The location on the sea, the room was quite clean and well kept.

The staff was quite rude and not welcoming at all. You cannot fill (apparently) the water and the towels were not changed in 5 days neither the bedsheet. The breakfast was mediocre and sometimes they didn’t have what they offered on the menu. Also, you need a moto or a kart to go to the centrum.

住宿距离机场不远也不近，步行半小时左右。房间干净整洁，风景很好，工作人员人很好。房间靠海，白天能在床上看海，出门散步方便，适合在岛上躺几天不急的行程。只是可能临街很近，会有汽车轰鸣声音。总体来说体验非常好。

El desayuno está muy bien balanceado y ofrecen opciones que integran fruta, carbohidrato y proteína. Con toda certeza se acomoda a las expectativas de los más exigentes en temas nutricionales.

El lugar es magnífico, tiene una vista al mar increíble. La atención del personal es muy amable y la encargada y dueña Pamela es muy atenta y preocupada por los clientes. Además tiene un servicio post venta 10 de 10 en caso de necesitar algún tipo de ayuda post a la salida del hotel. Los espacios comunes como terrazas y sala de estar son muy lindos y limpios. Fuera del hotel pasa locomoción colectiva la cual te permite llegar al centro o recorrer la isla de una vez sin tener que pedir taxis o Uber.

Todo es perfecto.

Los desayunos son a la carta, cuentan con 5 o 6 opciones preparadas en el momento, realmente deliciosos! El alojamiento está bien ubicado, limpio y tal cual la descripción.

Mejoraría la amabilidad del personal.

La tranquilidad y queda súper cerca del centro.

Mały guest house niedaleko od centrum. Spacerem jakieś 30-40 min. Najlepiej wypożyczyc skuter, żeby poruszać się po wyspie. Pokój był spory, wygodne łóżko, smaczne śniadania. Trzeba się przyzwyczaić do słonej wody pod prysznicem ale na wyspie to normalne.

Hotel wymaga lekkiego odświeżenia, w szczególności roślinność Szkoda że nikt w obiekcie nie mówił po angielsku

Las camas pueden estar más cómodas, principalmente la cama auxiliar es muy poco cómoda

La ubicación es excelente, frente al mar, las vistas son increíbles y la zona en general esta bien, zonas comunes para pasar los ratos libres.

No estaba preparado al llegar, se ha improvisado incluso he tenido que justificar que había comunicado con antelación mi petición. Aún avisando que el vuelo tenía retraso, no estaba preparado, no hubo gel en el baño, solo el ultimo día, lo digo mas como una sugerencia, que como otra cosa, es un hospedaje con mucho potencial, está un poco desgastado a como se ofrece en las fotografías, aún así, estuvimos muy a gusto y lo pasamos muy bien, gracias.

Quarto grande e espaçoso. O café nao é buffet ,sao opcoes a escolher preparados na hora, porem sao bons. Limpeza excelente. A vista é excelente.

La habitación es muy grande y cómoda, los desayunos son deliciosos y variados. La ubicación está lo suficientemente retirada del centro lo cuál la hace muy silenciosa, está bien conectada, el bus pasa enfrente de la entrada y se demora 10 minutos hasta el centro, también hay un supermercado cerca caminando, ideal para comprar bebidas y snacks. La sra Pamela fue muy amable en decorar la habitación de cumpleaños, lo que hizo nuestra la estadía más especial.

Me gustó todo, quizá hay ciertos elementos en la habitación como las cortinas que están un poco descuidadas.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating - whether giving advice about the island, helping us rent buggies for our stay or adjusting the breakfast times to allow us to eat before catching our plane out. A great location for your island stay!

A localização é boa, próximo ao centro e de frente para o mar, com uma vista muito bonita.

Desde a reserva, informamos que iríamos com uma bebê de quase 2 anos. Ao chegarmos no local, os quartos disponibilizados eram os menores da pousada e nenhum deles constava com cama extra para atender uma família. Foi improvisado um berço desmontável no dia seguinte que não era mais recomendável para um bebê grande. Enfim, ficamos bastante desconfortáveis dividindo uma cama. Gostaria de destacar, também, que a pousada conta com poucas mesas para o café da manhã, o que faz com que a equipe fique dando pressa aos hóspedes para comer e torna a experiência, no mínimo, desagradável. Embora tanto a Elsa, quanto seu marido, tenham sido muito solícitos, gostaríamos de reforçar esses dois pontos que foram extremamente negativos na nossa estadia.

El desayuno podria ser mas variado, siempre era lo mismo, variaría las frutas, poner tambien cosas dulces, etc., pero ne general todo estuvo muy bien!

Excelente servicio de todo el personal el desayuno era fresco, gente muy atenta resalto a Ramiro, siempre presto ayudarme con información y algunas cosas que pudiera hacer. Falta coordinar como el taxi de recogida para el aeropuerto. Lo recomiendo 100%

La habitación es amplia. Buen aire acondicionado, buena vista al mar. Atención del personal siempre buena y atentos. Está limpia la habitación. Buen desayuno, rico y variado (es a la carta, no es buffet)

No es un hotel, es solo arrendar una habitación dentro de una casa. No hay personal 24h al día, ni posibilidad de comprar comida mas que el desayuno. No hay agua caliente en la regadera (aunque el clima hace tolerable el Agua a esa temperatura). A pesar de estar a línea de playa, no es una playa apta para el baño, hay que caminar más de 15 min para llegar a la playa principal. Quisimos cambiar la reserva para pasar dos días en otro hotel pero no quisieron hacer cambios sin cobrar el pago completo (a pesar de que igual nos quedaríamos 7 días en vez de 9)

El desayuno buenísimo y con mucha variedad para elegir. Puedes elegir entre pancakes, crepes, french toasts, omelette (con diferentes opciones de omelette)…. Y zumo y café. La ubicación es una buena ubicación, a cinco minutos del aeropuerto. No hay peligro en esa zona y se ve el atardecer muy bonito desde el balcón de la habitación o desde la terraza que hay arriba. Las señoras del sitio, perfectas trabajadoras, amables y muy atentas a todo siempre. Nos ayudaron con las actividades allí y todo lo que necesitamos.

Struttura a 10 minuti dal centro in scooter e a 5 minuti in auto dall'aeroporto. La stanza con vista mare era grande, luminosa, pulita e dotata di ogni confort, molto comodo anche il letto (più grande della media). La signora (proprietaria della struttura) è gentile e pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta dei suoi ospiti. La colazione, con menù alla carta, è eccezionale. Ottimo anche il servizio scooter che viene portato direttamente sotto casa.

I love the view from my room, clean. Free breakfast made to order enough to fill u up from eggs to pancakes with juice coffe and fruit plate. The staff extremely friendly and señor Ramiro help us rent a mula to move around the island, i recommend it to see all island. But if u dont want to spend to much money the bus passes right in front of the guest house and it passes by el centro, airport and the bech.

Staff were accommodating, wonderful breakfast. The property is a little dated but gets the job done, with some units having a kitchen and living room.

Not a true dislike but property is a little bit of a walk from the more touristed areas, also from any sort of quick market or restaurant. Buses stop right infront of the property which helps.

Recomendo. Os funcionários são bem simpáticos e educados. Quarto limpo, silencioso e com chuveiro bem quentinho. Café da manhã de qualidade, com 3 opções no cardápio. Não é muito longe do centro, dá pra ir à pé. Há um ponto de ônibus do lado. Há tb uma locadora de carrinhos de golfe do lado, para aqueles que querem passear pela ilha. Preço muito bom para os padrões da ilha, vale a pena.

Local super limpo e confortável, cama boa, vista para o mar, silencioso , com chuveiro quente e um café da manhã delicioso preparado na hora. Funcionários super atenciosos. Tem estacionamento para quem quer ficar de moto na ilha. Recomendo para quem prefere fugir do tumulto do centro!

Nice staff. Decent place to stay. Is safe and is in great location to start your day trips. You can hear the sea at night. Depending on what you book, the room is a decent size with a nice bathroom and decent view. Has a fridge. Nice, hot water. Check in lady is excellent and very accommodating.

Well, the place is really a BnB type set up. Your room is not the most secure, but the place is secure if that makes sense. Everyone stares at you when you come fro breakfast. They have a great balcony to eat, but they don't put any tables out there, everything inside. Is hard to find at night. The bed is not that comfortable.

By The Sea Guesthouse is a bit far from downtown, but in a quiet area, which is nice! It's a 20,000 to 25,000 COP taxi ride to go downtown but easy to find a taxi and only takes a few minutes. Price was very reasonable. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was great. Very helpful. Room was very clean and nice. We had the Standard Triple Room, Ocean View, which I think was the nicest room. Not all rooms have an ocean view. The ocean is right across the street and the view was delightful. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would love to return and stay there again.

By the Sea Guesthouse was quite comfortable and a good value for the price. The location is on the other side of the main town but buses frequently passed during the day so getting to the town was easy. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast every morning was delicious and the perfect way to start the day. Overall good experience and I would recommend staying here for someone who is looking for a place to rest up for the adventures of the day or for someone with a family. If you are looking to be close to the nightlife or malecón Downtown may be a better option. Bonus is that the AC and WiFi both worked great 👍 Thanks to By the Sea Guesthouse for helping make our trip very enjoyable!

The property was clean and located very near to the water… I think it’s important to note that the staff are completely Spanish-speaking, which was not unexpected but if you have no ability to speak any Spanish that could present a little bit of an issue for you. Never been to the island before, the location of this property might not be as appealing as the opposite side where there are more shops and restaurants steps away overall, it was a good place to stay.

Staff was very accommodating and informative. Location is a short distance from the center of the city, which provided a more quiet night. We used public transportation to get to and from the center, which was only about 10-15 minutes rides. The bus picks up right in front of the hotel and cost 4500 COP. Breakfast was delicious! The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in.

The beach area in front of the hotel is not one for sunbathing or swimming.

Great location outside of the centre, peaceful, facing west to see the sunset over the sea. Great breakfast with several tasty options to satisfy the hunger for hours. Friendly, helpful, very clean, secure and overall a pleasant atmosphere from which to explore the island and to return after a hot day. Our room had air-conditioning, a safe and refrigerator which all helped our stay go perfectly.

The room was clean, the hotel was very secure, the staff was so friendly, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the A/C worked awesomely, the view from the terrace was spectacular, a mini-fridge in the room, a safe in the room, a mini closet to hang clothes, towels provided for both the shower/beach, and hot water for the shower! I liked that it was away from the busy and noisy center. There is a bus that comes by often, taxis come by often, and I liked to walk to the center to get some exercise in.

Havia uma sacada, porém a porta é maior que o espaço da sacada e então a porta não abre por completo e se deixar aberto fica batendo. O local é perto do mar, porém não é uma praia frequentável, a margem são de corais, não há faixa de areia, tem q se locomover de ônibus ou táxi. A porta do quarto fica em frente à cozinha/sala de refeições, tem uma escada bem íngrime pra subir, o banheiro é sujo, não tem lugar para apoiar shampoo, etc e também não tem área de apoio na pia, é só a louça mesmo.

Super friendly staff and very hospital

The apartment was not very clean, big dead cockroach in the kitchen when we arrived and the general standard was very low. It's clear a deep clean is not something ever performed. The USB charging ports were not working, no hot water and the wifi was super slow. All in all it was okay but for that price I would have rathered a hostel.

The property was wonderful, so very clean, freshly cooked breakfast to order. It was quiet and walkable distance to the supermarket and the beach.

Ok location for the price. Good breakfast and it was very convenient to be able to use the kitchen. Warm water in shower was a big bonus as were the huge beach towels provided. Comfortable bed.

A bit of a schlep to beach and restaurants. I had a couple issues with the room. Someone came promptly to address but there isn’t always staff on site .

The best host! Amazing breakfast was served every morning.

Everything was clean the breakfast was quite good. I will suggest to have some flyscreens so that there is no need to have all windows closed and the air-conditioning on during day and night. There were mosquitos around the house, because of an empty block next door, that will be my only suggestion.

Being unable to enjoy the night breeze with windows and balcony open because of mosquitos.

Staff was kind and very attentive. Also very helpful when we needed help with taxis, buses, mule 4x4 and advice about anything. . Breakfast was plenty and included fresh fruit, coffee or chocolate, eggs of many types, bread or pancakes, juice and was very well made. Rooms very clean, exemplary in fact. Stunning view of the beautiful blue sea (not a beach but is of a Rocky shore line). We found the bus easy and enjoyable but warm to get to town. You could take the taxi pretty easy as well, as one was always passing by also. Overall the staff, cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation made it an excellent experience. Well done! 👏👏👏👏
