Mersin HiltonSA

Location was good.

Not much to complain about.

Well prepared and delicious fruits.

More staff at the restaurant area to speak more English. Reception staff are more fluent in their English communication which was helpful. More food options at dinner would be good.

Chybí pristup do more (ovsem v Mersinu je s plážemi problem). A obsluha a kvalita pokrmů v restauraci neni na úrovni Hiltonu

Comfortabel en locatie

I and my wife had a short honeymoon here and here’s one of the greatest hotel we’ve ever stayed. We supposed to have a photo shooting in our room before our wedding and our photographers had to bring their own compulsorily insurance documents to do their photoshootings, but they hadn’t bring them. However the receptionist dear Atilla and hotel management showed their precious understanding and they allowed us to have photoshooting in the room this time, they basically saved our plan of the marriage day. They also prepared the room beautifully and exceptionally, they even decreased the price for the stay of next day. Room, amazing catering, facilities, everything else was perfect. Service is fabulous. If you once plan to visit Mersin,Hilton is definitely the one to stay in. Perfect hotel!

Nothing :)

Super ligging super vriendelijke medewerkers, Parkeren geen probleem. Eten super! Alles was goed

Niks

Friendly and accommodating staff

None

The various services, the poolside bar, and the spa/massage are very much appreciated.

The room needs renovation and the air conditioning doesn't work properly and requires a thorough cleaning; it's dirty and dusty.

Everything i loke it

The place was nice and clean, the staffs were very nice. The ocean view was good! It was close to the city centre.

zeer mooi hotel

Of the best hotel in the city

Konumu çok güzel Odalar temiz manzarası güzel Personel güleryüzlü

09.00 geleceğimi belirttiğim halde 12.00'da oda hazır değildi, beni gördükten sonra oda hazırlamak akıllarına geldi. Oda olmadığı için mecburi 14.00 check in'den bahsetmiyorum. Deniz kenarındaki bir tesiste mayo terlik alacak bir yer yok.

Super Aussicht Gutes Frühstück

Zu wenig Parkplätze

Wonderful hotel

I stayed for 4 days 3 nights with my friends we all loved the Hotel the rooms breakfast was delicious and most of all the good hospitality 👍

Nothing

This is my third stay at Hilton Mersin, and it continues to be the best hotel in Mersin. The location is fantastic, offering both convenience and beautiful views. I would especially like to thank the front desk staff Atilla,Turgay and Murat for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with every request. I would also like to thank Ferah in the breakfast area for her excellent service and warm hospitality. Their dedication made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again😊

Breakfast was good.

Air conditioning could have been better, it was quite hot

VERY NICE

honestly every thing was fine and very good

At the beginning, the room had several issues and the air conditioning was very poor. I spoke with the reception staff, but unfortunately the problem was not resolved. However, in the evening I spoke with Mr. Atilla, who was very kind and professional. He handled the situation excellently, changed my room, and upgraded me to a beautiful suite with a wonderful view. I sincerely thank him. He completely changed my impression of the stay and made my experience much better.

Beautiful hotel with well equipped and comfortable rooms. Wonderful breakfast wit lots of choices. Friendly, polite and helpful staff that always want me the best and feel good and comfortable.

The balcony door was very hard to open and close.

Konum ve manzara harika...

Maalesef tek sorun zeminler hiç temiz değildi.. Temizdir diye çocukların çorapla gezmelerine izin verdik ama çorapların altı simsiyah oldu.. Bu kalitede bir otele yakışmıyor..

The hotel very good location in Mersin city , the staff was very helpful, room was very comfortable and clean and all hospitality role there , breakfast was fantastic

No cooling Temperature high at the time 17 may Spring season image at summer

Super clean and comfortable hotel. Professional staff, especially Murat at the reception. He was very outstanding.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks to them, our business trip and filming went smoothly.
