A necessary preface: as is often the case in Vietnam, it’s not so much the quality of the accommodation that matters as who runs it. And that’s exactly the case here. I’d read a lot about this place (it’s even featured in Lonely Planet…). So when I arrived, my expectations were high. And I have to admit that at first I was disappointed. BUT... The place is poorly maintained, and while it may once have been beautiful and well-decorated, with personality and imagination, it now looks neglected. The rooms, the fornitures, the sheets (clean, but showing their age), the bathroom, the door that doesn’t close properly and leaves gaps..pretty much everything needs improvement. HOWEVER, I extended my stay and stayed a few more days because I felt right at home! ❤️ Thanks to the girls who run the place (Lily and Hung), and who speak good English; to the simple but nutritious breakfast (eggs, bread, yogurt, a piece of fruit—though it varies depending on what’s available, and you can even cook for yourself in the kitchen, which is open to everyone); and to the atmosphere (there really are a lot of Western travelers staying there). And the proximity to the beach, which is just 20 steps away! I’d like to thank the staff, and I HIGHLY recommend this place: unpretentious rooms ok, but at great prices; attention to the guest, always with a smile; efficient services (laundry done in less than 5 hours, 40.000 per kilo); small shops with everything you need (and plenty of pharmacies) nearby; and a great position for exploring the most interesting part of the city.

As I mentioned (even though I hate to say it, considering how much I enjoyed my stay), the place needs a significant renovation. And it’s not just the rooms, which are in pretty bad shape (but in any case, I'll say it again: considering the price, it's fair). For example, the terrace—which is shown in the photos as a common area for socializing—is unusable because it’s crowded with air conditioner units, and it’s an open air oven, practically useless even in the evening. But with a few thoughtful adjustments, even that area could be made comfortable and functional. I believe in the staff and in the fact that they care about the guests' happiness! 🫶🏻

Rooms are nice and clean. The family is so welcoming and helpful :)

Мне необходимо было работать, поэтому я принял решение, уехать в другое место. Более просторное и позволяющее комфортно работать. Не возникло никаких проблем с сокращением срока пребывания

Здесь есть все для комфортного проживания. Также внизу работает кафе. На стойке регистрации можно арендовать скутер или забронировать билет на автобус, а также заказать стирку. Пляж всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы. Персонал отеля говорит на английском.

Мне не понравились завтраки, но это дело вкуса. Также периодически по вечерам не было горячей воды в душе, но мыться все-равно можно, так как вода не ледяная.

Good location, close to the beach and various restaurants. Owner was nice and the breakfast was great. Rooms comfortable.

Lo mejor el trato de la familia del homestay. Han sido encantadores, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La ubicacion del homestay esta muy bien, centrico a menos de un minuto de la playa pero sin ruidp por la noche. Las habitaciones estan muy bien tambien. La limpieza un 10. Si vienes a Qui nhon tienes que alojarte aqui.

the staff were absolutely phenominal and so kind to us. we felt very welcomed. the homestay is a 2 minute walk to the beach, if that. it was the perfect location and the rooftop was a lovely addition to our stay.

the rooms TV was outdated but we didnt minf just expected more. didnt change anything.

J'avoue que la chambre au 4ème étage sans ascenseur pour le vieux que je suis avec les valises n'est pas simple. La chambre a une vitre mais qui ne s'ouvre pas donc chaleur extrême qui ne s'évacue pas

A small thing… we had breakfast included in our stay and were asked if we wanted coffee, but were then told you had to pay for any drinks with breakfast. I’ve never stayed anywhere during my travels where breakfast hasn’t included at least one drink. Not a big deal, just a bit odd

What a fantastic place to stay! The Homestay was by far the most enjoyable place I stayed in while visiting Vietnam for 35 days, the vibe, atmosphere and the family running it(Tri, Hong,) were amazing! The 3 children (Stream, River & Ocean) were so much fun and respectful, it was like family. The breakfast every morning so good, never the same 2 mornings in a row. They treated me like no where else, even bought me a birthday cake and sang me happy birthday.🎂 It was an awesome stay, so many people (as I did) kept rebooking extra nights. I’m so looking forward to going back there, the best place to stay in Quay Nhon.

Chị chủ vô cùng dễ thương và thoải mái, hỗ trợ nhà mình trong kỳ nghỉ rất nhiệt tình. Home nhỏ nhắn, decor tầng 1 ấm áp, cảm giác như ở nhà.

Tuy nhiên phòng hơi nhỏ và không có cửa sổ, khiến cho mùi chất tẩy và mùi xịt phòng không thoát ra hết. Nếu bạn chỉ cần 1 chỗ để ngủ buổi tối thì điều này không ảnh hưởng.

Nur ein paar Minuten vom Strand entfernt liegt das Homestay in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Besitzerin, die sehr gutes Englisch spricht, hat mir beim Check in erzählt, dass sie viele Gäste hat, die wiederkommen. Und ich kann es verstehen. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und alle sind sehr nett. Das Homestay ist mit Liebe gestaltet und auch geführt. Das Bett war super bequem und das Frühstück ist jeden Tag sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Laundry und Motorbikes ausleihen kann man auch vor Ort. Die Dachterasse bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht aufs Meer und man trifft andere Gäste. Ich hatte schöne Abende mit tollen Gesprächen und viel Bier. Weil ich mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt habe, habe ich noch mal um ein paar Tage verlängert. Und auch ich werde wiederkommen.

Song Suoi Homestay is a wonderfulI accommodation option in Quy Nhon city. It had everything that I value including location, privacy, company and family. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the building is just 80 metres from the beach. The hosts serve a simple, tasty breakfast and they have a communal area on the ground floor where you can read a book, meet other guests or help yourself to a beer. The welcome is so warm that you could be in your lounge at home. Children race in and out, people visit, laundry is dropped off. It's just life in another country unfolding before your eyes. It's why I travel.

Cette famille est parfaite, beaucoup trop accueillante et adorable

Ein super Homestay bei einer wahnsinnig netten Familie. Die Zimmer haben alles, was man braucht, sind gemütlich und sauber. Das Frühstück ist nicht wahnsinnig groß, dafür aber frisch zubereitet, abwechslungsreich und super lecker. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch funktioniert hervorragend und man bekommt viele Informationen über die Gegend.

Home ngay trung tâm, rất gần bãi biển, xung quanh có tiệm tạp hoá, quán nem nướng Tuyết, quán bánh xèo, bánh bèo bột lọc, quán cháo lòng bánh hỏi rất tiện lợi nha. Mình book tour Cù Lao Xanh qua chị chủ Home luôn, chị hỗ trợ thuê xe máy cho mình nữa. Mình đi một mình nhưng ở lại home khá yên tâm và an toàn nha, khách trọ ở home hôm mình ở đa phần toàn gặp khách Tây, bạn nào thích giao lưu thì nên book ở đây, mn thân thiện lắm á. Gần home đi bộ qua một ngã tư là có khu chợ bán đồ đặc sản Bình Định luôn, mình mua nem và tré ở đây mn khen quá trời. Home cũng gần bệnh viện và nhà thuốc, cũng gần vài nơi bán đồ ăn nổi trên tiktok á, không sợ đói nha, vị trí khác đắc địa luôn nha. Đi bộ loanh quanh gần home là ra nhiều chỗ ăn ngon, buồn thì ra biển ngồi chơi thích lắm. Giá phòng lại khá ưu đãi nữa, phòng mình có toilet riêng, tủ lạnh mini, máy điều hoà hai chiều, phòng nhỏ xinh xẻo. Ở home trang trí nhiều tranh ảnh khá hay luôn á.

Có điều mền ở phòng mình hơi bị xù lông nên đắp k đc êm lắm thui còn lại trải nghiệm khá tuyệt vời!!!! Home chưa có thang máy nên mang hành lý nặng thì chắc nhờ chủ hỗ trợ mang lên phòng nha!

We had a lovely stay here! The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, we also had a tasty breakfast and coffee. We also took a SUP and snorkeling tour from them which was awesome because we got to see corals for the first time. We also befriended other guests that were staying here, the vibe is so nice here!

The accommodation is exceptional with the rooms, the shared lobby space area, breakfasts and the rooftop patio. Place is very close to the beach, amazing good places on the street as well as a small market closeby. Great place for one night, one month or longer. The owners are amazing!!

Excellent rapport qualité-prix, avec un petit déjeuner fait maison très apprécié. Quy Nhon est une destination calme, idéale pour se reposer et profiter d’un séjour paisible. Nous avons aimé séjourner ici, l’endroit est vraiment bien et la chambre était confortable quoi que un peu humide nous avons trouvé (il n’y a qu’une petite fenêtre donnant sur le couloir pour aérer). Le petit déjeuner était très bon, c’était vraiment un gros + ! Le couple qui gère le homestay est vraiment très gentil. La seule chose qui me fait mettre 9 et pas 10 c’est pour la sortie snorkling que nous avons payé 50€ à 2 alors que nous ne sommes partis qu’une heure et demi, le spot était très joli vraiment nous avons beaucoup aimé !! Mais nous avons trouvé cela un peu cher puisque nous n’avons pas fait de demi journée, ou pris de bateau ou fait plusieurs spots. Peut être y-a-t’il eu un malentendu ? Quoi qu’il en soit nous avons aimé notre séjour ici et je vous le recommande :) La seule chose que no

The friendliness of the staff, nothing too much trouble. We stayed 4 nights and had 3 different, excellent breakfasts. We left too early for breakfast on our last day but was given a bag of fresh fruit to keep us going. The whole place had a family feel about it with fellow guests and staff. Location was spot on, very close to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants.

The rooms were a bit tight on space. We had 2 double beds, personally we would have preferred just one freeing up space but this would not stop us from staying again.

Das Hostel liegt supernah am Strand und der Foodstreet, man kann Roller leihen und bekommt morgens ein leckeres Frühstück. Es ist sehr sauber und gemütlich und die Familie ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit.
