Klo 11 mielestämme vähän liian aikainen uloskirjautumisaika, klo 12 olisi parempi lomalaiselle. Turhan monimutkainen kahvinkeitin, voisi olla helppokäyttöisempi. Tiskirättiä olisimme myös kaivanneet.

Vain yksi avain. Hankaloittaa liikkumista jos kaikki eivät aina liiku samaan aikaan (tosin tämä ilmeisesti ongelma monessa muussakin paikassa).

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025Loistava sijainti Tamperetalon läheisyydessä, kävelymatkan päässä rautatieasemasta ja keskustasta. Siisti ja erittäin hiljainen huoneisto. Liikenteen ääni ei kuulunut, vaikka ikkunat ovat kadulle päin. Aamupalaan mahdollisuus lisämaksusta hostellissa, jossa respakin on.

Reviewed Oct 24, 2025Rauhallinen, iso, käytännöllinen huoneisto. Iso wc:n ja pesuhuoneen yhdistelmä ja sauna. Hyvä, rauhallinen sijainti. Kauppa ja juna-asema lähellä. Parveke, sai tuuletettua huoneiston hyvin.
Vähän harhaanjohtavasti ilmoituksessa mainittiin sauna, mutta saunallisesta huoneistosta joutuikin sitten lisämaksua maksamaan. Saunan lämpiämisessä kesti tunti ja silti lämpötila n. 60*c. Säästäisi varmaan paljon sähköä, jos kivet, vastukset tai kiukaan uusisi. Sänkyjä 2, jotka kapeita 80 cm, patjat pehmeitä.

Reviewed Oct 14, 2025Tilava, siisti ja rauhallinen asunto 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Ratinasta ja keskustan palveluista. Lähin ostari ja lounaspaikat aivan vieressä, samoin Tammelantorille ja puistoon lyhyt matka. Kahvia ja teetä löytyi majoittajan puolesta.
Sohva oli kummallinen ja epämukava, ei voinut nojata. Television käyttö vaatii kärsivällisyyttä, on varsin hidasta sorttia. Esim. Netflix siitä kyllä kuitenkin löytyy. Sängyt ovat kapeahkot hotellisänkyihin ja kotisänkyihin verrattuna.

Reviewed Oct 9, 2025Mukava ja avara asunto hotellihuoneen sijaan. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi keittiöstä. Mies piti siitä että olohuoneessa oli myös nojatuoli, josta hän pääsi käsinojien ansiosta hyvin ylös. Intialainen ravintola vieressä, samoin Tampere -talo. Henkilökunta avuliasta ja ystävällistä.
Vessan oven saranat pitää öljytä ja tutkia, miksi kiuas ei toiminut. Sauna ei kuitenkaan meille ollut mikään tärkeä juttu.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2025I en recension läste jag om balkong ut mot parken. Det lät trevlig. Dock inte denna lägenhet som låg långt ner mot en liten tvärgata och en inte så tilltalande gård. Det var det enda som inte uppfyllde förväntningarna. Bra lägenhet med bra kök och badrum. Helt okej sängar. Välstädat. Lite förvirrande med adressen. Man ska gå in på ett hostel på låg på en tvärgata och checka in och sedan tillbaka till adressen som bokningsbekräftelse sa. Väldigt trevlig personal på hostel.

Reviewed Jul 27, 2025中央駅から徒歩圏内です。ムーミン美術館の眼の前でした。Rauhaniemiのサウナ行きのバスのバス停も眼の前でした。一階にシナモンロールが美味しい雰囲気の良いカフェがありました。チェックイン・チェックアウト時のスタッフの対応がとてもフレンドリーで良かったです。シャワーの温度と水圧は申し分ないです。
ベッドは少し狭いです。 シャワーブースが区切られておらず段差がないので、浴室・トイレの床全体が濡れます。水切り用のワイパーは用意されていました。

Huono valaistus ja erittäin kuuma asunto kesähelteillä. Kun ilmastointia ei ole niin helteillä olisi hyvä olla vaikka tuuletin asunnossa. Ikkunan sai kyllä isosti yöksi auki, joten vähän viileni ja saimme nukuttua 😊

Check in didn't work via mail. I couldn't find any information where to find IRL help. Finally I asked from a nearby restaurant and they showed me to Dream Hostels which surprisingly also was the reception for Haave Apartments.

I was expecting the kitchen to be a bit more equipped and at least a washing machine. The beds could be a bit more comfortable.

Reviewed Feb 16, 2024the apartment was so nice that I definitely will stay there when I next time visit Tampere. Although the main room was quite small it felt spacious. The bed was good although quite narrow but with two bed together it was ok. Extra good: the pillows!

Reviewed Dec 14, 2023Great location, not far from the train station and the town center and Xmas market, and the Moomin museum is right across the street! Also, we were there on Sunday so the coffee shop downstairs was closed but normally you will also have this benefit! The flat we had was compact and lovely, very well designed and you have everything you need.
Everything was lovely, maybe some tea bags, sugar and some coffee would be nice as there is a kettle and if you're staying just one-two nights this would be useful.

Facilities are not well kept, some furniture and equipment not in good condition but not get fixed or replaced (mirror, hair dryer, socket in the sauna). TV remote does not have batteries and TV doesn’t have press button buttons to put it on. Dishes in the cabinet are all dirty. No option for double bed. Receptionist was nice but sometimes didn’t call us back and my reservation cancellation was confused.

Reviewed Oct 2, 2023A really great price for a full 1 room apartment with a sauna right across the street from the art museum. Located within walking distance of the train station, mall, and grocery stores. A beautiful cafe located right outside the front door brought scents of coffee and pulla to wake you up as you leave for the day! I would highly recommend this venue for both hostel and private accommodations, as well as the delightfuly polite, kind, and helpful staff. The private apartment by Haave will be our new favored accommodation in Tampere. We’ve even asked our office to switch from the Marriott Courtyard Hotel even, Haave is a much better value.
Internet in the apartment did not work as directed by the user manual. But who doesn’t have a personal hotspot these days, wasn’t a big issue really (if you’re traveling from outside eu get a prepaid sim super cheap and everywhere). There was no soap within the shower, used hand soap from the sink :D but the K and S store was super close so the problem was solved!

Reviewed Aug 27, 2023Nice sauna, and convenient location across from a gorgeous park and Moomin Museum. Cafe Puusti downstairs was amazing as well. Very close to the train station.
Apartment temperature controls were not very responsive and a bit too warm. Bathroom vent was plugged with dust so sauna steam would set off the smoke detector when the bathroom door was opened. Nothing major, but something to be addressed.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2023Is well located, having a bus station right.out side of it that goes directly to Ratina Shopping Centre, the central square and Särkänniemi amusement park the room was very comfy. Really enjoyed experiment the private sauna even though it took me a while to unserstand how it worked the house has nice dimensions and I really enjoy eating lunch out side in the balcony.

This was the most expensive stay we had while being in Finland yet the least great. The beds were slim and not comfortable. It was a bit cold in the flat. There was also extra taxes added to the price that we didn't notice while booking the place. We also thought breakfast is included but it wasn't. No coffee, tea or shampoo which could be useful. It wasn't clear how to check in, we needed to go to another hotel to pick up the key.

Miinusta tuli ilmastointilaitteiden, sekä sisä- että ulkopuolisten, voimakkaasta hurinasta, joka sattaa herkkäunisimpiä haitata. Mikäli ikkunaa pitää öisin auki, kuuluu hurinan lisäksi kesäaikaan myös voimakas lokkien kirkuna aamuyöstä alkaen.
