Ich weis nicht wo ich anfangen soll um ehrlich zu sein! Ich habe noch nie so ein dreckiges und ekeliges Hotel gesehen!! Das Zimmer was wir zuerst bekommen haben: ALLES dreckig, Kakerlaken ohne Ende, Bettlaken voll mit Blut und einfach nur mit Tuch zugedeckt damit man es nicht sieht! Überall lagen Haare, Kondom Verpackungen und und und!!! Nachdem wir uns beschwert haben, haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen was genau so dreckig war außer dass da keine Kakerlaken waren! Eingangstür war kaputt so dass wir es immer abschließen mussten! Also sehr unsicheres Gefühl gehabt immer wieder! Bad: Handtücher ekelige flecken drauf gehabt! Küchenbereich: war nur am stinken als wäre da eine Ratte tot! Parken: auf der Seite steht kostenlos aber nein pro Tag muss man bezahlen!!! Fitness gegen Gebühr!! Also ich weiß nicht wie dieses *Hotel* so paar positive Bewertungen bekommen konnte!! Wir waren 3 Nächte da und es wurde nicht einmal gereinigt im Zimmer!!! Das alles durften wir mit 2 Babys erleben!!!

I book this hotel due to my early morning flight departure back home, around 5’ taxi to SAW airport. This place is a convenient location.

Genel anlamıyla çok güzel,temiz ve rahattı.Tek problem sabaha kadar süren inşaat gürültüsüydü.O olmasa hiç olumsuz bir yönü yok..Havaalanına olan yalınlığı ve transfer hizmeti de güzel bir ayrıcalıktı. Teşekkürler

Was really dirty, everywhere, carpet burned by a cigarette , no one answers when you need help! Bad internet, bad electricity

Von aussen und von innen sieht das Hotel luxuriös aus, zumindest nach dem ersten Eindruck bis einem eine Kakerlake begrüßt. Diese Befanden sich in der Küche und machten diesen Raum unbenutzbar. Zusätzlich war es ein Raucherzimmer, was ansich erstmal nicht so schlimm ist. Jedoch wurde nichts davor unternommen so dass der Geruch in allen Fasern in jedem Zimmer zu riechen war. Mehr als zwei Sterne ist das Hotel nicht Wert.

This hotel is a great place! We had a nice room, got an extra bed for our daughter and free transfer to the airport early in the morning. Wonderfull! Thanks again!!!

The level of cleanliness in this hotel was completely unacceptable. In one of the rooms, the fridge did not work at all. In the other room, I found used condoms on the floor, the same dirt from the hallway was also inside the room, the floors were sticky, and the bathroom wall was covered with mold. This reflects a serious neglect of hygiene and basic housekeeping standards. The receptionist was rarely available, which led to long and unnecessary waiting times. Overall, the service felt careless and unprofessional, from the reception to the spa. The only positive experience was at the restaurant Şenol Kolcuoğlu Kurtköy – the hotel management should take inspiration from their level of service.

We ended up not staying at My Palace Rooms after arriving. The property did not match the photos or description online, and the surrounding area did not feel comfortable or welcoming. Check-in was confusing, and communication from the staff was unhelpful. Based on our first impression, we decided to make other arrangements. This was not the experience we expected.

Personne à l’accueil. Chambre pas prête à 18h. Clef ouvrant une chambre en travaux. Pas de climatisation efficace ni de wifi. Sale et ascenseur dysfonctionnel. Espace en travaux. Mur tagué. On a préféré carrément quitter cet endroit plutôt que d’y passé le nuit. À éviter!

Our was a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with 2 toilets at a very good sameday cheap rent. We only stayed for a night so didn't get time to look around much. There are quite a few restaurants at walking distance.

Très déçu de notre séjour. À notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre longtemps pour récupérer les clés. Le couloir était poussiéreux, et une fois dans la chambre, une forte odeur de tabac persistait. Aucun équipement de base : pas de bouilloire, pas de climatisation, pas de téléphone pour contacter la réception. Les draps étaient tachés, le canapé du salon était sale. Le logement ne correspondait pas du tout aux attentes. À éviter.

Very unprofessional! Management is terrible! I DONE NOT recommend this garbage place!

Öncelikle odanın kapısının tam kapanmamasi sebebiyle girişte ve çıkışta sorun yaşadık. Daha sonrasında oda içerisinde cam açık olduğu zamanlarda kapıdan bir uğultu sesi geliyordu ve bu çok rahatsızlık veriyordu. Bu nedenle camlar kapalı oturmak zorunda kaldık. Kliması açık olmasına rağmen hiç bir şekilde odaya etki edemiyordu. Duş alanı, yatak odası, ve koltuklar kirliydi. Buzdolabı bozuk ve çalışmıyordu. Banyo için eksikleri söylediğimiz de bir tuvalet kağıdını getirmek tam olarak 4 saat ve 3 telefon gorusmesi sonucunda gerçekleşti. Tek olumlu diyebilecegimiz şey ise televizyonun akıllı televizyon ve odada wifi olmasıydı. Her resepsiyona indigimizde ise personeller yerinde değil ve ilgi konusunda sıkıntılar vardı.

J’ai reçu les clés de la part du gérant et en arrivant dans la chambre vers 16h… la chambre était sale seulement les lits avaient été fait. Des poubelles devant la porte, saleté sur le canapé, pansement sur le bureau et couette sur le sol du salon …

Very comfortable studio, everything worked, fridge good, Tv good, location good, service good, apartment a bit tired and the furnishings Curtains, chairs and quilt need a cleaning spruce up.

My apartment was nice and clean. No microwave in the kitchen. But having a fridge and kettle was good. A grocery store nearby. Staff were friendly and I was offered a free shuttle (taxi) ride to the airport. Thank you.

Kapılar sürekli kitleniyor ve açılmıyor problem yaşadım iki kere ve sürekli şartel atıyor bu yüzden buzdolabı fişini çekmek durumunda kaldım

The staff was very friendly,Veru small TV ,they left only 2 bottles of water,no other drinks, no coffe in the room.

Oda genel olarak temizdi, banyoda fıskiyenin yönü değişmiyordu ( devamlı tavan fıskiyesi çalışıyor) ancak bu benim için büyük bir problem değil. Sabiha Gökçen civarında işiniz varsa güzel bir konumda. Yatak başlığı sabit değildi sadece o rahatsız etti.

Otel dıştan güzel görünüyor ama konaklama çok zayıf. Lobi vs belli değil karışık. Elemanlar çok zayıf

El hotel pone que tiene servicio de ida y vuelta desde el aeropuerto pero no es así únicamente realiza el trayecto del hotel al aeropuerto. La piscina y el spa es de pago a parte, algo lógico pero que tampoco específica. Por lo demás el hotel esta bastante bien. Se trata de un edificio clásico diferente a los demás edificios modernos de la zona, compartido entre varios hoteles. Con una habitación bastante amplia, con televisión por cable, con cama grande y cómoda, baño y cocina, esta última un poco descuidada.

Kısa bir süreliğine konaklama yaptım ama çok iyi dinlendim .sadece odada uyudum ve sabah erkenden havalimanına geçtim.restaurant vs hiçbir yere gitmedim ama havalimanına çok yakın ve fiyatlar aşırı uygun

Temiz hijyenik sakin tercih edilir

7 minutes from airport.. friendly staff, who booked taxi for us. Separate bedroom from kitchen/lounge area so plenty of room. Slightly past its best but very good value for money

Sehr nah am Flughafen ist auf jeden Fall ein großes Plus. Ansonsten aber tatsächlich in einem üblen Zustand. Zimmertür aus den Angeln gerissen, Kabelleisten abgerissen, Amatur fällt auseinander und so weiter. Habe mich dadurch gar nicht mehr sicher gefühlt.

I choose this hotel as i was travelling on my owm for the first time and they offered free shuttle service, after messaging many times to tell them my flight timing they never got back to me so i contacted expedia and finally they communicated with me and told me its only one way droppings they offer, after so much argument they offered picking up too which never happened. The taxi driver harrassed me took £20 plus 200TL when i expalined the situation to recipient they were not interested. Property wasnt too bad but they need to offer cleaning.

Otelde turizm harici konaklamalara şahit olduğum için kendimi güvende hissetmedim. Konaklama yapmadan giriş yaptıktan birkaç saat sonra ayrıldım.Odalar temiz değil , saatlik oda satışı yapıp temizlemeden oda verildiğini düşünüyorum. Aile veya bekar konaklamalarda tavsiye etmiyorum.

The only reason I booked it, It said in the description that there is an airport transfer. Absolutely lie! No transportation is provided,I had to pay for the taxi after I made the reservation and called there to request a transfer. And it is too far away as well from IST airport. Get ready to pay 2000 TYl one way. Dirty floors. Mold in the bathroom. Hair. Only the bed was clean and comfortable. The blanket is towel thick. I even can not call it a blanket. Just a cotton throw. Also be ready to smell strong smoke air. Crazy experience! Never would recommend!

What was extremely convenient is how close to the airport it is, as I booked it for an overnight stay awaiting my morning flight. Another advantage is the spacious room. Quite below standard is cleanliness.

Sehr nah zum Flughafen. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.

Es ist quasi eine große Wohnung, die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr groß und man hat Platz ohne Ende. Es liegt direkt am Flughafen und ist ideal gelegen. Trotzdem ist überall was vorhanden und man ist in Istanbul immer zentral gelegen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir konnten direkt in die Zimmer völlig unkompliziert.

Frühstück,Spa,Pool etc ist alles nicht im Preis mitinbegriffen. Eher abgelegen (dafür nah am Flughafen) Anmeldung sehr kaotisch da es anscheinend mehrere Hotels sind. Security unzuverlässig .Fragt ob man dort was gebucht lässt aber jeden rein ohne iwelche Kontrolle

J'ai récemment séjourné dans votre hôtel, sa localisation était idéale, proche de l'aéroport SAW et divers sites d'intérêt et facilement accessible. La chambre était propre et confortable, offrant un séjour agréable. Cependant, j'ai été déçu par certaines informations trompeuses. En effet, il était mentionné que l'hôtel disposait d'une piscine compris dans le prix, mais j'ai été surpris de devoir payer un supplément de 800 lire pour y accéder. De plus, l'annonce d'une navette gratuite pour l'aéroport s'est révélée être incorrecte. À la place, l'hôtel m'a réservé un taxi jusqu'à l'aéroport, ce qui a entraîné des frais supplémentaires imprévus àmes frais. Malgré ces désagréments, le personnel de l'hôtel était chaleureux, serviable et accueillant, ce qui a contribué à rendre mon séjour plus agréable. En résumé, l'hôtel offre un bon rapport qualité-prix, mais je recommande à l'établissement de clarifier les services inclus et payants pour éviter toute confusion aux futurs clients désormait je choisirais cette hôtel pour mes futurs séjours a istanbul et le recommande fortement.

Sabiha Gökçene çok erken saate uçuşumuz olduğu için sadece geceyi geçirmek için gittiğimiz bir oteldi. Benzer durumda yeniden tercih ederiz.Ancak odaya sinmiş bir sigara kokusu var ve başka odalarda da aynı şekilde olduğunu öğrendim. Bu rahatsız edici oluyor. Sabah havalimanına ücretsiz bir şekilde taksiyle transferimizi sağladılar ve bu çok rahatlattı bizi. Yataklar çok ses çıkarıyor sağa sola dönerken bile yanınızdakini uyandırabiliyorsunuz. Rahat bir şekilde uyuyamadık.

Not what was described on expedia. Building was rented by many companies. Rooms are not clean, holes in the sheets, no coffees and no English speaking people. Not on airport grounds and no shuttle free or other wise from airport. Shuttle from hotel to airport not available if they can get away with. They will call a taxi for you and make you pay for it. Not recommended for family!

The service was really good and friendly staff on arrival. Room was in average condition with not much expectation but dirty under the bed and bathroom had surfaces had not been cleaned.

Property perfectly clean, room spacious with all expected facilities. Staff obliging, but sometimes hard to find (no-one at reception desk). Area a soulless stretch of urban motorway, but the traffic noise wasn't too bad.

Rooms were pretty dirty, a lot of hair on the floor. The room was for none smokers but it had a heavy smell of cigarettes.

I asked for none smoking room. The room, bed smiled like smoke.

I booked an family room, The bathroom room is not working and the shower water was filling all bathroom area not properly drain. The water for sink is leaking from ground to all bathroom area as well. It doesn’t worth the price I paid.

We booked a non-smoking room and was assigned a smoking room filled with heavy smoke smell. One flushing button for the toilet was broken. The drawers in the kitchen area did not close well. The communication with the staff could have been better.

Very old rooms

I have stayed here 4 times now and it is always clean and the service good. The hotel is very close to SAW and a short taxi ride for 150 tl is all you need to get there. Price to quality ratio is good here and I will continue to stay here when flying to and from Istanbul.

This hotel is close to Sabiha Airport (SAW) and has a shuttle.

Staff were nice and friendly, the room was very big and comfortable. On the website, it said it does have free shuttle ride to and from the airport, but that was not true. The place is only five minutes cab ride away from the airport, but I spent 30 minutes looking for the shuttle at the airport, when I got to the hotel I was told that I will get free ride back to the airport in the morning but that was not true, either.

I booked a night here months ahead of time (booked in November for April, 2024, five months ahead) but the airline recently changed our flight to leave a day earlier. So I have been trying for the past week, every single day, to contact this hotel to ask about changing my booking to a night earlier. My credit card has already been charged. Nobody is replying! So are they going to just keep ignoring me and keep my money? I can see they cancelled the booking but it says they are still charging me. This is outrageous. I have written them from every possible platform I've found. I booked through booking.com who is also ignoring me. Any advice? My advice to everyone is to stay away from these hotels with zero customer service and shady practices.

This property is nice and clean however very far (1hr away) from IST intl airport. Although they claim drop off to airport, they don’t drop off to IST airport only to a nearby local airport.

We stayed here twice before and room was great. That's why we kept coming back. But this time the room was an ABSOLUTE DUMP. Tiny, filthy, many things broken, no proper double bed as requested, noisy (right by elevator), no view... just sh*t. I don't know why you gave us the worst room this time, but you just lost regular customers.

This hotel had a great rating. Don’t know why or how. No A/C available, cigarets smell, bedding had a burn spots size off quarter, door jam into bathroom with a evidence of force entry. To summarize it was a dump

The room is huge and clean This hotel is closed to SAW airport, only 15 mins ride,but hard to get a taxi from airport sincere to close. The taxi overcharge TY$200-300 when only cost TY$50. We arrive at the midnight 2am,and leave at 5am due to early flight, no free taxi was provide from hotel. Be they will help you to call taxi, cost TY$60 The staff never reply our messages from Agoda, so annoying that no one assist us before we reach to hotel.

Good hotel for the need, close to the airport. Very beautiful pub in the same building. The staff was friendly and helpful.

it was worth the money,but the property is very old one

Room looked clean initially but later found used goodies like meds that presumably belonged to the previous guests which hadn’t been cleared. The bathroom door almost locked itself and there were cracks in the mirror. Nonetheless okay for a short stay and the location is quite close to the airport.

Underground parking is not free.

Very close to sabiha airport

The hotel is quite impressive, however, the hygiene/cleanliness had let them down. I found hear all over the room including inside the fridge. Also the tap in the bathroom was broken. The personnel are lovely. They offered me free breakfast that was delivered to my room and paid for my taxi to airport, which were nice gesture. Overall, nice hotel, very close to airport.

Great place for the price. You get a whole apartment with kitchen living room bedroom and bath. The building itself can use a little updating but other than that everything is great. Great gym to use as well! Thank you!

They upgraded my room. They try to charge me extra for breakfast. I asked them for invoice but they never. The prices on menu are different what they charge you. They never bring you bill. No room service. Maybe lack of hotel staff. Wifi was good.

Loved this hotel for a stopover in Istanbul . Great clean room . Fantastic Hamam in the hotel and they even paid for the taxi back to the hotel .

It was apartment, having dishes, glasses but they don't refill tea, coffee even afrer calling many times. Bathroom was good but there was nothing to put soap, shampoo bottles. Water was not not coming properly from head shower.

I decided to choose My Palace Rooms because it is very close to Sabiha Gökçen Airport where they also provide free shuttle service to the airport regardless of the time. The room was very comfortable and clean. It is a very good choice if you want to be close to the airport. Plus, there are many restaurants around the hotel, so you do not feel like you are in a deserted place.

It was a nice stay. The staff at reception was very helpful and friendly. Location is close to sabiha gochen Airport, perfect for layovers. Lots of restaurants and nice mall close by. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

We arrived late evening to stay for a Transit with a flight in the morning. The receptionist Hassan was most hospitable. He went out his way to accommodate us and arrange transport to the airport. The hotel was perfect.

The guys at the front desk were a great help with everything.. Food in the bar was great.. try the burgers... it was a short stay but i recommend. Any the price.. extremely reasonable.. maybe cheaper due to virus, but it was great value.

The room was ok for our one night stay before flying out the next morning. It was dated but clean. I booked a non-smoking room but the sofa had cigarette burns but not a strong odor. BE AWARE THAT DUE TO COVID THERE ISN’T AIR CONDITIONING! We did not know this until after checking in and inquiring as to why it wouldn’t come on. We had to sleep with the bedroom window and the balcony doors open. It was cool enough outside that it was comfortable enough but there is a decent amount of street noise until about midnight.
