街の中にあるので、どの観光地に行くにも大変便利です。ホテルの目の前にはスーパーもあり、また周りにはレストラン、カフェもたくさんあるので観光地から一旦ホテルに帰った後にも食事に出ることもできました。 ロケーションは最高です。

2泊しましたが、お掃除は入らずタオルの交換はなかったです。頼めばしてくれたのかもしれません。 メイン通りに面しており、週末は深夜まで賑やかでした（私は気にならなかったですが）。

Propreté correcte. Chambre de bonnes dimensions avec cuisinette. Attention, le ménage n'est fait qu'à la quatrième journée. Donc pour notre séjour de 7 nuits, nous n'avons eu droit qu'à un seul ménage.

La sécurité. L'accès à l'hotel se fait pas un corridor qui est en retrait de la rue principale (Rambla), un endroit propice aux malfaiteurs. J'ai été agressé par des voleurs à environ 20 mètres de la porte d'entrée, dans ce corridor non protégé par des caméras. Ils m'ont arraché la chaîne (très dicrète) que je portais à mon coup. Les travaux sur La Rambla sont passablement gênants pour y circuler et le bruit. On nous a dit qu'ils devraient se terminer vers la fin de 2027 seulement.

Odlicna lokacija, mirno. Komforne sobe, doručak dobar. Klimatizacija odlična. Kreveti veliki i udobni. Osoblje veoma dobro, organizacija čuvanja stvari nakon odjavljivanja za svaku pohvalu.

Treba malo renoviranja, hodnici imaju neprijatan miris, vrata od kupatila lupaju.Bilo bi dobro da ima dnevno čišćenje i zamena peškira.

Odalarda günlük temizlik yok, 6günden fazla kalırsanız temizlik yapıyorlarmış, tam bir fiyasko. Tuvalet çok küçük, bide yok, poponuzu yıkayamıyorsunuz.

L'hotel si trova in posizione strategica per spostarsi comodamente e velocemente in città, anche se la zona in cui è ubicato non è delle più sicure soprattutto di notte, essendo su Les Ramblas (parte alta verso Placa Catalunia) e soprattutto adesso che stanno facendo dei lavori di rifacimento strada e molti lampioni sono spenti. L'hotel ha un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, soprattutto considerando i costi di alloggio a Barcellona. Io ho soggiornato in uno studios (camera con parete cucina attrezzata) per 3 notti; mi sono trovata bene!

La sortie du parking un peu compliqué car donne en plein centre ville, difficile pour circuler. Les joints de la douche ont besoin d'être changés.

Her şey oldukça güzel ve keyifliydi. Otelin konumu oldukça güzel ve her yere yakın. Kolayca istediğiniz her şeye ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Çok merkezi olmasına rağmen ses sorunu hiç yaşamadım. Oda oldukça büyük ve genişti rahatlıkla hareket edebilirsiniz ve eşyalarınızı konumlandırabilirsiniz.

Konumu çok iyi.

Otele saat 17.00 de vardık, check in saat 15.00 olmasına rağmen oda hazır değildi, resepsiyonda çalışan beyfendi bizi bekletti hazır oda bulmak için. Detaylı bir açıklama da yapmadı, sadece bizi bekletti. Bir daha tercih etmem.

Tutto!!!!! Dallo staff molto gentili, attenti ti fanno sentire al propio aggio, c'è stato uno in particolare molto super bravo che mi ha fatto sentire in casa. Grazie mille ho visitato Sitges grazie a questa persona che mi consiglio questa tappa prima d'arrivare a Valencia. Tappa gradita 100000000. Super.

Smell cigarettes- Construction work la rambla and poor window isolation was a bit difficult to sleep until late .

Je suis très satisfait de ce voyage, qui s’est déroulé dans des conditions absolument parfaites et qui a largement contribué à sa réussite. La qualité de l’hôtel, des chambres, ainsi que l’accueil et la prise en charge tout au long de cette semaine ont été tout simplement excellents. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier M. TONNI qui a fait preuve d’une grande disponibilité, d’une remarquable gentillesse et d’un véritable professionnalisme. Son accueil et son accompagnement ont été plus que parfaits. Bravo pour cette belle organisation et pour cette manifestation ! Je vous encourage vivement à poursuivre dans cette voie et je ne manquerai pas de vous recommander. Si l’occasion se présente, je reviendrai certainement avec grand plaisir. Merci encore pour cette excellente expérience.

Sauber ! Zentral. Zentrale Klimaanlage. In der Küche gab es alles, was man braucht. Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Geschirr usw. In der Eingangshalle gab es kostelos Kaffeemaschine, Wasserspender für kaltes Wasser und Wasser mit Sprudel, sogar für Eis. Im Sommer ist das besonders schön. Ich bin wirklich zufrieden!

La Posizione ottima e non mancava niente

A szállás a La Rambla-n Barcelona központjában van. A recepción nagyon kedvesen és segítőkészen minden információval elláttak. Egész nap ingeyenesen ihattunk kávét és vizet a recepción lévő automatákból, ami nagyon hasznos volt az egész napos városnézés után. A reggeli bőséges, változatos és nagyon finom volt.

Le personnel à l’accueil a été très irrespectueux. La chambre que j’avais réservée sur Booking ne m’a pas été attribuée, car apparemment Booking afficherait des descriptions mensongères. Le personnel a été très désagréable et n’a pas voulu prendre en compte ma demande, sous prétexte que j’étais passée par Booking et non par leur site internet.

The location is excellent, close to the most important points of the city.

Out of the 2 elevators, only one works, and that one is extremely slow. Every time we went out we had to estimate 10-15 minutes just for the elevator. Also, the cleaning service is included only after the first 6 days.

Fabulous location. The room had a kitchenette complete with dishwasher! Free coffee & hot chocolate in the lobby and an ice machine.

The only redeeming quality was Tony, who was consistently welcoming, friendly, smiling and resourceful, despite having an extremely busy schedule during our stay. He was genuinely the highlight of an otherwise very disappointing experience. The water and coffee machines in the lobby were also a nice touch

The check-in experience was extremely disappointing. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but it was delayed by an hour, during which we were simply told to wait in the lobby. At 4:00 PM, after I had to argue with the receptionist, who initially wanted us to wait another 20 minutes, we were finally given a room key, only to discover that the room was already occupied. Both we and the man staying in the room were understandably shocked and embarrassed by the situation. We had to go back down to reception once again, and were finally given the correct room about 1 hour and 20 minutes after the scheduled check-in time. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only unpleasant part of the experience. One of the receptionists, Tony's colleague (Tony himself was very kind and helpful), made what I found to be a xenophobic comment. I mentioned that I had expected the parking to be free, without asking for a discount or demanding anything, and he sarcastically replied, “We’re not in Brașov” (a city in Romania). I found the comment completely unnecessary and inappropriate. Once we finally reached the room, we were again disappointed by the unpleasant smell and the poor level of cleanliness, particularly on the floor and the cooking equipment. Overall, this was far from the experience we expected and unfortunately not one I can recommend.

Ottima posizione, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, pulizia appartamento. Anche le dimensioni dell'appartamento vanno bene per chi viaggia in coppia. Vorrei solo dare un personale consiglio, aggiungere il bidet e cambiare fragranza al gel doccia :-D. Per il resto ci siamo trovati benissimo, complimenti a tutti

La posizione, la tranquillità dell'appartamento nonostante fossimo in centro e lo spazio, lo staff, gentili e sempre con il sorriso tutti.

Non è previsto il cambio biancheria e riordino e pulizia camera, ma viaggiando.in famiglia d'estate (noi in 4, 8 docce al giorno) magari ogni due giorni farei cambiare la biancheria da bagno e avrei preferito che ritirassero la pazzatura.

La habitación cómoda, le faltaba una silla para la mesa. La cama muy cómoda. La ubicación excelente para estar cerca de todo para una estadía corta.

Me hubiera gustado una habitación con mejor vista o en un piso superior. Durante mi estadía uno de los ascensores no funcionaba lo cual hacía dificultoso subir y bajar.

Хороший просторный номер, все есть, кухня, посуда, печка, посудомойка, достаточно полотенец, свежее постельное белье, удобное расположение. Детская кроватка чистая аккуратная, положили малышке гель для купания. Большая, удобная двухместная кровать в спальне и на диване есть еще два спальных места.

في قلب الشارع الحيوي لا رامبلا، عبارة عن شقق فندقية فيها مطبخ متكامل. الشكر لموظف الاستقبال أ/ محمد المغربي. طوال فترة الاقامة كان حريص على خدمتنا وما قصر ربي يسعده. عند الاستقبال ميزان للي حاب يوزن الشنط قبل ما يروح المطار. القهوة والشاي والموية مجاناً. جهة الاستقبال في مكان الإفطار. يومياً فريق التنظيف يعطيك موية ويبدا لك المناشف فقط (بدون تنظيف)

تسجيل الدخول كان بطئ. وفي البداية كان فيه موظف ما ساعدنا ولبى طلبنا (سريرين منفرده). والغرفة كانت جيدة ولكن اللي زعلنا أسلوبه وعدم تعاونه. كذلك التنظيف لك مره وحده طوال فترة اقامتك. واذا حاب انهم ينظفوا لك الشقة بيكون مقابل رسوم.

Kahvaltı sade ve ve sıradan, çeşit az. Günlük temizlik olmaması çok kötü, yaz döneminde duş sonrası ıslak havluların değiştirilmemesi olmaz. Koridorlar dahi süpürülmemiş. Nem ve sıcak sebebiyle klima yüzeyinde küflenme oluşmuş ve bunu solumak durumunda kaldık. Asansörün biri çalışmıyordu ve diğeride çağrıyla direkt gelmiyor bütün katları geziyordu bazen biri geçip gidiyordu. Çok yavaştı ve uzun süre beklemek zorundaydık..

Place was clean, the location was really perfect, you in the middle of everyhting and it literally takes minutes to reach most attractions in Barcelona. Also, the terrace was really great. Free coffee machine was also great.

I just couldnt believe such a beautiful place had such a terrible elevator. There are two elevators of whic one was out of service 90% of the time, the second one just takes forever and its always full of people. The last thing I wanted after a whole day of walking around the town is to walk up 5 stories every single time.

La habitación muy amplia, cómoda. La instalaciones en general del hotel excelente. El personal súper amable y dispuesto. Es nuestra segunda vez en el hotel. La ubicación inmejorable.

La primera vez que fuimos al hotel, la limpieza era cada 3 días, si mal no recuerdo. Esta vez es cada 7. Es algo que está bien informado al momento de reservar, solo que como sugerencia, para mejor mantenimiento, estaría bueno que vuelva a hacer cada 3 dias, por motivos que ya informé al hotel

1-لايوجد تنظيف الغرف بشكل يومي اخبرني موظف الاستقبال يجب دفع رسوم إضافية للتنظيف 2- لايوجد مناديل في الغرف و الحمام إلا عند الطلب ويجب ان تحضره بنفسك من الاستقبال 3-ولا يوجد ماء للشرب فالغرفة ولا يوجد ماكينة قهوة 4-ولا يوجد شطاف فالحمام 5- أسلوب بعض موظفين الاستقبال جاف يحتاجون الى تعلم كيفية التعامل مع السياح 6-السعر مرتفع وليس مناسب مقابل الخدمة 7-الأصوات المزعجة في الخارج تسمعها عندك في الغرفة لايوجد عزل الصوت خصوصاً إذا كنت في الطوابق السفليه 8- ما انصح به للعوائل لانه المكان فالخارج مزدحم وقد تتعرض للسرقات و المضايقات من بعض الجنسيات الأخرى

No me gustó la zona de la rambla en sí, poco elegante, casualmente estaban en obra los subte y eso empeoraba la tranquilidad.

Hôtel qui correspondait à nos attentes pour visiter Barcelone. Literie confortable, coin cuisine complet. Boissons chaudes et froides (eau gazeuse, glaçons) à volonté. Parking sous l'hôtel très pratique.

La posizione eccezionale, a metà Rambla. Vicinissima alla cattedrale, al Mercato Boqueria, al Barrio Gotico ed a Plaza Real, quindi alla movida. Il.parcheggio nel garage privato sottostante all'albergo. La terrazza panoramica sul tetto, con doccia e solarium. La camera spaziosa

La mancanza del servizio di pulizia della camera giornaliera: per avere asciugamani puliti abbiamo dovuto chiederli alla reception, e la camera in 3 giorni non è stata mai pulita. L'aria condizionata ha un pessimo deumidificatore, per cui gli oggetti ,il pavimento e soprattutto i vestiti erano sempre umidi e freddi.

L’emplacement de cet établissement est exceptionnel. Le personnel vous accueille avec courtoisie, mais également avec beaucoup de chaleur, et cherche à vous trouver des solutions pour vous satisfaire au maximum.

La propreté, la clarté, les équipements et le personnel. La fontaine d'eau, gazeuse ou plate en libre service ! Appréciable avec la canicule. Le café et le thé.

L'accès à l'hôtel, les travaux dans la rue principale, bruyants et poussiéreux ! L'un des ascenseurs, en panne pendant la moitié du séjour.

Great location, just off La Rambla in the center of Barcelona. We had a friendly reception and free coffee in a comfortable waiting area. The room more than met our expectations and was very convenient and well equipped all around.

As said, staff was generally very friendly, but unprofessional handling of the city tax put a dent in what could have been an excellent rating. Nothing at all was mentioned at check-in, then we received a late-evening call demanding payment, claiming it was required to be paid upon arrival (and subtly suggesting that we refused to do so). We showed a print from booking.com that it was included in the price. Mistakes can happen, but please own them and don't blame blame your guests for them.

I changed rooms primarily because I had asked for a double bed however the first room had two singles. There was no issue changing rooms. Besides the bed, the second room had a much better outlook. Was large and comfortable. The first room looked out onto a building which also restricted the natural light. So happy I changed.

Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am contacting you regarding my reservation at Citadines Ramblas Barcelona, rooms 420 and 421, booked through Booking.com. Today, I experienced a very serious incident with a receptionist. Following a simple misunderstanding regarding the check-out time, he shouted at me, insulted me and threatened to go outside the hotel to fight me. This happened in front of my wife, my 10-year-old daughter, my 17-year-old son, other guests and another hotel employee. My daughter was extremely frightened by the incident. The reception area is covered by CCTV cameras, and I have requested that the hotel preserve the footage. Even more concerning, when I requested the official Spanish complaint form (Hoja Oficial de Reclamación), the hotel refused to provide it. Since I selected and booked this property through Booking.com, I am asking you to urgently intervene with the hotel, investigate this incident and inform me in writing of the action taken. I have already submitted a formal complaint to the hotel management and reported the matter to the competent consumer authority. I expect Booking.com to take this matter seriously and assist me as your customer. Kind regards
