15 dias por los parques. El hotel mas caro y mas malo. Vuiejo y de mal olor
todo
Lobby looks nice.
Interior needs a face lift. Someone needs to check out the elevator. Sometimes the door doesn't open when you reach your floor.
Location
Dirty carpet throughout the hotel
ONE staff on front desk very helpful. Morning shuttle driver very courteous very helpful. 8/12-13/26. Room 157 8/19 much better.
Lots of people around front desk. only one seemed to be working, the rest were phone surfing or shucking and jiving like kids. Majority of front desk personnel were rude, totally immersed in their interpersonal issues, seemed to think that they were doing us a favor by allowing us to stay at the hotel. Had face in phone constantly, kept us waiting in coffee area since we were an hour early to check in time, yet checked people in while we waited until check in time. Room 398 sink was clogged, some lights did not work, no bottled water available to purchase in vending machines or available at front desk store. Still have not received emailed receipt for 8/12 or 8/19 stay. Way over priced for service and accomodations.
De centrale ligging en de bedden en het ontbijt waren goed.
Het hotel heeft een opfrisbeurt nodig, vooral vieze vloerbedekking en er was geen wifi toen wij er waren.
Location was great! Staff was wonderful!!
Needs a bit of an update..
We were charged $570 a night because of the misunderstanding between hotel and book booking.com Please look for other place
room was very clean and service was excellent
It is a beautiful property in a good location.
It was very rundown, especially in the common areas. Carpets not clean. Upkeep lacking.
Close to downtown
Don’t stay on Friday unless you wanna listen to endless cruising. You initial for notice of quiet after 10 but can’t sleep because of cruising until 12. Engines roaring to show off. Old outdated everything.
Not clean! Sticky stuff spilt in refrigerator. Sheets not even on properly. Nightstand loaded with an abundance of condoms and KY jelly?! What’s really going on in this room! Hot tub dirty and jets didn’t work.
The good points weren't really there
The room rate was 776.70 plus 70.14 in taxes, bringing the total to 846.84, but 921.82 was actually deducted from my bank account. When I asked the front desk, they said it was because additional taxes had been applied... ???
People at front desk were nice
Stained carpet, room smelled bad, food in the fridge, no cleaning service for whole stay, extra towels hard to obtain.
Over 200 hundred pound for 1 night not worth it now in a hard rock hotel for 100 pound a night 50 times better
The best part about this stay was the shuttle service to the airport in the morning. The only reason I stayed at this hotel was bc, I missed my flight the previous day out of Kalispell.
The hotel is a tad dated, but the pool was not working and it also was connected to a mall. I was in Montana for over a week and this city was by far the least attractive of all the ones I visited.
Bed
The entire facility will benefit from maps and directions toward elevators, stairs and lobby on every floor. Everyone I came across in the hotel was lost. The carpet on the stairs of the breakfast room is absolutely disgusting. And the carpets in general are very dirty in the corridors and rooms. The shuttle service to the airport is a sham. You are 20 minutes away and a 24 hour notice makes the offer useless and therefore pretentious.
breakfast
the pool water was cold
The front desk staff was outstanding!
Not dusted, dirty sock behind dresser (o ly know that because we had an item slide back there) towls on the floor to walk to the bed, carpeting was disgusting, the ac was working but funny smell. My husband opened the filter, not cleaned in years. At $550 a night.
Très bon emplacement à kalispell Nous avons eu une très grande chambre ! L’hôtel est immense … ne pas s’attendre à un hôtel famillial … il y a 400 chambres ! Mais il est parfait pour une nuit !
Stomping from upstairs on second floor in the evenings and early mornings for four days straight. Asked for help from front desk but it DID NOT STOP. Do not stay here.
Breakfast was good. Room clean and comfortable
Noisy air conditioning
I got a family room because we had 4 adults and wanted to be together and still have room to move around and have other family members come over and visit without being right on top of each other
The toilet seat was really low my elderly mother felt like she was going to fall every time she used it
Room had staining on the wood, bedding had tears, the room we were in had a bright light shining in and there were no curtains to shut
Staff was very friendly.
Exterior could be better marked to differentiate it from the surrounding buildings
The continental breakfast was good. Lots of selection and was always kept full by the staff. The bed was comfortable and the room stayed comfortable with the AC.
The room was decent but is in need of updates. There was mold in the shower and a clearly visible spider web projecting from underneath the heater/ac unit. The second room with 2 beds did not have towels upon arrival and appeared to have not been cleaned and no toilet paper. We had to request from the front desk. The room also had no maid service the entire stay.
Good location. Not far from shopping, restaurants, and activities.
The room wasn't clean. Found dirty sock and trash on floor.
Very shoddy and needs. Serious updating. The room was clean but very small bathroom. I was booked here by a tour company and I will let them know how disappointed I was. The meal they served was inadequate. Breakfast was okay but the carpets are stained.
Loved our stay at the Red Lion hotel in the perfect location to Kalispel. Walking distance to everything. the check in was easy and friendly and the room was a big room with a seperate area for the bedroom, so nice and quiet. the swimming pool was a bonus as it was hot sunny weather so we enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good with friendly staff. All in all it was a pleasant 4 nights stay and would highly recommend staying at the Red Lion hotel next time you are in Kalispel. .
no overhead lighting in the rooms and one of the bedroom reading lamps did not work so the rooms were quite dark all the time, I did report the lamp, but no one came to look at it. This was only a minor issue and did not reflect of our stay.
Proximity to old town Kalispell. Large room, nice bedding, lots of towels.
Dated decor, stale air, poor ventilation, lumpy bed. No operable windows had cracking window film, ruined any views.
Perfect location, friendly staff.
Swimming pool cold water. The bathtub in the room was clogged.
Breakfast good, staff friendly, bed comfy, pool area open late. Kinda cool that it was attached to a little mall. Restaurants close, Starbucks in parking lot
Hotel was to spread out, hallways were confusing, pool heater wasn't working so it was to cold to swim in, breakfast could of gone till 10 instead of 9 (19 yo daughter likes to sleep in lol)
We have.a good service in the hotel in one of the employees. I think the name is Giovanni and the rest of the people they’re very very nice. Thank you.
located near to where we wanted
it was clean but needs refurbishing. the cleaning staff didn't come by to bring clean towels or check on things. we were there 6 days
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The property is huge and in a great location, but it's definitely an older establishment and needs some maintenance. During our stay we found out the property was going through an ownership transfer. They actually split our final bill into two separate bills one for the previous owner and the other for the new owner which was a funny and unique experience. The breakfast was good, and the chef and staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, and the bedsheets and towels were clean and fresh. We did notice some stains on the ceiling but it didn't impact our stay. The only disappointment was that the pool heater wasn't working. After a long day we were looking forward to relaxing in the hot pool, we did see other guests enjoying the pool and sauna. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Kalispell, about 30–40 minutes from Glacier National Park depending on traffic at the West Entrance. Overall, this is a good option.
nah
The room was fine. No sheets or blankets for the fold out coach. Should have asked but didn’t. Prefer a shower not a tub/ shower. Kids liked the pool and hot tub. Plenty of towels in the room. Room size was good.
Shower, not tub. Again no sheets or blankets in the room for the trundle bed. Needs a update, seemed outdated.
The location of this property was attractive to us because it was a good stop off before heading to Glacier National Park. Red Lion has always hit a high bar for service, value and accommodation but this was not the case at this location.
First impression- the massive wooden doors to the entrance made it difficult to get to the front desk with luggage. The atrium, breakfast area and hallways had filthy worn carpet. Outdated bathroom fixtures. We asked for room change so we didn’t have ice machine, soda machine opposite our door on 3rd floor. The old air conditioning unit sounded like a broken washing machine. Front desks best dinner recommendation was for a wing joint nearby. This place needs an overhaul. We paid over $350 for this one night stay and were very disappointed.
It was in a great location great facilities great staff
It was great
The reception staff were helpful.
The hotel is very old and quite grubby in areas. The hotel is in need of a major refurbishment. The carpark was like a rally on the Friday night, with trucks racing around the car park for hours. The swimming pool was not working (heater broken) and large families were using the hot tub. We were booked in for 3 nights but checked out after 2 and we are still waiting for customer services to get back to us regarding a refund.
The location was nice, it was close enough to walk to stores and parks. Also the breakfast in the morning was always wonderful, with the sitting area being my favorite.
The pool heating system was out, the hot tub jets didn’t work. My biggest issue was after traveling 16+ hours and making it early into the next day of my booking I wasn’t able to check into my room. I had to wait about two hours before my room was available which was extremely upsetting. I still don’t fully understand what the issue was.
The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night of sleep. The breakfast was generous in what they offered. Both hot and cold items were available.
Offer Gluten free products. My husband has celiac so no wheat, rye or barley for him! The eggs and meat was what he ate and some oatmeal.
Good
accidentally left my phone charger at the hotel. The staff said they would check and call me back, but I never received a response. I was disappointed with the lack of follow-up.
Staff was friendly and caring.
Room was not clean. Hair in bathroom. A/c very loud. Carpets need a good shampoo. Hot tub is tiny.
Location is walking distance to downtown. Airport shuttle was convenient. Breakfast was sufficient & included in price.
Very confusing floor plan, attached to a conference center. Old building, bad oder in halfway. A/c unit is extremely loud. Room 266 had smoke smell. We had to switch rooms. Not worth the price. Limited lighting in room.
Great location. Good Breakfast.
It was cheap.
Conveniently located.
Clean & spacious room
I needed additional towels and washcloths and the two times that I went to front desk, they were out of them. However, they did bring to room when available.
The hotel is located right in the downtown area. While the lobby has been updated, the rooms and hallways are in need of serious updating. The room was clean and the beds were comfy, but the furnishings are from LONG ago, however the fridge and microwave are a plus. The hallways and side entry doors are disgusting. I think the hallway carpet came over with Columbus and then was used in an auto repair garage before coming to the hotel. This hotel has been used very hard. BUT, the included breakfast was frankly EXCELLENT. For the price, $200 ish it is a do over in a over priced market.
The room was large and very clean
The staff was the least friendly on this trip No follow up to calls or messages sent The security guard was extremely helpful and friendly and one of the maintenance staff was very nice but front desk and management didn’t get hired for their hospitality or their care 🤣
Thanks to Ally at the front t desk. Thanks also to Robert for picking me up at the airport 😁
Not enough time to stay longer.
Clean, friendly
NA
Nothing
The hotel room was comfortable, and the location was excellent. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, offering an abundance of pillows and a pleasant view overlooking the courtyard.
The hotel pool had a strong odor of chlorine, and unfortunately, the jacuzzi was out of service during our stay. I also experienced an issue when purchasing a soda from the lobby kiosk. The displayed price was $2.50. When I brought the soda to the front desk, one clerk began ringing it up on the computer, but another employee stepped in to complete the transaction. I handed him a $5 bill and expected the purchase to be processed through the register and for my change to be returned. Instead, he told me the soda cost $5. Assuming I had misread the posted price, I paid and left. Later, I asked another employee to verify the price, and she confirmed that the soda was in fact $2.50. This left me concerned about how the transaction was handled and whether other guests may have experienced similar confusion. I would encourage hotel management to review kiosk pricing procedures and ensure all transactions are processed consistently and transparently. Overall, this experience was disappointing and reflected poorly on the hotel's customer service.
The location is absolutely perfect, situated right in the heart of the city. We were just a short walk away from the excellent local restaurants, and major sightseeing attractions, which saved us so much time and travel hassle. Another massive highlight was the morning breakfast. They offered an incredible spread of fresh, high-quality options, Breakfast was really good, we enjoyed it.
We stayed at Red Lion Hotel for 2 nights and had a disappointing experience. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the swimming pool, but when we arrived, we found out that the pool was not heated. This should have been informed to guests beforehand instead of finding out after check-in. Kids were cold and shivering. Another issue was the lack of room service. When we tried calling for assistance, we were informed that room service was unavailable or that no staff were there. Overall, the communication and service did not meet expectations.
It had a bed.
AC not working. Vending machines not working. Working BASICS do not meet expectations for the price paid.
It was fine I thought there was enough choice, at breakfast!
Location
Heat or ac didn’t work in our room. But staff were able to move us to another room. Definitely needs a facelift. Very date and worn down.
Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.
The only down side in the room was the mattress covers were not breathable and caused the bed to get hot and sweaty 🥵 I understand why this is, keeps the bed bugs away which is great. I just got hot. It would have been nice to have known ahead of time, like at check in that the pool was broken.
Too expensive. Really not a good value.
The lobby, breakfast area, and courtyard were beautifly decorated.
The carpets all looked old, dirty, stained, and in some places buckled. The carpets are in desperate need of replacement. The cleaning staff did not have situational awareness. A cleaning cart was parked outside my door and I had trouble exiting with two bags, a purse, and backpack.
Breakfast provided provided lots of options, from a hot meal to cold, quick grab and go as well. The coffee was excellent with lots of tables available to sit down at if you wished.
The building is showing its age, the carpet in the halls on the second floor are past their due date and should be updated. Furnishings in our room where clean however old with drawers that would not stay closed.
Would have been nice if the coffee maker worked, had to contact desk and wait until next day for one that worked, and then needed to go to desk to get get the coffee packs.
The reception is wonderful, kids enjoyed the pool area, and I love that it’s dog friendly.
Looks a little tired, half the mall was closed down shops, I can imagine in its day, this hotel was booming.
Bed
Breakfast was cold.
Stayed here because family member was unexpectedly hospitalized, and the hotel is a great proximity to the hospital. Breakfast was amazing and the chefs who work the breakfast deserve a shout out. They kept it well stocked, when someone dropped the lid of a chafing dish, they were quick to come pick it up and take it away to be cleaned.
Blackout curtains would be a huge improvement. The sheer curtains let in a ton of light and were not at all conducive to getting a tired toddler to nap during the day. Also I prefer thicker curtains for privacy in general.
The staff was awesome. The hotel was clean.
The bed had a very wore feel to it, sunk into a hole.
