Frühstücksbuffet etwas eintönig.. Klimaanlage mit Metallschrank darunter,nicht gut durchdacht, "knackt" durch die kalte Luft durchgängig auch Nachts wenn die Klimaanlage an ist.

De voegen in de douche mogen wat schoner en zo ook de vloer in de kamer was niet super schoon.

J'ai reçu un mail pour m'inciter à prendre le petit déjeuner au prix de 16€ au lieu de 22€; J'ai répondu en réservant 3 petits déjeuners pour nous 3. Hors, dans l'ordinateur de la réception, seul 1 petit déjeuner à 16€ a été enregistré et la personne de la réception n'a fait aucun geste commercial pour les 2 autres petits déjeuners. Fort dommage.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Goede ligging. Parking in weekend goedkoop, 10€. Ook divers openbaar vervoer in onmiddellijk nabijheid. Ontbijt, er is zeker een voldoende aanbod en organisatie (aanvulling, afruimen) is in orde, maar het is niet uitzonderlijk te noemen (klein voorbeeld: geen spiegeleieren, geen ham,...). Bij vier sterren mag je dat wel verwachten.
Niets. Parking is onderdeel van zeer grote ondergrondse parking die gebruikt wordt voor meerdere organisaties. Het is bij binnenrijden niet evident te weten waar je kan/mag parkeren. Je moet zeker onmiddellijk je nummerplaats laten registreren aan receptie, om geen boete te ontvangen.

Het was niet duidelijk waar mijn vriend kon parkeren. We zijn uigereden bij de slagbomen van de Lidl. Daar heeft de receptioniste ´iet duidelijk op geantwoord. We hebben de parking moeten betalen

The staff was pleasant, but if they weren't at the desk, there was no way to let them know you're waiting. So you just kind of have to wait until someone comes out of the office. The shower glass partition still allows water to splash onto the bathroom floor. Just be careful when stepping out.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Mooie, perfecte kamer. Naar dit hotel kom je vooral omwille van de goede ligging, pal tegenover het station Antwerpen-Berchem. Er zijn enkele goede restaurants en veel gezellige cafés vlakbij, aan het Draak- en Dageraadplein.
De voetgangersbrug vanuit het station begint met een vlucht trappen. Een hellend vlak ware veel beter geweest, er is toch plaats genoeg?

De bedden zijn daar erg hard. Door mijn ziekte kan ik alleen met een topper slapen .deze was mij beloofd en helaas niet gekregen . Dus was het voor mij een ramp nacht .

Wielokrotne wizyty personelu w ciągu kilku godzin jak spaliśmy w sprawie sprzątania mimo odmawiania w tym 3 wizyty, gdzie personel wchodził już bez pukania mimo że informowaliśmy ze to nasza dodatkowa noc aby odespać przed wyjazdem. Bardzo małe pokoje, słabe śniadania. Śniadania były najgorsze ze wszystkich hoteli Radisson w których byłam

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Convenient location for my meeting but very low service level. Arriving in my room and trash bin with stuff from prior guest!!! Tryed to call reception no one got the phone. Coming down for dinner complain at reception, who apologised but, unfortunately, arriving back no one took care of anything. I had to sleep with other guest trash since nobody cared. Waking up and going to the shower, soap ending and body lotion empty!!!😡 Average breakfast and presentation very poor. Poor coffee and fruit station. Too much self service for my taste
