Room Mate Cosmo - City Centre, Valencia

24/7 goede service!

Perfect location, all the staff were lovely and so helpful - super comfortable bed and great shower!

Nothing really

Staff super friendly, they gave us good tips on what to do and where to go! The bed was super comfortable and the location is perfect, we loved this place!

WiFi is very slow, even simple web search it wasn’t working.

The breakfast was great! The personnel was incredibly kind! Augustina was so nice and caring to me and my daughter that we made friends with her and exchanged gifts in the end! Everyone was up to this standard! Location is great and the rooms were extremely cleans!

Only the pillows were too big for my daugther

Location is awesome. Can’t beat that.

Air conditioning was not great. Especially with the hot humid weather, A/C was much required but it didn’t cool as per expectations.

Perfect location in a quiet place of the center, super friendly hotel staff, nice facilities (there is a streamer in the room by default)

Odlicna lokacija, osoblje usluzno. Kreveti i jastuci preudobni. Terasa na krovu odlicna 👍

The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning was powerful, and the staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly. The cleanliness of both the room and the hotel was impeccable, and the location was outstanding.

The breakfast offered limited variety, especially when it came to bread options.

Really central location, big comfortable bed, good air conditioning and staff were fantastic. We unfortunately had to leave early due to an emergency and staff were really helpful, responded to our messages quickly even at the late hour and were very kind too.

The shower wasn’t massively powerful and tiles were a little dirty but really small things

Locatie was echt top.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and made me feel right at home. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a pleasant experience. I look forward to staying here again!

Ottima pozione,hotel pulito e confortevole.Lo staff gentilissimo.Super consigliato

Personale cortese e molto disponibile.

Zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal, Obstkorb

The bed was super comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, the staff was wonderful, the breakfast was delicious, they gave us umbrellas and beach towels and a bottle of cava for my husband's birthday.

There was very little counter space, room for bags, or space in the fridge.

Spacious room with plenty of facilities including kettle, steamer, hairdryer and straighteners, mini bar etc. The welcome was friendly and helpful. Communication prior and during the stay was exceptional. Good security with a key card to open the door at night. The location is fantastic for exploring the city. We did not have breakfast but it looks great and lots of people.do options for this.

Nothing.

As other reviewers mentioned, the amenities were plentiful. We definitely appreciated that! The breakfast was good, a reasonable hotel breakfast. The workout space is on the roof patio on the top floor, which is fun, but note that this makes it largely unusable during the summer heat (especially since it is closed 10pm - 7am). The room description was quite accurate so there were no surprises there. I appreciated the staff, and the quality of the communication. The messages suggesting parking lots, for example, were quite helpful and appreciated.

Location was phenomenal. Reception were great.

The wifi was spotty.

L'aria condizionata nelle parti comuni è troppo alta..

Great location. Great Air Con ! Breakfast was very good

Fantastic staff and location. Clean areas, good elevators. Thick walls. Good AC.

King pillows were too long and too thick for sleeping. One non-decaf coffee capsule a day is too few for two adults. Shower design was not good for leaking.

Xabier was so helpful and kind. He should run his own hotel and not be tied to such bad management.

The way we were treated by management, and during checkout.

Perfect location right in the centre of Valencia. Lovely staff and choice of breakfast. Gym area is tiny but has good equipment, enough space for one person to work out at a time.

Absolutely disgusting smell filling the room each day from the aircon unit. Had to ask daily for some air freshener to mask the smell.

Very nice stay, great location at the heart of everything. Easy to get to the train

Wish there was a tram to get there but no problem

So central to everything & the market just next door - terrace was huge.

Location, boutique style, air conditioning & helpful staff.

Super lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko, pracownicy przesympatyczni, bardzo pomocni. W pokojach czysto.

Great location, comfy bed and helpful staff! Would recommend!

Excelente ubicación. Buen diseño de interiores. Personal amable.

Breakfast was great, friendly helpful staff and superb location. Loved it.

Room was small and compact but we had everything we needed.

Informative and positive staff. The customer service is exceptional.

Cost of breakfast.

The gym Friendly staff Location

Beğenmediğim bir şey yok. Sadece kahvaltı her gün çeşitli şekilde değiştirilebilirdi.

Mycket trevligt hotell mitt i centrala Valencia.

Excellent and friendly service, really clean room and perfect location!

Ottima posizione, colazione molto ricca, personale cordiale e paziente.

La posizione in pieno centro

Colazione con pochi prodotti di qualità

De locatie is perfect. Echt midden ni het oude centrum

We stayed at Room Mate Cosmo as a group of four friends (two couples) and booked two double rooms. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was excellent. We honestly can't rate this hotel just 10 out of 10—it deserves much more! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with great beds and daily housekeeping. The hotel itself is stylish, cozy and has a beautiful terrace where it was lovely to enjoy a coffee in the morning or relax in the evening. Breakfast was delicious. The selection was similar every day, but there was plenty of choice and everything was fresh and tasty. We also loved that breakfast was served until 12:00. Free coffee, fruit and pastries were available all day, which was a really nice touch. The location couldn't be better. The hotel is right in the city centre, next to the Central Market, so you can simply walk out and start exploring Valencia. If you want to spend a day at the beach, there is a bus stop nearby with direct buses to both the main city beach and quieter beaches. The biggest reason we loved Room Mate Cosmo was the staff. Every single person was friendly, welcoming and genuinely cared about the guests. We often went down to the lobby not only for a coffee, but also just to talk with them. They always had a smile, made us feel at home and created such a warm atmosphere. It is the people who made this hotel truly special and made us fall in love with it. If we ever return to Valencia, we will definitely stay at Room Mate Cosmo again. Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so wonderful!

Location was fantastic, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful. Rooms were large and comfortable. I loved that they provided a bottle of water each day.

The location was brilliant - very near to all the main sites in the old town. Easy to get a bus from there to other places like the beach, arts and science centre and shopping centres. Service at the hotel was really good - staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were comfortable and very clean and the air conditioning worked really well. Enjoyed my stay there - would definitely go there again.

Nothing - it was all good.

Das Frühstück war gut, die Lage hervorragend. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Really enjoyed our stay - the room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great in the old part of the city, 2 minutes from the central market. We hired bikes through the hotel which was easy and a good way to get around the city. We had breakfast one day which was plentiful. Overall, a great stay and would recommend for a stay in the lovely city of Valencia!

Grazie davvero!

Nulla, tutto perfetto! Grazie

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided us with beach towels, guides and allowed us to hold our bags and luggage after check-out. Highly recomand the place as it is close to public transportation turistic attractions and great restaurants.

Jesica and Tonis could not have done more to make our stay special. They really made it.

Sparkling clean, great location, team exceptionally efficient

I liked that the hotel was very central, at the central market, close to everything you need, the bed was very big and comfortable, we had all the amenities in the room, the staff was amazing and helpful.

Nothing i didnt like, the room is a bit small but that is to be expected if you want to stay in the city center. Nothing of a huge issue

The location was perfect, it is central to everything you could want. The staff: Jessica, Augustina, Xabier, and Tonis were super kind, accommodating, and helpful with recommendations and assisting with booking reservations. Fantastic location and staff were wonderful. Tonis provided many suggestions for our stay, and chatted at length about culture and environment. Was very engaging!
