Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Excelente ubicación, bastante céntrico, puedes encontrar varias opciones para comer cerca del hotel. Es un lugar bastante tranquilo para hospedarse.
Las habitaciones lucen un poco descuidadas, aunque siempre están limpias. La alberca es más pequeña de lo que se ve en fotos, el agua de la alberca se veía algo turbia. La recepcionista un poco mal encarada, aunque hace su trabajo, parece que lo hace con pocas ganas.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026La localisation de l'établissement est parfait pour visiter la vieille ville. Le parking est bien pratique. La qualité de la literie était bonne. Le personnel est agréable.
La chambre était un peu petite. Pour nous il manquait un frigo car vu la chaleur de l'eau fraiche aurait été appréciable. Il n'était pas possible non plus de prendre le petit déjeuner dans l'hotel. Je n'étais pas à l'aise dans cette chambre et je ne reviendrai pas.

La alberca que parecía bastante sucia. Creo que limpiarla más a menudo sería lo ideal. Es una lástima porque no pudimos aprovechar de ella en el calor.

Wir hatten 4 Nächte gebucht, sind aber nach 1 Nacht ohne Kostenersatz ausgezogen, da manche Zimmer, z.B. unser Nachbarzimmer über alte sehr laute Klimageräte verfügen, deren Schall in den Innenhof geht. Für uns war der Geräuschpegel in der Nacht unerträglich-

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado para conocer el centro de la ciudad. Estaba limpio y era un lugar tranquilo. Tiene parking incluido a algunos metros del hotel.
El método para poder acceder al parking lo veo engorroso ya que debes primero bajarte a hacer el check in y después te dan la tarjeta. Al estar tan céntrico es imposible no tener que pagar un parking para hacer este proceso previamente si vienes en coche. Quizás podrían al menos previamente notificar al huésped cuál es el parking con acuerdo para no tener que moverlo de nuevo.

El parqueo está a 2 cuadras de distancia, se complica con un poco a la hora de bajar el equipaje, el acompañante debe ir a anunciarse a recepción mientras el que maneja debe ir a dar la vuelta, ya que si hay policías no te permiten quedarte ahí estacionado mientras te ayudan con lo del parqueo. Sin embargo, lo mejor es dejar el vehículo en el parqueo y movilizarse en Uber dentro de Mérida

The room was opposite the restaurant so the noise woke me up. Also, there were glass panels in my door and they leave a lot of lights on overnight in the courtyard so my room was way too bright at night. Front desk was never friendly or helpful. The main floor hallway wasn't swept or washed during the 3 days I was there.
