Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Buena vibe del hostel. La primer noche ya se formo un grupo grande y fuimos a cenar pizza a la playa. Excelente si viajas solo y queres sociabilizar un poco. El lugar ofrece clases de surf para incitantes y alquiler de tablas. Cerca del centro y de la playa y de las escaleras para llegar al sitio histórico/faro.
No hay recepcion las 24hs y el agua de la ducha no sale muy fuerte. Las camas no son tan buenas. Es un poco caro para ser hostel.

Troppo caro (46 euro per un letto in Camera condivisa da 4 persone) e senza colazione. Frigorifero fuori uso. Per metà prezzo sarebbe stato eccezionale!

The room was on the ground floor right by the street, and it was impossible to open the window! If there had been air conditioning, it might have been bearable. For this price, there could have been more than just a bed!

Quizás que estaba un poco alejado, nada terrible, totalmente caminable. Y no tiene AC ni ventilador, la habitación era super calurosa.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Purtroppo esperienza negativa. Sono arrivata in cima a Nazare con la valigia. Accolta da una signora che mi ha lasciata sola con le valigie collocate in una stanza che poi non è stata chiusa. Le foto non corrispondono per nulla a quello che ho trovato e che ho intravisto in una stanza e nel bagno comune e in quella che doveva essere la reception. Luogo sporco e poco accogliente. Prezzo alto per un posto letto in un ostello così. Me ne sono andata rimettendoci i soldi per dicendo trovate un’alternativa al momento.

Alcuni dettagli andrebbero curati meglio: il bagno in comune ad esempio dovrebbe essere attenzionato un pò di più e gli armadietti sono stretti per metterci il bagaglio.

Orario un po’ tardo per il check-in, il bagno comune, per quanto ben pulito ogni giorno, avrebbe bisogno di una “rinfrescata”, specialmente la doccia.

Die Betten hatten keine Vorhänge. In der Dusche gab es keine Ablage, um Gegenstände abzustellen.

It’s noisy. Very little sound proofing - Especially the front door that slams every time someone goes in and out, day and night. There are no signs in the “communal areas” to tell people to be quiet at a certain time. It needs it, as some are very inconsiderate and treat the place like they are the only ones that live there.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026We were met by the local employee, who toured the whole place for us, he gave us a couple recommendation for good food, and the food was good and affordable. The whole place was clean, friendly, well situated, and kinda cheap for the average price we saw around in Portugal.
The door to the bag storage... that key... it almost got to my sanity lol. I will forever remember the key to that door. It's great to have a space to drop the bags... but yeah spending 10 minutes trying to open said door was... well, I find it funny now but while I was sweating in the corridor I wasn't laughing lol

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Location is excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. When it started raining after we had already left the city, they took our clothes off the outdoor drying rack to keep them dry. We really appreciated this kind gesture.
The lack of hooks and shelves in the room. If you have a lot of belongings, there isn’t enough space to store or hang everything comfortably.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Very nice hostel with really kind staff there! They even allow us to do the check in way earlier. The location is great, also all the common areas are really comfortable! Our room were clean and it had the view of the ocean! Definitely recommended the hostel!

Reviewed May 9, 2026The hostel is renovated, clean and comfortable. Nice and welcoming staff. Easy check-in/check-out. Good point to climb to the lighthouse and at the same time very near the city center and the restaurants.
You need to walk a bit uphill to the hostel, which is not a problem but on the way there were many street cats.

Banheiros amplos, com espelho, água quente e reservado. Fica em uma ótima localização em Nazaré, quase ao lado do Funicular e no acesso ao balanço panorâmico.
