This facility needs to improve to a reasonable travellers friendly. 1. Stressful, time consuming with many steps check in process: The facility didn't send us check in procedures and passcode for entering the front door as they requested even I emailed them a day earlier with no response. We stood by the front door for 1 whole hour trying to call (international call for us) but failed to connect. So we emailed them to get a passcode to the front door. After that, we followed the instructions to fill out info. in the tablet, Japanese only but failed on the passport uploading. Then we used the video call on the tablet to speak with their staff and emailed passport images to get the passcode for our room. Total check in time 1:30 hours 2. The lighting in the room is dim. There are no regular lights that are bright enough to see in the evening. Also be aware walking to the entrance way to the front door at night, it is pretty dark and there are rock pavement paths on the right side almost tripping my husband.

ブラインドの１つが破損しており、到着の際に伝えられました。「ご了承ください」と言われましたが、状況を詳しく教えてもらえないので、すべてのブラインドが壊れているのか、閉まらないのか、開けられないのかなど分からず不安になりました。結果的に生活に支障はありませんでしたが、もう少し事前に、わかりやすくお伝えいただきたかった。ソファが汚く、カバーなどかされていればよかった。

Abbiamo trovato due scarafaggi nella stanza, che schifo! Inoltre c’erano briciole di cibo non nostro sotto il tavolino. Anche dei pezzi di Lego. Pulite anche sotto le superfici, specialmente se poi si deve camminare a piedi nudi. Ogni sera c’erano automobili parcheggiate davanti alla casa, e in un caso un’auto non rendeva agevole il passaggio ai clienti.

別府内にほかにも同系列のホテルがあり、名前が似ているため間違えて別のホテルへ行ってしまいました。数字など入れてもらえると間違いが起こりにくいかなと思いました。 ソファにシミがたくさんあり、座るのを控えました。また、テーブルの飾りが折れていたり、壁の何かが破損してたり、ちょこちょこ残念なところが目につきました。

洗面台とか お皿に水垢残ってたのと お皿も油っぽかったです。 あとキッチンの電気の場所が分かりずらすぎる。 チェックインのやり方もちゃんとかいてたほうがいいかもしれないです。 物がどこにあるとかわからないです。 説明書があるといいと思います！

洗濯したものを干せるハンガーが少しでもあると良いなと思いました。 キッチンの電球が切れていて、たまにチカチカする程度しかつかなかったです。

Automatic door could not be closed properly - Friendly and helpful staff found a solution after 30 minutes. If I run through my votings again, everything was fine. However, the atmosphere of the room is rather functional and not very cosy. If this is not important for you, there is nothing to complain.

Reviewed Oct 1, 2025Franchement, j’ai adoré ce logement. Tout est bien pensé : l’intérieur est propre, agréable et confortable, ce qui rend le séjour vraiment plaisant. L’emplacement est aussi un gros point fort, on peut facilement accéder aux lieux d’intérêt sans avoir besoin de beaucoup marcher. On se sent tout de suite à l’aise et ça donne envie de revenir. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter !

部屋が汚いという口コミだったがそこまで気になることはなかった。ただ、壁に大きなひびがあったので、修繕されてはどうか。 キャンセルもある時期までは無料になるとありがたいのだが。

Also, a very large cockroach appeared, which startled my entire family. The hygiene of the place is highly questionable. However, the location of the accommodation was quite good.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2024I enjoyed staying here, but there are some things that can be improved. The air filter in the bathroom had not been cleared in a really long time, if ever. No one has dusted behind the TV in quite some time. I stayed for two weeks, but was only given 1 role of toilet paper and a meager amount of dish soap. The lighting outside is very dim and I was worried about slipping when come back in the evening when it had rained. It would also be helpful to have instructions in English for the appliances. When I checked in, the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke and I never got a response when I messaged the property about this. But, the unit is spacious, quiet, and has comfortable beds.

Reviewed May 25, 2024Looked exactly like the photos, provided ammenities (toothbrush, towel etc), kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies, living room space to eat/hang out, comfortable beds, modern apartment, free parking spot out the front and great location to convenience stores, parks, city centre, onsens and hikes.
We arrived 14 minute minutes before 3pm and staff (over intercom) made us wait, also an alarm also started ringing from opening our door and staff barely helped us over the phone, eventually figured it out for ourselves.
