Room is clean, big and meets my expectations.

I didn’t realize parking require an extra 20 usd who’s is steep. It should have been included since public transport options are limited.

They charged me breakfast on one of the days that I stayed, and I didn’t have breakfast at their cafe throughout my stay. I told the front desk when I checked out in the morning, and I was told that they will let the manager know. I tried to contact them in the afternoon to check on the status, but could not get through to the front desk. Very disappointed.

Everything! The lobby store helped a lot, close to everything, and everything is always cleaned! We have stayed here for the past 5 years for HHN. It’s always such a good place to stay!

Primero nunca cambiaron los sabanas no tenía shampoo ni jabón nada nunca iban a limpiar la habitación lo encontré muy malo ya que es bastante costoso

Conveniently located close to Universal Parks. Other than that, nothing outstanding or great about our stay.

Cleaning staff only comes every other day, which means towels often remain wet, beds go unmade, garbage accumulates, and the room generally feels less tidy than it should. AC makes the weirdest noise and often woke us up in the middle of the night. The front desk staff also appear clearly overworked and exhausted, so we were greeted with rather straight faces rather than the warm, welcoming service one often experiences at other destinations. Breakfast is very average, with a fairly limited selection of options. Shuttle services failed to pick us up when headed to Universal Studios— we were told they would be there 7:50am and got there five minutes in advance, only to learn that we were late. Overall, it offers decent value for its location, but that is about the extent of its appeal. I would likely pay a little more to stay elsewhere next time.

The pillows were about as comfortable as sleeping on a cardboard box, that was wet. Everything in the room had a sticky feel, pretty gross. Honestly the place needs some serious help.

O atendimento na recepção é uma confusão, as cobranças de caução, duas funcionárias nos informaram que poderíamos fazer check out às 16:00 de manhã outras funcionárias informaram que seria cobrado 75 dólares. A cama é mole, os travesseiros altos, pedimos travesseiro mais baixo e informaram que não tinha. O carpete do quarto é cheio de cabelo e sujeira.

The price is really the only thing that was positive about our stay.

Upon arrival, had to wait in a 30 minute line just to check in. I have never had to wait in a line that goes out the door just to check in to a hotel. If I could have walked out and stayed somewhere else I would have. The hotel only had 1 staff member checking in guests.

It was located in a very good spot, not far from parks and overlooks a fun miniature golf course.

The front desk staff were rude and not friendly. Housekeeping was very poor and they didn’t even refill the shampoo bottles. The room had no proper ventilation, was very humid and smelled musty. I was supposed to have a pool view but my room was facing the main road.

I really liked the rooms the beds were really comfy, the hotel was clean, the staff was loverly and overall was a great experience.

The towels for the pool was quite small and the pool was dirty during our stay but it did get cleaned.

The View was great our children seem to love the bright lights the surrounding atmosphere

The weather which was out of Sheraton Hotels control but there was some flooding outside which seemed to stay longer than the storm

Comfy rooms, the breakfast was delicious, they have a very cozy bar

We were initially running late due to traffic for our first check-in day. When I called them to tell them the time that we would be arriving, they informed me that if we arrived after midnight, which was what we were scheduled for based off the timeline, that they would cancel our entire reservation. Even though we called to tell them we were running late. That is something I was not a fan of because that caused a very stressful first day

Fantastic. Location is perfect for parks, particularly Universal. Lots of good options for dinner close by. Reception staff were exceptionally friendly!

This is stupid, the only thing I didn’t like was that the do not disturb signs fall of when you open the door!!

Todos tivemos que tomar banho com água fria. A água quente não estava funcionando e não nos atendiam na recepção.

We’ve stayed there before and we loved the easy access, the ample parking and location.

The beds were uncomfortable. The mattresses in our room were indented and the baseboards were not secure.The staff looked stressed out and overwhelmed and they were short and blunt. These are not a facility issue but an observation, Im not against weed at all but the smell at times in the lobby, the elevators and hallways was almost unbearable. Also the lobby was extremely loud at times and the lines at the counter were very long.

Hotel molto pulito, con camere ampie e uno staff davvero accogliente. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il servizio navetta per i parchi Universal: puntuale e comodissimo, un vero plus per il soggiorno.

L'unica vera pecca della struttura riguarda l'isolamento acustico delle stanze, purtroppo le pareti sono molto sottili. Il nostro vicino di camera era abituato a guardare film a volume alto fino a tarda notte e noi riuscivamo a sentire perfettamente tutto l'audio. Abbiamo segnalato subito la cosa alla reception; il personale è stato cortese e ci ha chiesto il numero di stanza per verificare, ma purtroppo la situazione non è cambiata nel corso delle notti successive. Se avete il sonno leggero tenete conto di questo dettaglio.
