staff and service. specially the front desk, whenvthey took my bags from the car with a big trolly . I ask front desk where my bags he said go search for them in the room beside the main door. I go there and nobody there . I return back to him , he said wait they may come. after sonetime he call them and they come. I stay infront of desk for more than 10 minutes. !! waiting for my bags.

Just a nice place

An excellent stay at this beautiful property, ideally located right on the Corniche, which was lovely to walk along in the early mornings and evenings. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, and the property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend staying here.

I really enjoyed my stay at InterContinental Jeddah. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with an excellent mattress that gave me some of the best sleep I’ve had in a hotel. I also loved that they serve Turkish coffee with breakfast — a small detail, but something you don’t find very often in hotels nowadays. As I was celebrating my birthday, I was pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary cake and fruit waiting for me. It was a lovely and thoughtful gesture, which I believe I have Mr. Bader, who checked me in, to thank for. It made my stay even more special.

The location is great with it being located near Jeddah prom. The hotel itself is great with friendly staff. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds. Pillow menu also available. The pool is great with some parts being 3m deep and others <0.5m. Buffet Breakfast provided is fantastic. would Stay again.

The hotel was very damp. It triggered my allergies. It was so cold that we couldn’t on the Ac and was shivering through out the night in summer.

The cleanness of the hotel, the staff were very friendly, beds were comfy and the breakfast was great with lots of food choice from different cultures.

The swimming pool wasn't in operation due to maintenance and we never told in advance otherwise I'd choose another hotel, also the WIFI connection was very poor during our stay.

موقع الفندق جميل جدا واطلالة على البحر واللوبي جميل والمداخل فخمة وتوفر عدة مرافق وخدمة الغرف لاباس بها

لايوجد غرف متصلة واثاث الغرف جدا قديم ومتهالك ويوجد غرف على مستوين مستوى محدث ومستوى قديم للأسف ويوجد مقهى مع الشيشة وهذا لايتوافق مع فندق بهذا المستوى والنادي والمسبح منطقة حارة جدا والمفترض المدربين نساء بحكم اغلب الموجودين اطفال وعوائل

الموقع رائع و فندق خمس نجوم بمعنى الكلمة اشكر موضف الاستقبال عبدالاله الذي بذل جهدا لتوفير غرفة اطفالي لتكون بجاني و كذلك الاستاذ اسلام اللذي لبى طلب سرير إضافي بدون مقابل كهدية من الاوتيل و الفطور روعة و كذلك طلبات الروم سيرفس

It was a lovely spacious room. Although a little dated. Lovely staff and very helpful.

The breakfast was amazing and really stood out! The kids’ breakfast corner was a lovely touch. The bed was large and comfortable, and the outdoor pool was nice.

The hotel is quite old and doesn’t seem to have been renovated. Unfortunately, the room was not clean at all. Even the bed cover didn’t feel clean, and the spoons had some coffee residue on them, as if they had already been used. This was very disappointing and definitely not the standard I would expect from a hotel of this level.

كانت التجربة للاسف مخيبه للامال من قبل الفندق ومن قبل بوكينق حصل خطا بسيط في عدد الضيوف وتواصلت مع بوكينق وللاسف لم يتم حل المشكله وحاولت في الفندق ان يتفهم الوضع ولكن للاسف طلب دفع مبالغ وهذا الشي قمت برفضة بوكينق لقد خيبت املي في ان يتم تعويضي بسبب الخطا الذي اصر خدمة عملاء بوكينق إنه خطأي 😣

The location of the hotel is excellent. The ambiance, and the overall outlook of the hotel is very nice and aesthetically pleasing Some people complain about old rooms but the rooms are pretty good and very comfortable, especially pillows Staff was good, especially Mr Majed Sultan, at the reception desk. He went out of the way to accommodate us.

We asked for an iron and it took them 1.5 hours to provide one, that too which was non functional with a broken table. The only downside of our entire stay.

Excellent séjour à l’InterContinental Jeddah. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, et le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse. Un merci particulier à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et son accueil chaleureux. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Le seul petit point à noter est que les commerces, cafés et attractions ne sont pas tous accessibles à pied. Il faut souvent utiliser un taxi ou uber pour se déplacer facilement. Cependant, l’emplacement reste pratique pour découvrir Jeddah.

النظافه وجمال المكان

حجم الغرفه صغير جداً وابلغتهم اني عريس وان يهتمو بالاستقبالي بالغرفه ولاكن دخلنا ولم اجد اي ضيافه او استقبال

للأسف أنا جدا مستاءة من زيارتي لهم. دخلت الغرفة وكانت مو نظيفة ابدا، وصخة وصخة، فيها بقايا أكل، والحمام بعد كان وصخ! حتى أخلاق العاملين بشكل عام كانت سيئة، موظفين مطعم الفطور خصوصا الموظفين ( من الجنسية المصرية ) ، كان تعاملهم جدا سيئ ويحسسونك كأنهم هم اللي دافعين لك 😭🤣 مع إنك داخل بفلوسك ومحد له منة عليك! وبرضو موظفين الـClub أخلاقهم سيئة، ما عدا بنديكت، كان محترم ومتعاون. ولما خبرتهم عن وصخ الغرفة، عوضتني الأخت وعد الشهري بدخول الـClub، وما قصرت جزاها الله خير. بشكل عام تجربتي ما كانت جيدة، وفي زيارتي الجاية لجدة ما راح أسكن عندهم مرة ثانية.

I liked the hotel’s location, the quiet atmosphere, and the friendly and welcoming staff

The cleanliness could be improved. The breakfast buffet was below expectations. There were no USB-C phone chargers available, the TVs were not smart TVs, and most of the parking spaces were uncovered

في هذه التجربة اولا الغرفة اللي عطوها لنا كانت فيها عدة إشكالية اولا التلفون ما كان شغال وكان صعب اغير الغرفة لان كنت خلاص مرتبين اغراضنا ثانيا الجدران فيها عفن واضح وخوفي يكون اثار بق الفراش لانه نفس الشكل والاثاث حالتها جدا عادية وشبه قديمة وثالثا روم سيرفرس في الاستجابة في سرعه رد لكن مافي سرعه تنفيذ طلبنا ضيافة الفواكه مثلا من ساعه 4 وجاتنا ساعه 6 تقريبا مع اتصالين للتذكير وفيش المني بار ما كان شغال كنت اقوم افصل حق اللمبة عشان اسوي شاهي وارجع افصل المني بار عشان اشبك اللمبة سالفه والتلفون اللي جنب السرير ما اعرف كيف طول الاقامة ماكانت شغالة وقبل خروجنا تصلح واشتغل

Ich war zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Es liegt zentral an der Corniche mit diversen Restaurants in der Nähe. Zwar ist das Hotel schon etwas älter, aber trotzdem noch repräsentativ. Besonders die Lobby macht einen herrschaftlichen Eindruck. Die Zimmer haben alles, was man benötigt. Der Check-in war wie immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Beim Frühstück ging das Team die extra Meile, da man mir spezielle Milch besorgt hat.

Das letzte Mal wurde das Frühstück in einem anderen Raum serviert. Da war es deutlich umfangreicher. Ich denke, dies ist aufgrund der Sommerzeit so.

Elegant, relaxed, friendly

Stayed a few nights at this hotel. Excellent experience with wonderful and very friendly staff. Manager Mohammed Salah and Reception staff especially Muhammed made our stay very comfortable and very welcoming. Strongly recommend this hotel. The food was clean very tasty and extremely tasty.

Everything in my room was too old , needed maintenance and my bed mattress was too soft and uncomfortable for my back although I requested a firm mattress when booked my room
