Habia rentado en la seccion de fiesta club dinde hay bocadillos en el piso de arriba. Y los muy codos no ponian como tal. Solo 1 playo con 6 sandwiches para todo un piso. En la reservacion decia que venia desayuno buffet incluido. Y cuando baje me lo cobraron que porque solo incluian fruta . Engañan a la gente con eso.

Habitación no limpia al 100%, hubo cucarachas vivas dentro de la habitación, las cajas de las amenidades vacías, sin tapete de seguridad para la regadera, teléfono de la habitación no funcionó, además se escuchaba toooodddooooo lo de la habitación contigua, además del ruido de la calle. Lamentable situación.

Hubo una confusión desagradable... nuestra reserva decía "desayuno incluido", pero en la recepción nos dijeron que ese desaryuno era tipo "continental", lo cual no puede ser porque Booking lo especificaría claramente, el precio de un desayuno continental es minimo comparado con la diferencia en precio de una habitación con o sin desayuno... despues de una breve discusión, la gerente del hotel amablemente nos "concedio" los desayunos bufette para nosotros... sugiero que aclaren bien este tema, ya sea en la reservación o con el hotel

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025We booked a different hotel and days before our trip we received a call that the hotel was overbooked. Was pretty upset because the hotel had already charged us for the reservation, but with Expedia they helped us with finding another hotel also in the same area(downtown area). The fiesta americana was a bet more pricey than the one we reserved in the first place but because of the inconvenience they respected the prices we had already paid. This hotel is a bit older but is still in very good condition and has a very vintage look. We loved that it was easy to check in and out and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was very nice and friendly always greeted you and offered to help if they saw you with bags. There was one thing that I did not like, that there was no mini fridge in each room. Although it’s not a big issue, they did offer to place anything in there main fridge, but would have to ask the front desk.
