The buffet breakfast was good. Staff are very nice & courteous.

The quality of the room was a bit rundown. I saw few yellow patches around. The floor and the bathrooms were similar.

Like to thnk Mr kripashankar from laundry team.I would like to sincerely appreciate the laundry staff at the hotel for their excellent service. They were extremely professional, courteous, and attentive throughout my stay. The clothes were handled with great care, returned perfectly clean, fresh, and neatly pressed, and the turnaround time was impressive. What stood out most was their willingness to help and their attention to even the smallest details. Their friendly attitude and commitment to providing good service truly made a difference. A special thanks to the entire laundry team for their hard work and dedication. They are a valuable part of the hotel staff and deserve recognition for maintaining such high standards of service.

Unfortunately, the entire experience was deeply disappointing and fell drastically below the standards expected of the Wyndham and Ramada brand. The initial room provided to us was in a pathetic condition and suffered from multiple structural and maintenance failures: Broken Amenities: The washroom door knob was broken, making it inconvenient and frustrating to use. Poor Room Design: The luggage rack shelf was rendered practically unusable due to a massive, poorly placed pillar cutting right through the designated storage space. Faulty Plumbing & Rust: The hand shower in the shower panel was leaking heavily and spraying water all over the cubicle uncontrollably. Furthermore, multiple bathroom fittings were noticeably rusty. When we were shifted to another room, the situation barely improved. The replacement room lacked basic room furnishings entirely—there was no proper armchair or wing chair to sit on. Instead, management had resorted to placing a random dining chair from the restaurant in the guest room. For a hotel bearing the Ramada name, encountering this level of neglect, poor maintenance, and lack of proper furniture is completely unacceptable. It made for an uncomfortable, frustrating stay that did not stand up to even basic hospitality standards, let alone an international brand. I expect management to take immediate steps to inspect these rooms, overhaul the maintenance, and ensure guests are not subjected to such conditions in the future.

Mobile internet was not working at the property. Wi-Fi was no working except reception area. Location far from city and difficult to find. Breakfast service was not good as per the standard of the hotel.

We stayed here for two nights, the rooms are neat, spacious, cozy. The service is impeccable and the staff here especially Kripashankar ji, Ambika and Barsha in the overall experience.

The stay was ok, the Rooms were clean and we had great house keeping, much appreciated Bhopal Yadav, who helped us to get the rooms, get ready fast after previous guest check out. The negative was the food, the food was not up to standard for a 5 star facility in terms of taste or variety. The resturant was not up to standard in terms of service too. We were there to attend a marrige function.

The rooms are spacious. The facilities provided are pretty good as well. Majority of the staff are pleasant and helpful.

The location of the hotel itself is very far and deserted in an industrial area. It takes a decent amount of time considering the traffic in the city. The cleanliness of the bathroom seems a little compromised. Housekeeping service was poor.

Everything was well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness stood out. The staff were incredibly warm, polite, and helpful, which made the experience even better. We had a pleasureable stay and enjoyed the new year celebrations. Ankit assisted us during our check-out. The variety of buffet spread was amazing and our kids enjoyed a lot at the pool and park area.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The ambience was excellent, the rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the amenities were well maintained. The staff were polite, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Breakfast was the highlight of the experience. There was a wide variety of options, along with impressive live counters serving freshly prepared dishes. I would like to specially appreciate the Manager, Mr. Shasank Singh, Chef Mr. Sanjay, and the waitress, Ms. Ambika, for their warm hospitality and customer-focused service. They were particularly thoughtful in accommodating my child’s requests with a cheerful attitude. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would gladly rate this stay 5/5 and highly recommend this hotel.

The food served on Christmas Eve was very tasty. They had a good spread in both non vegetarian and vegetarian menu. The service offered by Mr Shashank was very warm and welcoming.

We would also like to appreciate the warm hospitality of the staff members, Canny Rose and Himanshu, whose attentive dining service truly enhanced our experience. The evening brunch buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of flavorful starters, refreshing mocktails, and an impressive main course spread. The apple cider was undoubtedly the showstopper of the evening!

I tried the Andhra-style Chicken, and it was outstanding—perfectly spiced, flavorful, and well balanced. The vegetable pulao was delicious, and the fried chicken was crispy and very tasty. Every dish was fresh and full of flavor. The ambience is very pleasant, and the service was prompt and friendly, which made the experience even better. Great property for a get together with friends and family. Extremely spacious yet cozy enough to not walk a lot. There’s a lot of garden space and greenery around which makes it the perfect getaway spot in the city. The food is really good. The staff and how the treat you is top class and you never feel like leaving this place. A strong recommendation for all to visit to make fond memories with the loved ones. Make sure to meet Mr. Kamal who ensures all your requirements are met for!

We had a medical school reunion of friends at Ramada in Dec 2025. The ambiance, food and their services were very good with attention to detail. I particularly mention Mr. Prabhal Das Gupta incharge of Restaurant and catering who was curtious, helpful and accommodative to our requests. At this moment iam having my dinner at birthday party. Foods are excellent made by chef Gajendar and tandoori foods made by Sher Bahadur which was fabulious and Mr . Kamal Dasgupta arrange this birthday party very nice way every one were very happy. I was hear invited guest. Thank you all.

We have come here to celebrate our college reunion. Did group bookings for 104 heads. The place is amazing but the service is pathetic. 1. There was no cup for tea in my room . Inspite of calling up 3 times the cup did not come. I went to friend's room and borrowed a cup. 2. There was no fridge in the room ( some rooms had no locker..etc) I requested the reception if they can put my ice pack ( suffering from knee pain) in the fridge for sometime so that I can use it. No one came up. 3. The room was cleaned after repeated requests . But the house keeping guy did not refill the tea -coffee sachets. But the food and beverage section is very good. Food is amazing. Rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated.
