Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Location good, easy walking access to sites. Beds comfortable, rooms clean. A little dark but that’s because it is in the city center and is flank on either side by other buildings. There is an old building.
Hotel has a very very strong smell that permeated into bedrooms. Combination bad cologne / cleaning products smell. Made the stay difficult.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Kamer was heel ruim. Goede locatie, alles in het centrum op loopafstand. Ontbijt erg goed.
Onze kamer was niet in het hoofdgeboiw, maar aan de overkant van de straat. Erg warm, geen airco. Lift per halve verdieping, dus met veel bagage moet je alsnog wat trappen lopen. Geen parking. Hotel niet met de auto bereikbaar.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Hotellet ligger sentralt til, med kort vei til det meste av turistattraksjoner. Det meste av det vi ville se, lå i gangavstand fra hotellet. Gode senger. God frokost.
Det burde vært litt mer lys i trappeoppgangene, f.eks. i form av spotlights ned mot trappetrinnene. For en eldre person med synsutfordringer, som liker å bruke trapper i stedet for heis, var trappeoppgangen i dunkleste laget.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Unser Zimmer wurde nicht geputzt. Daher konnten wir nicht einchecken. Wir waren zu dritt. Es war kein anderes Zimmer mehr frei. Auch das Hauskeeping war nicht zu erreichen, so dass das Zimmer nicht geputzt werden konnte. Eine Aufteilung auf Einzel- und Doppelzimmer wurde auch abgelehnt. Letztendlich wurde unsere Buchung storniert. Immerhin konnte uns die Rezeption ein anderes Zimmer in einem Partnerhotel vermitteln. Aber alles in allem haben wir 1,5h nach einer langen Anreise verloren. Das war sehr ärgerlich so etwas sollte nicht passieren.

The tea/ coffee situation is ridiculous. needed to get dressed to walk through the warren of corridors to find the the 'coffee stop ' remember to take your coffee pods from room.. crockery in room = one elaborate tea pot and one matching tea cup between the 2 of us. Wasn't sure if this set was just for show?? Back at the coffee stop the hot water was dispensed at knee level from machine designed to fill a cup. I didn't want to risk scolding myself trying to use the pot so I just used the cup with a bag .. my partner is a coffee drinker so all good for him but a paper cup had to be used. No milk option for tea which is usual in Belgium but still annoying. The room was big enough for a kettle and a coffee maker. the lighting was poor. Painted a very dark colour so the dim bedside lamps were only good for ambiance. Had to use the overhead lights if you needed to see what you were doing when it got dark and these were super bright and jarring with the busy flowered wallpaper. No netflix.. gave up trying to cast my phone. there was pubic hair on the bathroom floor that didn't belong to myself or partner.

Tengo imágenes de la limpieza, las toallas olían a vinagre, la cama hacía mucho ruido, la ventana no abría, la peor vista que e tenido en mi vida, tengo imágenes de la suciedad que había acumulada debajo de la cama era horrible dormir ahí sabiendo lo que había acumulado acabamos sintiéndonos malos y constipados el día siguiente, para subir al cuarto nada más que había escaleras no había ascensor punto menos para entrar al hotel estaba en la otra calle, y la recepción en otro edificio, para subir la maleta era imposible con las escaleras la verdad que pésima estancia muy mal y muy diferente a las imágenes que te ofrecen.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Nous avons été victimes dans notre chambre, du vol de notre sac à dos avec IPAD et papiers d'identités que nous avons déclaré à la réception. Le réceptionniste après appel à son supérieur nous a demandé d'aller au commissariat dans lequel nous avons passé la soirée!!! Le lendemain dans l'après-midi en revenant à l'hôtel la réceptionniste nous informe que le sac à dos a été retrouvé dans leur local de ménage!!!!! A aucun moment un membre de la direction n' a pris contact avec nous!!!!! Nous devons refaire tous nos papiers à nos frais bien sûr, aucune excuse de la direction et encore moins un geste commercial!!!

Was a bit dusty / some hair around but other than that was fairly clean.

O alojamento em que ficámos ficou fora do hotel e tinha muitas escadas estreitas e íngremes. Subir com uma mala de porão foi dificil. O quarto precisa de manutenção como a área do wc. A cozinha tinha utensílios insuficientes para 4 pessoas, algumas zonas estavam mal limpas, o frigorífico pouco refrigerava, não havia material para lavar ou secar do utensílios de cozinha. Também aos conseguimos abrir as janelas para o exterior.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel ! L’établissement est agréable, propre et bien entretenu. La chambre était confortable et correspondait parfaitement à mes attentes. Le personnel a également été accueillant et disponible tout au long du séjour. L’emplacement est un vrai plus et l’expérience globale a été très satisfaisante. Je recommande sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec plaisir si l’occasion se présente !

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026La camera era molto ampia, fornita di tutto. Non eravamo nel l’hotel ma di fronte, al secondo piano senza ascensore con una scala ripidissima. Le pulizie il primo giorno sono state fatte alle 16, eravamo appena arrivati per poi andare alla Diamond League.
La struttura è centrale, all’interno di un ristorante, la camera in un altro edificio. La notte non si dorme tra gente che passa, che entra ed esce dal casinò’ attiguo, camion della spazzatura, camion che riforniscono il supermercato. Lenzuola non proprio immacolate, asciugamani consunti. I taxi non possono entrare nella zona dell’hotel.

El baño está muy antiguo y por eso np se veia muy limpio, igual que la alfombra, al ser antigua tampoco se veia limpia.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Odada internet çok kötüydü. gece vardiyasında çalışan resepsiyon görevlisi çok ilgili ve arkadaş canlısıydı ancak gündüz vardiyasında çalışanlar tam tersiydi, otele girip çıkarken yüzümüze bile bakmıyordu. check out yaparken talebimizi karşılayamamış olabilirler imkan olmadığı için ancak tavırları hiç hoş değildi.

Familiekamer zit in ander gebouw, bovenste verdieping. Klein trappenhuis. Airco is te klein voor volledige kamer, alleen slaapkamer is ok. Nooduitgang was geblokkeerd door spullen van housekeeping. Tijdens het douchen draaide mijn zoontje de koude kraan van de wasbak open, de douche werd mega heet en ik heb mn hoofd verbrand. 1 tweepersoonsbed en een slaapbank, ongeschikt voor 2 volwassenen. Glazen waren niet schoon, schimmel.

Je ne pensais pas qu'il y avait une quelconque insonorisation ; j'entendais très distinctement les gens ouvrir les portes dans le couloir, assez souvent.
