Bien situé, dans un quartier chic, pas loin du centre de Bruxelles. Accessible en metro et tram. Établissement paisible, loin de fortes affluences de Bruxelles. Très propre, personel sympatique. Idéal pour les personnes qui aiment le calme et la sobriété.

Localisation. Personnel très agréable.

N.est pas un vrai 5 étoiles. Mobilier vieillissant et mal entretenu. Hôtel tape à l’oeil. Télévision ancien modèle et peu de chaînes. Réception avec personnel sympa mais insuffisant. Petit dèjeuner servi avec produits de qualité bas de gamme. Rapport qualité prix très défavorable.

Hotel met klassieke details, heerlijk groot bed, schone kamer (premium) met bank en bureau, airco. Direct parkeren naast het hotel, met lift vanuit parkeergarage in het hotel (parkeerplaats wel vooraf reserveren) locatie, vriendelijk personeel, voldoende keus met ontbijt.

Douchen in bad, niet geschikt voor lange personen.

Não gostei do quarto, tinha uma janela que não podia ser aberta e tinha um edredão demasiado quente para a época. A casa de banho tinha uma banheira demasiado alta e o amaciador era de péssima qualidade. A rececionista que fez o check in e o check out era antipática e parecia amuada.

La ubicación es excelente. El metro está justo en la puerta y en pocas paradas llegas al centro. Todo el personal es muy amable y atento. La limpieza es fantástica. La cama y las almohadas, excelentes

Le style

The location of the hotel is amazing, next to tram and metro, and in a lovely neighbourhood. The staff was very kind, welcoming and efficient. Very comfortable to have parking at the hotel. Room was spacious and nice, with views to the boulevard.

It would be great if they added electric charging in the parking and USB plugs to the rooms.

Krásný hotel s příjemnou atmosférou. Na skvělém místě, stanice metra/tramvaje pár metrů. Možnost parkování. Milý a vstřícný personál.

Unvorteilhaft und nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist allerdings die Dusche in der Badewanne. Auch fehlt für Menschen mit geringem Handicap ein Haltegriff für den sicheren Einstieg in die Wanne.

Perfect location close to the Montgomery Metro station. Very nice Junior Suite room with a big terrace. Breakfast had everything we expected. The staff was really great. Professional and very friendly.

Wir waren wegen des BTS Konzerts in der Stadt und haben das Hotel ehrlich gesagt nur deshalb gewählt, weil es eines der wenigen war, das noch freie Zimmer hatte. ^^ Es hat unsere Erwartungen aber wirklich erfüllt! Zum einen ist die Lage super, denn gleich vor dem Hotel befindet sich die Metro Station "Montgomery" und von dort ist man wirklich schnell im Zentrum. Außerdem ist auch gleich eine Tram Station nebenan. Rund um das Hotel ist es sehr ruhig und wir haben uns in der Gegend sehr sicher gefühlt. Zum Flughafen braucht man per Taxi ca. 20 Minuten und mit Öffis ca. 40 Minuten. Das King Baudouin Stadion erreicht man in ca. 30-45 Minuten per Öffis. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Das Bett war riesig und sehr bequem, so auch die Kissen. Auch das Badezimmer war schön und es gab einen Föhn sowie kostenlose Zahnbürsten + Zahnpasta. An manchen Stellen hätte es für ein 5* Hotel aber etwas sauberer sein können. Das Personal war übrigens ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob der Preis wirklich gerechtfertigt ist. Aufgrund des Konzerts waren die Hotelpreise in ganz Brüssel extrem hoch und auch wenn es sich hierbei um ein 5*-Hotel handelt, fand ich den Preis nicht ganz angemessen (ca. EUR 470,- für 2 Nächte exkl. Frühstück, 2 Personen). Nichtsdestotrotz hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und ich kann das Hotel wirklich weiterempfehlen. :)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ J’ai séjourné deux fois à l’Eurostars Montgomery à Bruxelles, et à chaque fois j’ai été très satisfait de mon expérience. L’hôtel est élégant, confortable et très bien situé. Les chambres sont propres et agréables, et le personnel est toujours accueillant, professionnel et disponible. Le fait que je sois revenu une deuxième fois en dit beaucoup sur la qualité de l’hôtel. J’ai passé de très bons séjours et je n’hésiterai pas à y retourner lors de mon prochain passage à Bruxelles. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The rooms were spacious and clean, we had a triple room and it was large enough.

There was a single left in the hotel and it was slow, we often had to wait.

La suite junior en el 8vo piso (ascensor sube hasta el 7mo) era fantastica, comodisima, amplia, limpia. Un baño muy comodo. el desayuno fue buenisimo. La señorita que atendia en el desayuno (lamento no recordar su nombre. Es de origen chino) tan pero tan amable y sonriente !!!!! Todos los chicos de la recepcion tambien super amables !!. La ubicacion del hotel no puede ser mejor con la Estacion Montgomery frente al hotel !!!

Si bien no es grave pero el gym es bastante chico y encerrado.

J'ai apprécié les petites attentions en chambre pour se faire pardonner de n'avoir pas pu m'installer dans le suite réservée. Le style de l'hôtel est agréable. J'ai aimé le calme et le confort de la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet est varié, copieux et chacun peut y trouver son bonheur.

Le fait d'être prévenu moins d'une heure avant mon arrivée à l'hôtel que la suite réservée n'était plus "techniquement" apte à être occupée. Je regrette de ne pas avoir pu profiter de la terrasse avec la belle vue en hauteur que proposait la suite. Pour compenser le désagrément, il m'a été proposé une autre chambre, avec une réduction de 50%, mais cette réduction a été appliquée sur le prix de la suite et non sur le prix de la chambre réellement occupée. J'ai réglé 50% du prix de la suite à savoir 105 € et j'ai été installé dans une chambre à +/-135 € (offre saisonnière). Nous sommes, donc, plus sur une réduction de 25% que 50 %. Au moment de régler, je n'ai pas signalé l'erreur car je ne m'en suis pas rendu compte immédiatement.

La manutenzione generale dell'edificio e della nostra stanza. Le buste della spazzatura proprio nei pressi dell'entrata dell'hotel (un cinque stelle, di suppone!)

A reggeli finom és változatos volt. A szobák kényelmesek, a felszereltség nagyon jó. A fürdőszoba is tetszett. Hőhullám idején voltunk ott, nagyon fontos, hogy a légkondi jól működött (ez, sajnos, nem természetes Brüsszelben, mint ahogy más kollégáktól megtudtuk). A környék nagyon jó, mindent el lehet érni innen (villamos, metró, busz).

A kollégám szobájában hallatszott valami furcsa zaj a falból, ezt a szálloda személyzetének nem sikerült megoldania (azt sem tudjuk egyébként, hogy próbálkoztak-e, mert egész nap tárgyalásokon voltunk).

Ambienti grandi e confortevoli. Personale gentile. Tutto molto curato. Posizione molto comoda
