The room had strong cigarette smell that didn't went away even after opening windows for the whole day. It was difficult to check in, as the amenity address was different from what they sent in the booking messaging system. So I got to a wrong place, the door wouldn't open and nobody answered my messages on both phone numbers that were sent to me. The entrance door was terrible and very hard to open and I injured my finger.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Good location just across Wageningen Bus Station. Proactive staff communicating by email. Easy online check in and out. Spacious studio, not too noisy even though you can hear other guests at times.
No house keeping during your stay and you’re expected to clean at the end and to remove your trash. This is fine but not when you pay the same price as a hotel room with housekeeping included. The mattress is too soft and uncomfortable.

En el bany no hi havia sabe de cap tipus de sabó i la connexió de wifi no permetia veure ni la televisio ni cap apliació que necesites wifi. L'horari de sortida era les 10 del matí. M'hauria agradat poder sortir més tard (12:00)

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026I stayed for 3 weeks and it covered all my daily needs and comforts. Wifi, hot water, clean toilets, enough space to put my clothes, heating, cooking.
The only thing missing is that I would prefer to be able to open the windows more in my room so I can get some fresh air in the morning.

However, the wifi does not work very well and the matress was a bit too soft for me. I also thought there were more bathrooms available. It was enough, but it is still a bit weird to share it with so many people. Plus the noises of the common areas can be heard in the rooms, which can disturb sleeping

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Grote kamer met tafel en prima stoelen. Keukenblok, grote kast. Ruime badkamer met lekkere douche. Ligt zeer centraal.
Kussens en topper met plasticlaag. Dat slaapt echt vreselijk. Ik snap het vanuit hygiene, maar je ligt de hele nacht te zweten. Echt niet fijn. Rond half 10 klopte de dame van de schoonmaak aan. Dacht dat we al weg waren en vroeg of we wel echt om 10 uur weggingen. Daarnaast onduidelijk hoe we de kamer achter moesten laten. Er stond op het briefje 'tidy and clean'. Toen ik aan de schoonmaakster vroeg wat daarmee bedoeld werd antwoordde ze iets van 'no mess, just normal cleaning'. Tja...

入り口のドアが非常に重く、直ぐに戻ってくる扉に親指を数回挟まれた。キッチンのゴミ箱は種類ごとに出せる様4つあったが、皆適当に入れてどこに入れて良いか、分かり難かった。 男女共同のシャワー室3つとトイレ個室が男女1つずつで使用に苦慮した。

We had a strange exchange with the staff after check-out. After the check-out, I received an e-mail asking us for the second key for one of the rooms. We knew we left both keys next to each other on the table, so I sent a reply saying exactly that. I received a response saying that I was correct, both keys were next to each other on the table. I found it strange to receive an e-mail asking for only one allegedly lost key when both were in the same place. It was still a very good stay, and we appreciate it was easily solved, but I would recommend future guests to take a photo of the keys before leaving so it's even clearer in case similar problems come up.

La camera aveva un odore non proprio gradevole di fumo. La temperatura dell'acqua della doccia in inverno potrebbe essere più alta e confortevole.

As toalhas de banho são super pequenas- podiam ter umas toalhas maiores! E tb podiam colocar uns sabonetes, tal como fazem com os detergentes da loiça, colocar alguma coisa para as mãos!

Reviewed Nov 4, 2025Good and convenient apartment. It was clean, the bed was comfy enough and it was right next to Wageningen bus station and the city centre. The check in and check out process was very easy.
They could have provided basic soap or shampoo, as there wasn't anything, as well as bigger towels. Only hand towels provided.

Reviewed Oct 15, 2025I really like this place due to its cleanliness and the facilities it offers. I like to stay here every time I visit Wageningen. However, this time my stay was disappointing for the reasons mentioned below.
The TV did not work because I think the remote batteries were dead. The windows in the room were difficult to open, so I struggled to get fresh air into my small room.

Nu exista lift, iar daca ai bagaje mai grele te chinui sa le urci pe scari! La baie nu am gasit sapun sau gel de dus! Unul din geamuri se inchide/ deschide destul de greu! Zgomotul stradal, îndeosebi noaptea!

The bathroom had no soap or shampoos, but that was okay. Also it was not very clear for me where I should throw my garbage. I'm mainly talking about the bins at the ground floor.

Δεν υπήρχαν καθόλου προσωπικά είδη υγιεινής (σαμπουαν, αφρόλουτρο, σαπούνι) και στις περιπτώσεις διαμονής πέραν των πέντε ημερών καλό θα ήταν να υπήρχε στο πακέτο παροχή καθαριότητας δεδομένου ότι στο κατάλυμα δεν υπήρχαν τα κατάλληλα σύνεργα για να καθαρίσει κάποιος μόνος του.
