Reviewed Mar 24, 2025Only one elevator is working and it always gets stuck. We had to take the stairs up and down few times. The city view was a curtain with a city photo on it, LOL. The view from the window was horrible; it was concrete walls and dark (false advertisement).

Only issue was we came in late one night and the door was jammed and would not let us in to the lobby. Other than that everything was good. Even breakfast was great.

Reviewed Jan 13, 2024Nice location, quiet and safe. They didn't give us the room we select but they accomodate us in a new one. Room is nice. Restaurant dirty. Same food every day. No help with luggage and parking is around the corner, which may be a problem if you arrive at night. We may return only if there is no other choice.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2023The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Really enjoyed the bar in the lobby. It was comfortable with a good selection. The bottle water provided was greatly appreciated. The security features in the hotel were incredible. I rarely see elevators that require the room key to get to the floor. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was very good. I didn’t always have a full signal but I was able to do everything that I needed to do without a problem.
The options for breakfast were not my favorite. The desk chair in the bedroom was not very comfortable. Well, having a giant TV was great. The location with the desk made it really difficult to work with something on in the background. The blanket on the bed was extremely hot. Tried to compensate by turning the air up a little and removing the blanket sum but that just made me cold. Wish there was a thinner blanket.

I have prepaid the room via booking.com but the hotel charged also my credit card directly. When I contacted the hotel via email, they confirmed within one day a mistake and promised to refund the double payment. Although I have provided all required information for the refund, the hotel is unfortunately not replying on any emails since 2 weeks any more and the phone is also not picked up. I am very disappointed and I now have to consider to hand over this case to a lawyer.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2021I flew into the airport and it was late so I booked this place. It’s kind of in the middle of nowhere but it’s super nice. It’s literally like a four-star Marriott for 30 or $40 a night. I’ve been traveling in Mexico and Costa Rica for about a month and I would say this is the most comfortable bed I’ve had. It also came with breakfast and the breakfast was super solid.

The good thing about the property is that it is right by the airport. Offers free shuttle to the airport and there are several restaurants within the complex to choose from. It's an ok place to stay for one night in order to catch an early flight.
