בעלי המתחם מקסימים, היה לנו עיכוב משמעותי בהגעה והגענו למקום לפנות בוקר הם השאירו מפתח והנחיות מפורטות. הדירה מקסימה, נעימה, מאובזרת, גדולה מאוד וממוקמת במקום נוח עם חניה ונוף משגע

שהינו בדירת השני חדרים + סאונה . קומה 3 . קיבלנו דירה חדשה, נקייה ומטבח מאובזר . הדירה נעימה , מרווחת מאוד ומתאימה למשפחה ולשהות ארוכה . ממוקמת במרחק הליכה קצר לסופר ולמרכז העיירה . הצוות בקבלה היה נעים ושירותי . לא השתמשנו בבריכה , אבל היא מתוחזקת , נקיה ובהחלט מתאימה לטבילת בוקר או סוף יום .

הדירה ללא מזגן . בימים חמים מאוד חובה לפחות מאוורר . פנינו לקבלה וקיבלנו מענה אחרי יומיים , ברגע שהתפנה אחד .

The location is great, close to many places we visited, the Mountain View is breathtaking! The apartment is fully equipped with everything one might need, it’s spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed staying there, felt like home and a very nice one. The staff very friendly and helpful. I can honestly recommend it for a summer vacation home.

Alles was prima geregeld: ontvangst, appartement was netjes gereinigd, alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig, appartement was perfect ingerigd met 2 slaapkamers en elk een afzonderlijke badkamer. Alpentravel is PRO!

De lift van de Grafenberg werd daags na onze aankomst gesloten voor afbraak en vervanging. Niettegenstaande we ruim op voorhand hadden geboekt, werden we hiervan niet op de hoogte gebracht. We hebben als alternatief met de bus naar de Flying Mozart of Rote Achter moeten pendelen. We hebben het comfort van een nabije lift aan onze geboekte chalet niet kunnen benutten.

ruim, licht, drie mooie en moderne slaapkamers, ruime woonkamer met goede keuken op loopafstand van lift en centrum. Goede bedden, stille omgeving. Zeer attente beheerder/gastvrouw. Superschoon en netjes, zonder dat het stijf en koud voelt.

Apartment was really nice and big. Ladies at reception were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Just be aware that the swimming pool is a 15 min walk away, and not really nice, there is no soap, so bring it with you.

die Größe des Appartements war optimal für 4 Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder, schöne Aussicht vom grossen Balkon, 5min Gehweg zur Gondelbahn, perfekte Ausstattung der Küche mit genug Geschirr und Geräten. Besonders nett und hilfsbereit war die Dame an der Rezeption, was leider für das restliche Personal nicht zutrifft.

die Empfangssituation hat den Charme eines Campingplatzes, Gästekarte ist elektronisch und funktioniert meistens nicht, in anderen Destinationen wird sie ausgedruckt..... nicht aber in Wagrain ! Die Chalets sind verbunden mit sehr vielen Treppen, mit den Schischuhen kann das mühsam werden. Der Schistall ist viel zu klein und ohne Sitzgelegenheit zum Anziehen der Schischuhe. In beiden Bädern gibt es keinen Rasierspiegel und nur einen Haarfön für 6 Personen ! In der ganzen Anlage hat man das Gefühl, daß sehr sehr gespart werden werden muß, auch bei der Endreinigung der Wohnung.

Dogodna lokalizacji, blisko miasta i stoków narciarskich. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Pomocna i bardzo miła obsługa, która pomogła mi gdy miałem problem ze sprzętem narciarskim.

Zbyt małe pomieszczenie do przechowywania sprzętu narciarskiego.

Den søde receptionist gjorde et lækkert ophold endnu bedre. Hun var virkelig hjælpsom 😊 Tæt på alt trods rolig beliggenhed.

המיקום נפלא - הגעה מהירה וקלה לכל המקומות היפים בחבל זלצבורג. עוד בטרם ההגעה קיבלנו מיילים עם הנחיות צ'ק אין, המלצות לטיולים באזור, הנחות וכניסות חינם לאתרים מסויימים. הבקתות עצמן מפנקות מאוד, רחבות ידיים, נקיות ומאובזרות עד אחרון הפרטים. סופרמרקט מרחק שלוש דקות נסיעה. השירות והמענה לכל שאלה או בקשה היה לבבי, נעים ונדיב מעל ומעבר. חשוב לציין שהחניה אינה צמודה לבקתות אך מאפשרים להוריד ציוד ולהעמיס אותו ללא בעיה.

המקום מאובזר בהכל, יש דירות מאובזרות בנדיבות וכאלו שיש בהן את הבסיס הדרוש לנוחות אבל לא מעבר, כלומר הדירות לא זהות לחלוטין

אין מעלית, היינו עם 7 מזוודות ונאלצנו לעלות 3 קומות זה היה קשה, והריצפה בחדר מדרגות מחליקה בצורה נוראית, הבת שלי נפלה שם פעמיים וקיבלה מכה חזקה מאוד, הסרט המודבק למניעת החלקה ממש לא עוזר, הריצוף הזה לא תיקני לדעתי ומאוד מסוכן בייחוד שאין מעלית

דירה מאובזרת עם הכל! 2 חדרי שינה וסלון, שולחן אוכל גדול ונוח, 2 חדרי שירותים ומקלחת זה מכונת כביסה, אפילו משחקים! נתנו שירות מצוין עוד לפני ההגעה וכמובן במהלך השהות (אפילו כשביקשנו מכונת קפה של נספרסו ומיד נתנו לנו), הסבירו לנו על הכרטיס והאטרקציות בסביבה, המקום היה נוח, במיקום מעולה לכל האטרקציות- מומלץ בחום!

ישנו בפנטהאוז, ואין מעלית לדירה. היה רלוונטי ליום ההגעה ויום העזיבה

1. הדירה פשוט מהממת. קיבלנו את הפנטאוס בקומה האחרונה והיא פשוט נוחה ומסודרת. 2. המקלחות מאוד מרווחות וזה יתרון גדול, מאוד נוח להתקלח ולקלח את הילדים. 3. הנוף מהמרפסת היה משגע 4. הייתה בריכה מחוממת בחוץ. לא השתמשנו בה. קחו בחשבון גם שהיא עד 4-6 אנשים או משהו כזה. 5. יש נחלים חמודים בין הבתים שזה בהחלט יפה 6. המטבח סופר מאובזר והכל נגיש ונוח. 7. המיקום של הדירה נהדר

1. החנייה - הליכה של 3-4 דקות כל פעם מהדירה לחנייה ועוד מדרגות במבנים ללא מעלית (רק בחניון יש מעלית), זה קשוח. החניון נמצא במרחק הליכה ועוד ירידה במעלית למינוח 3. בהחלט לא פשוט עם ילדים. 2. יש דף ביציאה שמסביר על ה"קנסות" במידה ואתם לא מוציאים זבל, מאבדים משהו או כל דבר. הדף הזה נורא לא נעים ומאיים. כמובן שאנחנו עמדנו בכל הדרישות, אך לדעתי ישנן דרכים טובות יותר להעביר מסרים כאלה. 3. מקבלים איזה כרטיס הטבות אבל הוא די מסתכם ב-5-7% הנחה על אטרקציות ומסעדות מאוד יקרות. כך שזה לא באמת שווה את המאמץ שיצרו לזה אפליקציה, הרשמות וכו'. 4. יש ממול לדירה כביש יחסית מרעיש. טרקטורים, אופנועים וכו'. קצת מפריע לאווירה של אוסטריה בכללי

דירה יפהפייה ומרווחת, התארחנו משפחה עם 3 מתבגרים, סבין היתה זמינה לכל בקשה או בעיה, יש בדירה מטבח מעולה עם מקרר גדול שלא רואים בתמונות.

הדירה נמצאת ליד כביש צדדי ולא רועש, לנו זה לא הפריע, מאוד נהנינו מהשהות בדירה.

The apartment is very spacious. The location is very good. The people that work there are very nice, friendly and very helpful. They helped us in every aspect. I loved the view and the balcony. Perfect for breakfast every morning. The pool is very nice.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the mattresses. Very bad quality or they were old. For the standard of the place which is very nice, definitely better mattresses are needed. Also the shower had very low water pressure. And sometimes water comes out cold.

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr herzlich, die Dame hat uns alles wunderbar erklärt und gute Tips gegeben. Die Ausstattung und Größe der Wohnung war fabelhaft. Die Lage und der Ausblick auf Wagrain ebenfalls.

Umístění ubytování je perfketní, je to super výchozí bod pro aktivní letní dovolenou.

Apartmán je sice inzerován jako 4*, ale zařízení této kategorii neodpovídá. Vnitřní zařízení je levné a poměrně ošuntělé. Postele jsou neuvěřitelně měkké, špatně se v nich spalo. Auta je nutné parkovat v podzemních garážích pod hotelem, což může být poměrně nepohodlné. Na druhou stranu ale pod okny není provoz.

I belive that everything was good. Spacious apartment, clean, very good contact with the owner. Enormous apartment, we are so delighted after stay. We also think about visit you in the summer <3 To be honest even if there is something what might be changed in the future they are so minor to write it down here :)

Great apartment in a great location- really helpful reception staff! Would definitely recommend.

Nothing not to like, but perhaps could do with more kitchen items- baking trays, larger baking dishes, gravy jugs. Blankets would be good for the outside terrace. Also a towel/ bed change half way through would have been a nice touch.

Location to skilift, spacious, contemporary design and cosy. The balcony and view are great too.

The beds. Way too soft (put my back out), the bedlinnen with plastic undercover (really?) - very sweaty, and not made up as one bed for couples. One set of towels for a week is a bit thin too.

The apartments are great with good views and amazing facilities. We stayed in 3 bedroom apartment and It was well equipped and in total perfect for our family . The location is very good.

The car needs to be parked in a garage that requires a 3-5 min walk. The decoration of our specific apartment was with many furs and leathers that we didn't like.

The room is very big and nice. Furniture was comfortable, both inside and on the porch. We had a washing machine that was a nice surprise. A small pool in the complex we didn't use. The Wagrain summer card that is received when staying gives a free entrance to the water park that we enjoyed a lot.

Except for the pool there is no common place for soccer ext. No Air conditioner but we were not hot even on the hot days of August.

Great apartment with everything you need. We stayed almost 2 weeks and we felt at home. Comfortable bads, big balcony with an amazing view of the mountains. We enjoyed an apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms- it was very convenient for family of 4.

As the accommodation is on top of a hill, so is the skiroom, going up and down a couple of stairs in full gear while carrying skis isn't very handy

location, top floor with fantastic view over the mountain, walking distance to all ski facilities and restaurants. Very cosy and modern , feels like home . Fully equipped kitchen - above all expectations! Helpful personnel, special thank you to Denis at reception :)

Beautiful roomy apartment that is very well appointed, close to ski lift, hire ships and a super market. Staff were really welcoming and everything was as promised.

Everything was fine.

We arrived as a family, we rented a three-room apartment. The apartment is decorated, clean, equipped with all the necessary equipment, an amazing view from the windows, a balcony facing the view, three bathrooms and a shower, a well-equipped kitchen. The location is in the center of the town, very close to a supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants and right next to the cable car.

Going up the stairs to the apartment is a bit difficult, you have to pay for sheets and towels but the price is fair, there are no soaps and shampoo. But if you expect it then it's really not bad and we definitely recommend the place!

Great location, the chalet was very clean and super convenient. The chalet is big and the sauna was just what we needed at the end of every day. A large balcony to sit outside and drink morning and evening coffee and eat breakfasts. There is anything you need in the kitchen and the Supermarket is just 5 minutes walking distance. The staff (Sarka) was very kind and helpful.

There is no safe in the chalet and You have to carry your luggage up the stairs to get to the upper floors (But this is nothing compared to the value we got)

That you cannot leave the car near the apartment. It is a bit challenging with young kids especially in a rainy weather.

Great appartment. Great location. Big appartment with 3 bedrooms giant balcony and 3 toilletes and showers. Very friendly staff great location at wagrain right next to grafenberg wagrini bahn. Ideal for "star" trips. We stayed gor a week and didnt want to leave.

There is no parking near the appartment only in the underground parking. It s possiblr to un pack the car near the appartment. Challenging climb from the parking near the reception to the chalet.
