Chambre très confortable, et literie top

J'aime beaucoup cet hôtel : un très bon accueil, des chambres propres et aménagées avec goût. Le plus : la restauration sur place, de belles et bonnes assiettes avec la spécialité locale : la raclette mais aussi d'autres très bonnes choses à déguster. Le personnel reste très sympathique et souriant même en plein rush ce qui n'est pas le cas partout. J'y ai déjà fait 2 séjours et j'y retournerai.

Super god service i receptionen, knap så god ved morgenmaden, hvor vi kom en time før de ryddede væk, men der var flere ting som var løbet tør og de gad ikke fylde op. Vi bad om chokolade croissant. De sagde at de desværre ikke havde flere. 25min senere kom der på magisk vis chokolade crossaint(måske havde flere brokket sig??). Puderne på værelset var stenhårde. Lidt underligt ikke at kunne lukke ordentligt af ind til toilettet. Fint rent og lydisoleret. Hotellet var alt i alt fint, men synes ikke det var pengene værd for at være ærligt!

I'd of preferred if the room had air conditioning, but leaving the balcony door open helped. Shower was small and you could just smell the drain slightly. The real bug bear is the pillows or the lack of them, there was what i could only describe as a couch cushion and we each had one to use as a pillow. Was very please with the underground parking. Food was good but the chips that come with the steak need a fair bit of work. Table we had in the restaurant was placed in a certain way that when ever you touched it and wobbled massively, i ended up having to hold my foot down on it for the hour we were in there.

We loved the food and it was a great deviation to a nicer stay during the tour de Mont Blanc.

No air conditioning and was hot. Couldn't leave the window open because of the noise from the nearby dining/bar.

Je me suis rendu dans cette région pour un déplacement professionnel le 17 avril 2025. Suite aux intempéries exceptionnels qui ont eu lieu ce jour la (1.2 mètres de neige a belle plagne) j’ai été contraint de faire demi tour l’accès à bourg saint Maurice était fermé. Malgré cela , l’hôtel a refusé catégoriquement de me rembourser. Le petexete :  « je n’y suis pour rien si il neige »

Séjour d une nuit, accueil très convivial. Hotel et chambre très propre.

Chambres confortables avec une chouette déco, configuration pratique et spacieuse. Petit bémol : les oreillers !!!!

Staff unhelpful Rooms very basic

Séjour au coeur de la Tarentaise, en famille permettant d'aller aisément skier aux Arcs via le funiculaire ou de se rendre à Tignes en 30 minutes de voiture. Design sympa et excellent petit dejeuner copieux

Upon arrival, I realized that I had booked the wrong date. The front desk staff managed to accommodate me and assured me that I would not be penalized for the change of date… Front desk charged my credit card for the stay while assuring me that the reservation service would refund my original booking… Well, it turns out that the reservation service came back and refused to refund the original booking as agreed with front desk. To this date, reservation service keeps on refusing to refund me despite many attempts to explain, clarify and kindly ask for honoring their words.

Dans l'ensemble j'ai trouvé que leur prestation hôtelière était honorable jusqu'à la dernière minute où on m'a dit, entre autres, que si je pouvais pas porter mes bagages, fallait aller à l'hôpital alors que je me suis cassé des côtes au ski durant mon séjour. C'est pour le moins consternant et indigne. A éviter.

This is a large ski hotel 300 rooms which is aimed at the younger clientele. Room was small and clean there was prices parking.

Wifi doesn't work, 1mbps average. Shower drain stunk up the shower, no door separating bed / bathroom. Otherwise staff / sleeping there was nice.

We stayed here for one short night before taking the train back to Lille. It's a 10-15 minute walk from the Bourg-Saint-Maurice train station - uphill on the way to the hotel! The staff were helpful and friendly, and we liked the aesthetic of the hotel. The wifi was not great, but that was not a huge issue for the night. The hotel restaurant was packed on Saturday night - advise making a reservation ahead of time if you can.

Bar & breakfast service a bit chaotic and not so good.

really it's a hostel that charges ridiculous prices. rooms are very cramped and hot, wifi doesnt work, breakfast doesnt start til 7, so if you are getting a train you can't have any. overall it's rubbish.

Rooms are small but have the necessities. Individual secured ski lockers with boot heaters were a nice feature. Continental Breakfast. Conveniently located 5-minute drive from the Les Arc Funicular. Heater towel bar(and room heat source) didn't turn on every day until 5pm, little disappointing.

Service was good, staff were helpful and friendly. The standard menu was limited with no salad or fish choice and to order off the general menu we had to pay the full price with no allowance for being half board. We tried 3 ski lockers and none of them would lock so we gave up. The bed was comfortable but the sheets didn't seem to fit properly.

Super séjour, j'y étais en semaine donc séjour à 33 euros par nuit. Auberge 5 étoiles

Hôtel moderne et confortable proche de la gare et du funiculaire. Accès aux Arcs très facile via navette et funiculaire. On y mange très bien. Le personnel est jeune, professionnel et aux petits soins. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Seul petit regret, qu’il n’y ait pas un espace spa pour se détendre après une journée de ski.

Really disappointed to see single use items (cups for coffee and spoons) at breakfast. Service not great, the hotel is nice and reasonably priced, but very limited information offered at check in and breakfast.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel cosy à l’ambiance montagnarde et moderne. À 10min à pied du centre de Bourg. La chambre était super, le bar et le restaurant aussi. On a pris plaisir à boire un verre en fin de journée et à petit déjeuner ++ Seul petit bémol : un problème d’eau chaude dans la douche. Je recommande !

Hôtel très bien équipé, super décoration design sur le thème du ski. Les chambres doubles sont spacieuses, WC séparé de la salle de bain, 2 oreillers moelleux par personne et bouilloire avec sachets de thé, tisane. Un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Joli décor et belle façade ... mais tout a été mis dans le décor... Accueil très médiocre qui demande une caution avant de vous dire Bonjour,... Réservation d'une chambre avec un lit double...j'ai eu une chambre avec 2 lits simples accolés. Chambre handicapée, sur le principe pas de problème , mais soucis d'évacuation de la douche qui détrempait l'intégralité du sol de la salle de bain et donc toilette inaccessible ou en se mouillant les pieds. Siège de douche gênant. La carte à l'entrée du restaurant n'est pas celle proposée en salle et la nourriture servie très médiocre. Café en chambre soluble ....bien loin des standards de confort et de qualité des hôtels aux alentours qui pratiquent des chambre à plus des 120€ ! Je suis allé à cet hôtel car mon hôtel habituel était complet, je ne renouvèlerai pas.

Bel hotel moderne au coeur de bourg. Déco agréable, accès facile, tout à l'air tout neuf. Je mets un bémol sur les prix totalement excessifs des boissons, des desserts, sur la qualiét du café le matin

Schöne saubere Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Unser Zimmer war recht klein und einfach, aber originell eingerichtet. Gutes Bett. Keine Klimaanlage, aber trotz offenem Fenster ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Uns hat‘s gut gefallen.

Bon hôtel, personnel agréable et professionnel. On regrette que les chambres doubles supérieures soient en fait deux petits lits simples côte à côte et pas un grand lit, pour ce niveau de prix. Un petite machine Expresso serait également la bienvenue.

Nous avons tenter de contacter l'hôtel à plusieurs reprise pour indiquer que nous souhaitions réserver des pique-nique or tous les sites nous indiquent celui de la centrale de réservation. Nous sommes arrivés à 18h25 à l'hôtel et c'était trop tard pour des pique-niques. Pas de climatisation dans les chambres donc un peu chaud. Mais décoration originale et de bon goût. Bonne literie.

Rien à redire.

This was an unbelievably nice property, given the rather modest pictures on the website and the very competitive price (albeit in a "shoulder season" period). The staff greeted us warmly and made sure we knew our way around. We "signed up" for breakfast the next day based on their description of the offerings. Turns out that there were only several other people staying at the Lodge that evening. So, we were greeted the next morning with a "petite breakfast buffet' set up at our own table "reserved" for us. And, they had about everything you can think of (hot and cold) at our table. We were treated like royalty! The only problem was that we ate WAY too much! In any case, Hotel Camp Base Lodge was the highlight thus far of our 3 weeks in France!

Unique. Clean. Convenient and accomodating staff. Large parking underground. Would recommend.

It had a very cool bar and vibe in the evening. Breakfast wasn't great but still worth the price. There is a bus stop across from the garage to take you to the Funicular if you're headed to the slopes. Rooms were comfortable. We ran out of hot water in the morning. It's within walking distance to the train station/funicular - something like a 15 min walk. We had a challenge getting a taxi from the train station to the hotel at 9:30pm on a Friday. No ubers and no taxis at the stand but we did find someone eventually.

Helpful staff. Kust the job for our brief ski trip.

Chambre petite mais très cocooning, décorée avec beaucoup de goût esprit montagne. Très propre équipement suffisant. On s’y sent très bien. Le restaurant est très bien. Le personnel de l’hotel comme celui du restaurant est d’une grande gentillesse et extrêmement arrangent. Si besoin je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Groot hotel, leuke sfeer van buitensport en buitenleven. Hotelkamer is simpel, koude vloer (een soort plastic vloerbedekking). Leuke details als lampen en bekleding om bed. Fijn bed. Jammer dat t raam niet op kiepstand kan. Je moet in bad douchen, uitstappen is dan altijd een dingetje. Wij zijn erg lang en stonden met de kruin tegen het plafond. Douche kan dan alleen tegen de rug, niet op je hoofd. Schimmel op het plafond ivm geen afzuiging. Jammer. Spiegel hang ook te laag voor Nederlanders. Batterijen van tv waren op. Kreeg dat klote dingen dus niet uit. Al met al een fijn hotel, goede locatie, maar de prijs van 170 voor een nacht echt niet waard ivm minpunten.

Very poor amenities, no kettle or fridge, very basic room and minimal duvet, pillow and cretur comforts. Very basic and budget considering price paid. wouldnt go back.
