En realidad me gustó todo, desde la comodidad y tranquilidad del loft hasta el maravilloso paisaje que rodea el lugar. Por lo tanto, debo decir que es 100% recomendable y aprovecho de felicitar al personal de Cala Melí, especialmente a la srta recepcionista, quien fue mi amable y atenta durante nuestra estadía.

No tengo nada que agregar en relación a esta pregunta, todo excepcional!

The cabin was incredibly cleaned and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s a peaceful place, surrounded by nature, and well-maintained.

The light of the house is low. The hot tub should have a cover to keep the temperature inside.

El lugar es muy tranquilo , todas las instalaciones muy comodas. Perfecto para descansar y desconectarse.

Una maravilla

Las instalaciones invitan a desconectarse desde el primer momento: espacios cuidadosamente diseñados, equipamiento de primer nivel y una vista simplemente hipnótica al volcán y al lago Llanquihue que eleva toda la experiencia. Hay una armonía sutil en el ambiente que favorece ese estado de calma profunda y lujo silencioso que tan pocas veces se encuentra. Sin duda, es un refugio al que volvería una y otra vez.

Были недопонимания до нашего приезда. Рекомендую правильно выставлять условия бронирования. Если пишете, что "оплата по прибытию ", то не нужно начинать просить оплату до прибытия и тем более пытаться отменить бронирование в одностороннем порядке.

Me preparo mi propio desayuno pero las instalaciones son excelentes, el personal atiende muy bien y el lugar es maravilloso, volveré mil veces.

Great location. Friendly staff. Very comfortable unit. Good breakfast and free parking. We will come again in our next visit to Puerto Varas.

We could hear the tenants -too clearly for our taste- staying in the adjacent unit, which means they could hear us too!

Das Häuschen mit Blick, schönem Garten und Hot Tube liegt zwar etwas abseits von Puerto Varas, aber auf halbem Weg zur Nationalpark. Es ist bestens ausgestattet und das abendliche Bad im Hot Tube ist sehr entspannend. Leider konnten wir den Vulkanblick nicht genießen, da er in den Wolken blieb.

Me gustó la vista al mar y la posibilidad de bajar directamente a la playa.

No me gustó el hecho de que para anular el desayuno se tenía que avisar con 24 horas de anticipación, porque justo anulé el segundo día de desayuno debido a que encontré que las porciones eran muy pequeñas (Poco pan, poca mermelada, 3 huevos, poco manjar). Después de mucho hablar con la administradora me lo devolvieron y logré anularlo, pero fue un mal rato. Además no me gustó que el día domingo a las 7.00 am me tocaron la puerta, eran niños probablemente del alojamiento de al lado que andaban jugando, sé que quienes los controlan son sus padres pero estaban gritando mucho y me despertaron, no fue cómodo despertar un día domingo a las 7.00 am y seguir escuchando los gritos toda la mañana sin que ningun administrador aparezca para detener la situación. // El internet funciona pesimo. / Las cabanas son pareadas y se escucha hasta la musica que escuchan los vecinos. / El piso de madera suena demasiado fuerte, muy resbaloso y el primer piso tiene un desnivel en que yo y mi pareja nos tropezamos fuerte, lo encontre peligroso para ninos tanto lo resbaladizo como los desniveles. / No tienen servicio de aseo incluido en el precio, cobran 30.000 por aseo diario de una cabana para 2 personas muy pequena, lo encontre demasiado alto.

Un lugar soñado frente al lago un relax total, tranquilo, cálido con un personal altamente calificado y siempre presto a responder a cualquier inquietud.

Wow! We want to go back! We stayed at Cala Meli at the start of our trip, in one of the lofts, and ended up booking them again for the end of our trip, this time in a two bedroom cabin on the lake. We absolutely loved it there. The staff are friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Communication via whatsapp was excellent. The cabins are beautiful - the decor is stunning, everything is clean, kitchen is fully equipped, the wood pellet heater is easy to use and very effective. This is honestly one of the best places we have stayed at. The lofts are located near reception, on a cliff overlooking the lake (view of trees and lake) and just a 5min walk (or 1min drive) from the lake. Each loft has its own private garden with a deck and hot tub. We didn't use the hot tub but I'm sure it's wonderful! One thing to note is that two lofts share a wall, and you can sometimes hear your neighbour, but it didn't bother us. The environment is wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The two bedroom cabin we stayed in is on the beach, just a few metres from the lake. Again, beautifully decorated, clean, layout is perfect. It was amazing sitting on the deck and having a coffee/beer while enjoying the view! We also had a refreshing swim every day we stayed there. The location: 15min drive from Puerto Varas. Cala Meli is perfectly situated to go exploring - we visited Osorno Volcano, Vicente Perez national park, Alerce Andino national park and Frutillar. You are a 5-10min drive from some great restaurants/cafes and a minimarket. It's a good idea to stop in Puerto Varas on your way to stock up on groceries if you plan to cook. (Speaking of food - the breakfast basket is fantastic, try to have it at least once). We were very glad that we stayed a little bit out of Puerto Varas - perfect if you are looking for peace, quiet, nature and don't mind a little bit of driving.

Nos encantó el lugar. Todo es muy bonito, tanto la cabaña como el entorno. Todo esta muy organizado. La cabaña tiene todo lo que necesitas (sillas y mesitas para afuera, en tendero para secar ropa mojada, etc.) y hay un código QR donde comparten toda la información que podrías necesitar como servicios del lugar y recomendaciones de restaurantes, etc. La cama estuvo muy cómoda y la regadera de lujo.

El sillón es el sillón más incómodo que he usado en mi vida.

La cabaña a orillas del lago muy hermosa, limpia y con una vista espectacular.

Creo que el precio es excesivo, es una cabaña que está bien ubicada, pero no incluye desayuno ni tinaja.

Un paraíso, nada mejor que salir de la cabaña y estar en la playa. Tiene todo lo necesario, muy cómoda, linda y limpia. Hermosas vistas al lago y al volcán. Excelente experiencia con el SUP que arriendan en el lugar.

A beautiful, very cozy cabin on the lake with stunning views of Osorno Volcano. Modern design, fully equipped kitchen, and a private beach. Perfect location between Puerto Varas and Ensenada. You’ll need a car to get to the best restaurants, but it’s worth it! We loved our stay!

La cabaña era muy linda. La habitación amplia y la cama muy cómoda. Estaba muy bien equipada.La bajada a la playa era muy buena y la playa era hermosa. La tinaja muy buena.

Nosotros estuvimos en una cabaña a la que le pegaba el sol toda la tarde y al ser toda vidriada era muuuuy calurosa. No tenía aire acondicionado y aunque nos prestaron un ventilador; la verdad es que no pudimos resolver bien esa situación.

Wonderful location if you have a car as located outside Puerto Varas on the road to Osorno Volcano and Petrohue Falls. Fabulous loft cabin with your own private woodfired hot tub. Super comfortable bed and ideal for self catering

Couch could be more comfortable but otherwise great place

Incredible location, wonderful lodging. So glad we found this place. Peaceful lakefront setting with beautiful volcano view. Really nice accommodation and furnishings. We loved our stay. Highly recommend!

We zaten net achter de strandcabines. Het uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamer en terras op het meer en de Osorno vulkaan was prachtig. Prijs is aan de hoge kant in vergelijking met anderen. In Pucon betaalde we vier keer minder voor een even ruime gezellige cabana met uitzicht op de villarrica.

De vloeren mochten iets beter gekuist worden.

We LOVED it - it was truly perfect and blissful. Bed was super comfy, the loft was so cute, lots of space and everything you needed. Breakfast basket delivery was so cute, the jacuzzi was a lovely treat too. View of the volcano from the bedroom was amazing and private beach on the lake was so great. We were only supposed to stay two nights but extended for four!

Nothing, it was perfect. It is not too close to PV if you want proximity but the drive to town is lovely so we didn’t mind at all and we loved feeling a bit more remote. The walls are super thin so if you have neighbours, you can hear them (but they do ask for silence after 11pm… although our neighbours didn’t abide by that rule….)

Hosts were accommodating and attentive. They did their best to cater to our requests. The property is special and tranquil. The layout is thoughtfully designed with accessible spaces. The heating was very effective and created a cozy atmosphere. The hot tub is a great feature. One of my favourite places in Chile.

Lovely location, very welcoming and friendly staff.

Could do with some updating as felt quite worn/tired - shower room, kitchen could do with some work, and the floors were very creaky! If you go to the bathroom in the night, you wake everyone up!

The location was spectacular, with a phenomenal view of Volcán Osorno. The cabin itself was stylish and airy. We loved using the grill and the hot tub as well. The staff were lovely, attentive, and very helpful. We ordered the breakfast one morning and it was delicious, with plenty for leftovers. This was an exceptional experience!

Cala Meli was a lovely hidden gem just outside Puerto Varas with easy access to the town and also many of the sites nearby, such as Petrohue Falls and the Osorno Volcano. We stayed 7 nights and the cabana was perfect in every way, from its well thought-out décor to the fully functional galley kitchen and having laundry service on-site. Not to be missed is the lovely and abundant breakfast basket delivered to your cabana. Yanela and all the staff were so kind and responsive! Highly recommend if you want a quiet, cozy place with its own beach that includes beautiful lake views and a hot tub on the deck!

Nothing - it was lovely!

Totally exceeded expectations. The view of the volcano was magnificent. Loved being on the water. We had a very private backyard with a hot tub. The bed was very comfortable and very peaceful area situated between Puerto Varas and activities like volcano waterfall and hot springs. The property was was beautifully landscaped with flowers, they used some on the breakfast baskets. The breakfast basket is a must addition to your stay. Coffee for the French press, pastries and delicious local eggs and enough for sandwiches to make a lunch to go. Lovely stay

Great view and accomodations

A bit far from the town but still great

The staff were SO welcoming and accommodating! The laundry service was an amazing bonus so we didn’t need to go out to do laundry. The facilities are top notch and combine with the amazing staff, I recommend everyone in the area stay here!

First, compared to similar places in Chile/Puerto Varas, the price for Cala Meli is very steep. Second, we may have misread/misunderstood the description but we assumed our cabaña would have direct access to the beach/lake. Despite having booked a cabaña at the beach level, it was facing other cabañas, not the lake. Ground floor was dark and offered no view.

The cabin in Cala Meli surpassed my expectations. The decor is cool, modern and has such a cozy feel, that I instantly felt comfortable and delighted to be there. The area is a beautiful gated community, which is very private and extremely quiet. Neighbors were friendly and respectful of privacy. No one encroached on our space. While this particular cabin was on the hill. It leads to a beautiful beach with an amazing view of the lake and the Mount Orsono. It was simply spectacular and magical. Bianca and Andreas were great. Both so warm and welcoming. Quick to respond to any questions and offer assistance. I would return in an instant.
