ibis Hotel Hannover Medical Park

The staff are very friendly. However I was given a room (which was nice and cosy inside) in a building site location with major repairs ongoing. The noise of drilling directly above me woke me up just after 8am with a terrible migraine and was so loud it set off my phone warning system for loud noise. The staff said they would move me but then didn’t due to lack of availability. I think it’s dishonest to rent out rooms that are not habitable just to make money from unsuspecting guests.

Zimmer 118 scheint über der Küche zu liegen. Jedenfalls wurde die Nachtruhe durch brummen, vermutlich durch ein Kühlagregat, erheblich gestört.

Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Frühstück war appetitlich. Das Personal außerordentlich freundlich. Leider war der Pool aufgrund der kalten Außentemperaturen geschlossen.

My first experience booking a room at this hotel was very positive, thanks to the attentive and efficient reception staff. I called and spoke with a receptionist who was immediately helpful, friendly, and quick to assist with all my needs. I had been driving all night and was exhausted, looking for a place to rest. Unlike other hotels where I was put on hold and faced delays, the staff here secured my reservation in less than a 5 min I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Die Menschen die hier arbeiten sind einfach nur Zucker. War viel zu früh da und habe in der Lobby gewartet. Das Personal hat mich mit Kaffee versorgt und als ein Zimmer doch früher fertig war durfte ich eher eincheckend. Alle super freundlich. Immer wieder gerne

Comfortable bed. The bathroom was small but functional. The room was quiet, even on the street side. Breakfast was ok, all the essentials were there. Big minus is the lack of EV chargers on the otherwise quite large (but pricey) parking lot.

The hotel was quiet and ideal for a visit at MHH.

The only complain I have (also in other hotels) why is the blanket that thick and hot? it is not winter and even with AC on it was too hot.

Excellent stay at Ibis Medical Park. Clean, friendly, comfortable, easy access to Hospital if you have someone to visit there. It's my fourth time there and i couldn't recommend it enough. breakfast is so good and truly all staff very friendly and efficient!

Es war nur ein kurzer Aufenthalt,aber man kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen,. Sie hatten sogar schon die Bahnverbindung zum Messegelände ausgehangen. Frühstück war toll

Room was a good size, good shower, nice reception.

The reason we booked this hotel was because they show that they have a pool. But they don't have any facilities at all. We felt cheated because the pool is not in that hotel. It is in a hotel next door but you can use it. Though the personal from that hotels restaurant were not that friendly so we felt like intruders. Will not visit again.

Eine sehr freundliche Begrüßung am Empfang, schneller und unkomplizierter Check-in. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und das Preis-Leisungs-Verhältnis passt. Das Bett war sehr bequem und sonst war alles sauber und in Ordnung.

The room was clean, fast check in, nice staff, small but delicious breakfast.

The room was stuffy and noisy as it was on the street side, parking too expensive.

18 Euro for breakfast is a really a way to high price setting for a hotel in this range.

I am very satisfied with this Hotel. checked in late and it was no problem, no problem finding parking and it is secure. will definitely come back

Fantastiskt bra hotell. Andra gången jag bodde där. Kom efter 24.00 men det var inga problem att checka in. Gott om parkeringsplatser fanns det också. Är super nöjd

No hot water for tea and coffee in the room The shower basin drainage was not working properly (accumulating water) making the shower not enjoyable

We went to stay close to the hospital and just for a quick night sleep. It's a good location for that purpose and was adjusted to what we were expecting. Bathroom is good and size of the room is also good.

All the staff were very nice and helpfull

The hotel was quiet and clean with an acceptable room size.

The housekeeping staff did not respond to my request and left my room for the day after. This is not acceptable, and specifically, my request was given early in the morning.

The swimming pool in the adjacent hotel was a real bonus and the restaurant was also great. Sharing facilities was a fantastic use of space. The team from arrival and for breakfast were of an impeccably high standard.

Pool use from other hotel but great. Hotel staff amazing. Breakfast great, including a waffle making station, nice for the kids. We travelled with a family and had rooms next to each other that connect. Great service
