es muy buena la ubicacion. La cama muy confortable y el tamaño de la habitacion estuvo bien

iMucho ruido por la noche de los locales que hay alrededor del hotel. Yo estaba en el 6to piso y se oia la musica muy fuerte hasta las 12 de la noche. Deberian tener las habitaciones insonorisadas. De cortesia solo un agua chica y un cafe. Hay en la habitacion una tetera con tazas pero no hay te disponible. Con el precio que se paga deberian tener algun gesto mas amable con el huesped-

el personal, ni saludan, en su mayoria son charlando entre ellos y no le parar bolas al cliente. El desayuno tiene todo pero ningun empleado se acerca para ofrcerte algo, pedi unos huevos a la cocina y llegaron ya cuando estaba haciendo el check out, considerando que estaba solo a las 6:30 am eso es inaceptable

O hotel é incrível. Localização excelente. O café da manhã farto, bastante variado. Conforto da cama.

Nada que pudesse desabonar, porém não gostamos de ser abordados por um funcionário da área do café da manhã sugerindo o pagamento de gorjetas, todos os dias em que ficamos lá.

Una squisita Signora mi ha anche fatto una lavatrice urgente in un giorno festivo, deliziosa. Peccato non ricordi il nome, forse Margarita. Pulizia della camera impeccabile, grazie a Carolina.

La ubicación es excelente, en el corazón de la Zona T. La opción del late check out fue genial porque nos brindó comodidad y el desayuno estuvo muy bueno.

Se escucha todo en las habitaciones, el personal de limpieza en las mañanas habla muy alto. Recomiendo una habitación lejos de los elevadores. El cuarto de baño (inodoro y ducha) es bastante estrecho.

The facts that snacks and beverages was placed in the room including water and they came with additional charge that I was unaware of, I thought it came included with the room price. It cost me extra and I’m very disappointed.

Not really the best value for money. The hall was new and refurbished but the room wasn’t meeting the level of the hotel. The sheets were very uncomfortable for being a 4 star hotel and the plugs were coming off.

The location is the best advantage of this property! It is in the middle of shopping paradise in Bogota. Walking distance to mall & shops. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpfull!

The rooms were outdated. Beds were very small. Bathroom was very small. There were construction works being done in or next to the building so the whole day drilling and noise. And this was not informed during booking. The walls are paper thin so you can hear the people in the next room sneeze.

Excellent location in the heart of Zona T, within walking distance of shopping malls, restaurants, cafés, and bars. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast offered a good variety with high-quality products. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The shower was disappointing. The water pressure was quite weak, and it took around 10 minutes for the hot water to reach a comfortable temperature. This was the only aspect that fell below our expectations.

We stayed at Avani Royal Zona T Bogotá Hotel from July 8–11, 2026 as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children), and overall we had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel's biggest strengths are definitely its excellent location and great breakfast. The location is perfect for exploring Bogotá, with many restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options, and it was one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the beds were especially cozy, allowing us to sleep well after busy days in the city. There are a few areas that could be improved. The biggest issue was the showers. Every morning we had to wait about 5–10 minutes for the hot water to arrive, and the water pressure was quite low. In addition, most of the staff spoke very little English, which made communication more difficult than expected. Despite these minor drawbacks, we really enjoyed our stay. The positives far outweighed the negatives, and we would happily stay here again. We would also recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic location in Bogotá.
