4pm is quite a late check in time, especially having walked 25km to Burgos, and it wasn’t possible to check in earlier.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Struttura moderna, curata e molto pulita. Camera spaziosa e posizione ottima per visitare Burgos. Anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero molto buono.
Solo due piccoli aspetti che credo possano essere facilmente migliorati: l’aria condizionata non funzionava al nostro arrivo e il totem per il check-in automatico non riusciva a leggere le nostre carte d’identità, rendendo la procedura un po’ più lunga del previsto.

La habitación nos resultó pequeña e incómoda, al no disponer de armario para guardar la ropa. La atención es extremandamenre impersonal. Llamamos y por teléfono y no se nos atendió ni devolvió la llamada. Relación calidad - precio excesiva para algo tan funcional.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Fabulous location just feet from the cathedral with gorgeous modern galleria with multiple opening windows and limewashed stone walls. Excellent shower. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes airer as we were taking a break from camping.
The kitchen wasn't as well stocked as we'd like. Only one coffee pod per person for a 2 night stay. No kettle and no lid for small saucepan (lid for bigger saucepan was missing its handle). We bought some ground coffee and used the Cafetiere from the cupboard but the lid of that was also broken. These easy to fix issues knocked a star off our rating.

No poder acceder con el coche hasta la puerta para poder descargar las cosas que llevaba. El poco aislamiento de las ventanas porque al estar en una zona de ocio nocturno, el ruido provocado por la gente es insoportable. El suelo de algunas habitaciones estaba lleno de polvo. Algunos cubiertos y enseres de menaje estaban sucios. Y después, no tener disponible la habitación hasta las 16 (en mi caso me hicieron el favor de tenerla a las 15) y tener que dejarla a las 11. Me parece un check-out muy temprano para un check-in tan tardío.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Beautiful and clean unit with all the necessities (appreciate in unit laundry, coffee machine with coffee and decaf pods, toiletries and body lotion, fridge and all the kitchen appliances. The covered balcony alcove facing the cathedral was a lovely spot to enjoy a quiet moment with a coffee on a rocking chair watching the activity on the street below. Bed was comfortable, firm and pleasant sheets. Thank for a wonderful, comfortable and centrally located stay! I very much enjoyed it.
Checkin machine was slow and confusing. I was checking in earlier and machine denied my check-in without clear explanation of the denial and translation of the error message. Hellpful instructions/number for additional details would be welcomed here. I needed to leave my bag somewhere before check in and luckily RICE hotel could hold my stuff, but it wasn't clear to figure all of this out.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026It is a lovely apartment in the heart of the city only metres away from the cathedral. Food and restaurants were everywhere and of a great stands. The apartment is really well equipped and exceptionally well presented.
Rules. There are a number of rules each carrying a fine. For example, my understanding, is that you can not take someone up to the apartment if they were not signed in on check in. What is the correct name of the appartments? Is it RICE Eleven, or simply Eleven. Surely the ones can get this detail correct. For this reason i scored the overall experience only a nine instead of ten.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Everything was wonderful (except the coffee maker)! The appartment is spacious and spotless! I loved looking out the window onto the plaza below. There was a wonderful cross breeze when the windows were open that kept the appartment fresh and cool. The AC worked well on the hot days too. The appliances were new and the kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, pots, and pans. The lighting in the appartment fantastic.
The type of coffee pods needed (Caffitaly) were not sold in the 2 stores I visited. I sent a text to asked if we could have more pods of if they could tell me where to purchase more pods, but got no answer. So, after the first day, we had to go out for coffee in the morning. I would have loved to sit in the livingroom, with the window open, and sip coffee on the couch in my pajamas.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Perfect central location near cathedral and restaurants and shops. Clean, spacious modern apartment. Well equipped for a week's stay. Handy individual kit with new cleaning items. Nice dining area and lounge area and good lighting.
The aircon was difficult to understand to get working. It was a little noisy on Saturday night till the early hours. The bed was comfortable for lying on but if you moved the whole mattress wobbled.

El servicio se organizo para conseguirme que puediese estar los dos días (hubo cambio de habitación) ellos se preocuparon por todo, me buscaron solución, parking, etc.. Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Entorno tranquilo y muy agradable, al lado de la catedral, perfecta para hacer una parada y disfrutar de los alrededores. Aunque en nuestro caso solo estuvimos de paso y durante poco tiempo, la experiencia fue muy positiva y el entorno nos pareció especialmente bonito. Los apartamentos están bien, son cómodos y cuentan con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia agradable. Sin duda, una buena opción tanto para una escapada como para hacer una parada durante un viaje.
El check-in fue el punto menos positivo de nuestra estancia. El acceso se realiza mediante una máquina expendedora y, precisamente ese día, la máquina no disponía de tarjetas para las habitaciones, lo que nos impidió acceder al alojamiento con normalidad. Tuvimos que llamar al teléfono indicado como servicio de atención 24 horas, aunque en ese momento no conseguimos contactar con nadie. Por suerte, cuentan con un hotel cercano y la chica que nos atendió allí fue muy amable y nos ayudó rápidamente, proporcionándonos las tarjetas necesarias para poder acceder a nuestro alojamiento. Aunque finalmente se solucionó gracias a su amabilidad y predisposición, sería recomendable revisar el funcionamiento del sistema de check-in y asegurarse de que el teléfono de atención esté realmente disponible las 24 horas para evitar situaciones similares.

La climatisation fonctionnait selon sa propre volonté, soit presque jamais. Nous avons dû essayer de dormir avec les portes-fenėtres ouvertes et les différents bruits extérieu... Le studio est très mal insonorisé.

En el apartamento se nota mucho olor a humedad, si abres las ventanas de noche si hay algo de gente en la calle si se escucha todo

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026L'hôtel est très bien placé en plein centre-ville. C'est très pratique pour aller boire un coup, manger, rentrer à pied tranquillement. Et les rues à côté sont top et remplies de plein de restos. La literie était confortable. L'appartement est agréable globalement et fonctionnel. La déco est sympa.
Il y avait une légère odeur de moisi lorsque nous sommes rentrés dans la chambre (sûrement du au mur en pierre). C'était propre globalement mais pas hyper clean (traces sur les murs, cadres abîmés, une lampe de chevet cassée). Et il y a pas mal de bruit jusqu'à environ 2h du matin car la chambre donne sur la rue sur laquelle il y a des bars mais ça, c'est le prix du bel emplacement. Et lorsque les fenêtres sont fermées, c'est tolérable.

La dimensione !! Non c'è possibilità di appoggiare nulla. Anche i trolley non si possono lasciare aperti a terra perché non ci si muove. Inoltre consiglierei di eliminare la sedia a dondolo sostituendola con un tavolino d'appoggio.

Après 10h de route depuis la France, nous sommes arrivés au pied de l'immeuble. Le check-in se fait sur une machine qui est sensée délivrer une carte d'accès pour entrer dans l'appartement. Problème la machine ne délivre pas de carte. C'est une autre touriste qui nous informe qu'il faut se rendre à l'hôtel Rice blason pour récupérer la carte. Nous voilà donc avec nos enfants de 5 et 8 ans et nos valises à devoir repartir chercher cette fichue carte. A 170 euros la nuit c'e n'est pas normal. On ne nous proposé aucun dédommagement, c'est clair que nous ne reviendrons pas lors de nos prochains passages à Burgos.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Location was prime. We parked in the plaza mayor parking lot nd walked a very easy 3 minutes to the apartment. Check in was super smooth and it was very easy to get in touch with the management company. We forgot something in the safe and they let us in straight away ( after check out). The apartment was very clean and well taken care of.
Unfortunately I’m a very light sleeper and it was either bad luck or the windows need to be changed but we stayed there on a Saturday night and it was SO loud. We were in room 40 (4th floor) if that helps. There was music pumping from the bars downstairs nd some very rowdy men being obnoxiously loud. (We had sound machines as well). The mattresses could also be better quality. The ones in the bunk bed were horrible (I had to switch with one of my kids due to a nightmare). I had the string piercing my rib all night. For a heavy sleeper it’s probably fine but if you have a light sleep, it might be problematic to stay in that room.

Veel te klein bed voor 2 volwassenen, waarvan 1 persoon 193 cm is. Helaas was er geen zeep en douchegel aanwezig. Inchecken was wat onwennig maar kreeg prima ondersteuning van de verhuurder.

Entrando e attivando l'impianto con il badge, è partito un fastidioso ronzio proveniente dal quadro elettrico che non si riusciva a fermare. Quando siamo rientrati il ronzio era quasi sparito. Consiglio di verificare il quadro elettrico perché è molto fastidioso.

I didn’t like having to walk our bags back to and from their other hotel about 2 blocks away for them to get transported forward while walking the Camino. But the room and all its amenities made up for this minor inconvenience.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Het appartement was uitstekend, zelfs met koffie, thee en een koele fles water als welkom. Echt genoten. Alleen jammer, dat dit soort koffiecupjes niet te vinden waren bij een winkel in de buurt.
Het geluid van de bezoekers van het naburige café was wel hinderlijk voor de nachtrust. Het kwam zelfs via het kanaal van de afzuigkap binnen.

Inchecken verliep erg moeizaam. Werkte via een computer systeem dat niet werkte. Het systeem zei dat we een nummer moesten bellen, maar dat nummer was niet bereikbaar. Toen zijn we maar even ergens iets gaan drinken. Daarna probeerden we het weer en nam uiteindelijk wel iemand op. Na een lange reis is dit het laatste wat je wil. De mensen die voor ons binnen kwamen de tweede keer gaven ook aan dat het erg moeizaam ging en lang duurde.

I was hoping for a person at the reception upon arrival. There were codes and machines... Need a functioning eu phone to get in and arrange what you need. Had an issue with the electronic cards and the staff we called responded promptly and someone arrived within 15 minutes to help us. At the end everything worked out well. I wish they told us in advance where to park - parking in Burgos based on google drive was quite a pain (and hauling the luggage up an down many stairs was no fun)- park in the plaza mayor parking. After finding that we could park there, it was much much easier.

A ver.... Al estar tan tan céntrico estás en la zona de bares, la construcción está muy bien hecha y está bien aislado, pero se escucha la gente de la calle a altas horas. Puedes conciliar el sueño.

The celebrations outside our window didn't stop until 4am..... and then the cleaning people came to clean the streets at 6am. Very poor sleep as a result.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026A gerência do apartamento recomenda (e bem) a separação selectiva do lixo, mas, para que a referida separação seja efectiva e praticável, no espaço dedicado ao lixo deveriam existir 4 diferentes caixotes do lixo (pequenos, é claro!). Na verdade, apenas existe um recipiente para recolher plástico, vidro, papel e resíduos orgânicos e, assim, a separação selectiva não ocorre.
