子連れで禁煙の部屋を予約したのに、ものすごくタバコ臭い部屋で、寝具の全て、へやのあちこちにタバコの臭いが染み付いていて気持ち悪くなった。 また、ホテルは葬祭場の敷地内にあり、窓から葬祭場が見えるためカーテンを開けたくなかった。 ホテルの案内にはどこにも書いて無かったため着いてから知り、夜だったこともあり不気味な感じであった。 葬祭場の敷地にあるのに駐車場は停めさせてもらえず近隣駐車場に停めに行く必要もあり、身体に障害をもつ仲間との旅行であったため不便であった。 もっとよく調べて事前に確認をするべきであった。 二度と泊まることはない。

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026朝食なしはしょうがないですが、部屋の電気が壊れてて付きませんでした。 ベッドの枕元の電気なのでスタッフも気づいてると思います。 あと、アメニティもなかったし、コーヒーなど飲めるようにポットやコップはあったけど、コーヒーの粉などがなかった。

一階の自販機で、1,000円札と小銭がなくて、フロントの外人さんに5000円の両替をお願いしたら拒否された。 結局飲み物は買えなかった。 照明のスイッチが壊れたままで、点灯しなかった。 ドライヤーの手元のロック機能が壊れてて、支えてないと使えなかった。 浴室のガラスが低すぎだったから顔が見えなかった。

Reviewed Mar 28, 2023このホテルは、チェックイン前に荷物を預けることができないことになっているのはよくないです。都会ではなく交通が不便な三河安城という場所にしては、やや割高感があります。ただ、部屋の快適さに湿度や匂いは大きな影響がありますが、このホテルは部屋に空気洗浄機などが備えられており、大変良いと思います。ベッドも快適です。三河安城という田舎ということで、都会の喧騒もなく、窓を開ければ、自然を感じることができるのも魅力です。食事がついていませんが、歩いて3分ほどのところに、大きなスーパー（大手チェーン店でないため、ふだんあまり見かけない食品もあり、高価でもない）があるし、各部屋に電子レンジが備えられているので困ることはないでしょう。100円ショップや薬局もついているので便利です。
