MOUNTAIN HOTEL LUIS inkl Zell am See-Kaprun Sommerkarte

The hotel is clean with a very pleasant atmosphere, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I especially commend Nuri at the reception, who went above and beyond his duties to help us, in the evening, when the housekeeping staff was unavailable, he came to change our pillows even after his shift had ended, he also recommended us places and activities accordingly to the weather, he is pleasant to talk to, and truly upgraded our overall stay experience. The breakfast is great, the spa is clean and relaxing. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Just the pillows, I have issues with my nick.

Great location and amazing hospitality The food was excellent Staff was very friendly and helpful

Nothing

We had a wonderful stay at Mountain Luis Hotel. The penthouse apartment is fantastic- beautifully designed, spacious, comfortable, and clean, with everything we needed for a relaxing family stay. But what really made our stay special was the people. Everyone on the team was incredibly kind and helpful, but a special thank you to Vanessa and Nouri, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. And a big thank you to Chefs Christian and Janette, who prepared delicious food and were so thoughtful about accommodating our particular needs. The whole team made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of. The service was warm, attentive, and personal throughout our stay. We really appreciated it and would be very happy to come back.

The only downside during our stay was the ongoing renovation work in the building next door. At times, there was some noticeable daytime noise, and on a few occasions the workers presence meant that we had less privacy than we would have liked. We understand that this is temporary and hope that once the work is completed, it will no longer be an issue. Aside from this, our stay was excellent, and we would have happily given it a 10/10.

Communication with them

Location was beautiful, we had spectactular views of the mountains. Staff was warm and friendly, helpful and responsive. Breakfast was included- was fresh with a very good variety and the wait staff were really amazing. The rooms were clean and overall the property was well maintained. We stayed in the penthouse with 2 families and it was really perfect. The decor and overall feel was modern rustic. Zell am See summer card included, walking distance to town/bus stop. 10 minute away by car to Zell Am See and a bus ride away from a lot of attractions. There is also a small outdoor poor and a sauna which was convenient to use after a long day, spa towels and robes provided.

There were several amenities that were not working in the rooms. There were smart TVs but only local channels and youtube were accessible. We could not connect to any streaming services and it was not possible to even mirror our phone- cables were not provided to do so. There were bidets in the toilet- these were not working. There as a problem with drainage in the shower in one of our rooms and the water overflowed and flooded into the room. This was fixed by the staff. The kitchen could have been stocked with a sponge and dishwashing liquid. These were not make or break complaints, just things to improve.

All was exceptional - Mr. Nouri and the entire staff were very helpful and welcoming to any support.

The hotel was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by amazing mountain views. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always helpful. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety, and the facilities were excellent. A great place for families and a perfect base for exploring Kaprun and Zell am See.

Nothing major to complain about. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and everything met our expectations.

Hotel location and modern

The furniture, especially the quality of the mattress, is extremely poor, and the air conditioning is substandard and doesn't work, despite being reported to the authorities. Furthermore, after 10 PM, there's no one to talk to, and there are no contact numbers clearly displayed at the hotel entrance. I spent a long time trying to contact hotel management or get in touch, but unfortunately, this is unacceptable for a hotel.

Das Zimmer und das Frühstück waren großartig! Personal sehr, sehr freundlich.

The stunning view Beautiful rooms Excellent breakfast A whole great experience The staff went out of their way to explain every single detail to make our stay memorable

Nothing

1. The apartment was great - a two-room apartment with a kitchen, two balconies, and lots of space. 2. The staff was also great: they welcomed us warmly and were very helpful whenever we needed assistance. 3. Very good breakfast. 4. Nice pool, especially for children. 5. The location in Kaprun is central - just a few minutes’ walk from the restaurants and quite close to nearby attractions if you have a car.

1. Room cleaning is only provided once every two days. This was not mentioned during check-in, and at this price point, I would have expected daily cleaning. 2. There is no gym, although the hotel collaborates with a nearby hotel, about a 10-minute walk away, where guests can use the gym for free. 3. Not related to the hotel but rather to the town: most restaurants close their kitchens at around 21:00. Worth mentioning for those who are not used to having dinner early.

The property is nice, the rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is super nice and attentive. The location is good. Kaprun is beautiful.

We had a great stay! The rooms were super clean, everything felt brand new, and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was also amazing with lots of fresh choices. Definitely recommend this place.

We arrived during an extreme heatwave but found no complimentary bottled water, cooler stands, or free drinks for guests. We actually had to drive into town just to buy a drink. Unfortunately, the hotel parking arrangements also require an extra payment

breakfast exceptionale

Overall good, this is my 2nd time to book

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The housekeeping was very poor, and the room was not cleaned properly. The parking card for the basement garage stopped working every day and had to be reactivated repeatedly. In addition, the elevator was shaking when I used it, which raised safety concerns.

The room itself was clean, and the location was convenient.

We were very disappointed. The hotel gave us incorrect information in writing about the Summer Card, even though we had told them we would arrive early to pick it up. Because of this, we left Vienna at 3 a.m., but the card was not valid until 3 p.m. The hotel knew the information was wrong at least one day before our arrival but did not contact us. Later, we received only an apology and the excuse that it was already too late to contact us, which made no sense. Our first-day plans were ruined. Some other information given by the staff was also outdated, so guests should double-check the information themselves.

Every thing was good

The toilet was saptrated from the bathroom

Stylish, spacious, clean and comfortable 2 rooms apartment. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and cooperative.

One room was next to a building under construction and there was some noise coming from there during daytime.

Everything was perfect and up to the required features.

Cleaning not everyday Parking with charge View was blocked by building in construction

Our stay at Mountain Hotel Luis exceeded all our expectations. Everything was simply outstanding! The room was modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and we slept very well every night. The view from the room was beautiful, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring Kaprun and the surrounding attractions. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. The buffet offered a huge variety of fresh, high-quality products that delighted both adults and children. The freshly prepared omelettes were absolutely delicious and made every morning special. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the warm hospitality at the reception, as well as the complimentary refreshments available in the reception and spa areas – such a thoughtful touch. The spa and wellness area was another pleasant surprise. It was clean, relaxing, never overcrowded, and the warm water was perfect after a day of hiking and sightseeing. Every detail made us feel welcome, and the overall experience was even better than we had expected. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Mountain Hotel Luis to anyone visiting Kaprun.

Arabic staff in reception, they are very kind, AC’s in rooms

The beds was not comfortable and feeling etchings all the night which mean that they aren’t cleaned, and they don’t clean the rooms every day

The staff were exceptionally benevelont, they were always keen to help.

All good

Location and the hotel breakfast

Clean and quiet environment. Feels safe walking around.

The fitness center is not directly located in the building. Have to walk to another building a few houses away.

The restaurant not open on TWO days during our stay. Bed pillows much too much soft. Shower towels not soft, not pleasant.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Vanessa and Serena. The location is perfect and the breakfast was really good. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend it!
