Apartment lacks maintenance such as bathroom fixtures, toilet, shower, patio door broken and unable to lock, light fixtures many don't work. Entrance with broken closet and thrown appliances. Main entrance lock didn't work. Noisy guests throughout the night, poor noise isolation, suggest noise policy.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2023Excellent amenities. The place had everything and even more than we expected. Kitchen utensils were there, plus coffee, tea, sugar...I mean all you need. Additionally, there was washing powder in the laundry room so there was no need to buy one. The host was super helpful, answered on time and made sure we had everything we needed.
The front door was open all the time so everyone could enter the property. We don't watch tv but people who do could be dissatisfied with the variety of channels (mostly in Russian), however it didn't bother us. :) Better go and discover the town and nearby national parks rather than watch telly :P

Reviewed Feb 4, 20231. The location is way outside the city center, but it didn't bother us because we had a car. 2. Parking is no problem, as we had found space right in front of the door every day of our stay. 3. There is a large flatscreen-TV with hundreds of channels (satellite system). 4. There is a small kitchen and fridge, which we could use. 5. There is a small enclosed outdoor space (... I wouldn't call it a garden) with fake grass and a table and chairs.
1. The bedroom was tiny and the bed was touching the walls on either side. So you had to enter from the foot of the bed. 2. The entire apartment had not been cleaned properly. We felt very uncomfortable sleeping in the bed or using the utensils, which we ended up washing before using them 3. The sofa was stained and worn out - it was too disgusting to sit on it, so we covered it with a bedsheet 4. The TV's language had been set to Russian, and since we can't read the Cyrillic letters, we were stuck having to go through the channels one by one, until we found the channels we wanted to watch (this was a satellite TV system with hundreds of channels). Although I asked one of the people from the company to help us with this issue, they never did anything about it 5. The entire small building, which is divided into rental apartments, was dirty and uninviting. Right at the entrance was a "water bar" for cold water, which was dripping and which caused the entire entrance area to be wet. We almost slipped and the wet floor when we came into the building 6. The lock box for the key was not locked. We just opened it and removed the key without using any combination 7. The front gate of the building and the front door to the house were always unlocked, as the locks didn't even work 8. After making the reservation, we were bombarded with an endless amount of emails and messages with instructions on how to check-in and enter the building. It had all been very confusing! Even though we had arrived with the actual "check in time", there had nobody there to greet us. Instead people just communicated with us via WhatsApp. 9. This apartment building is run by a company. You will not find personal service here and it seems that whoever works for the company does not care one bit about the cleanliness-state of the building 10. To be fair, we are in our 50s and are maybe somewhat picky.

Reviewed Nov 21, 2022Very responsive before and during the stay. Easy self check-in (we could check in earlier as well). Very comfy bed, huge TV and large enough kitchen to cook. Location very quiet and just 10-15 min walk from the beach. Overall perfect for a couple to stay for a few days!
We stayed there during Shabbat and realized that there are not really that many restaurants that are open close by. So needed to walk 15+ minutes. Totally ok, but just to keep in mind.

Poor Wi-Fi connection. Studio was in basement and is not suitable for longer stay. It has very low ceilings and it seems like you are in prison cell. I can only speak for our studio apartment number 1. Maybe other units are better.

Bit of a distance beach, but nothing we didn't know before booking. Outside area was a little disappointing with very old furniture scortched by the sun. The apartment was in the basement, so this with the tiny outside area made us not really want to spend time at the apartment. Other 1st floor apartments appeared much nicer. Unable to log into the TV to watch anything.

The location is good too, there is a supermarket around the corner and playground across the road. The beach isn't close, so you should take a taxi, which is the only drawback that we found

Certes le prix affiché est alléchant mais à l'arrivée nous découvrons avec surprise des frais de nettoyage, non mentionné dans la réservation, mais en effet bien indiqué dans le mail de confirmation) qui ont fait plus que doubler le prix de la nuit ! Par ailleurs, il ne s'agit pas d'un appartement et encore moins 'luxurieux", mais d'un minuscule studio, certes très propre et juste refait, dans une cave avec un lit et un canapé dépliant très inconfortable.
