L'hôtel est bien placé au bord de la mer,proche de la ville. Propreté, rien à dire. Personnel sympa,salle de petit déjeuner jolie.

Mais il est dit qu'il y a un parking, en fait 4 places a réserver a l'avance ! Pas de clim,pas d'ascenseur avec un escalier etroit et pentu. Chambre de luxe achetée mais minuscule,pas possible de se déplacer ,pas de chaise ni de fauteuil. Sdb minuscule aussi. Ceci ne vaut pas 3* et le prix payé.

Relativ weit weg von der Altstadt und wir hatten leider kein Zimmer mit Meerblick, haben's aber überlebt. Parkplätze sind auch limitiert und müssen im Vorfeld reserviert werden. Trotzdem fanden wir in der direkten Umgebung einen Gratisplatz

Not value for money. A very small room, no air conditioning, no lift and parking is a nightmare unless you are lucky enough to have booked a space. The bathroom was tired and in need of a refurbishment. For the price I paid I expected a bigger and more comfortable room.

It’s a lovely, small hotel that’s right in the promenade and beach and it has a very chilled atmosphere. And it’s located far enough away from the main city centre to be quiet, away from the crowds. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the breakfasts. Had onsite car parking.

Parking is quite difficult unless you have paid for the limited onsite car parking.

The staff were lovely,especially the lady at reception on 6 .9.26. The position overlooking the beach was great. The food was v good.

Not family friendly lots of stairs, no high chair in the breakfast room. We had to wait a bit for a room as the previous guests left late. They said they had to clean the floor. See pictures how well they cleaned it. They forgot to give us towels. We had to go and ask for them. They also forgot the cot for our baby. Lady than turned up with a cot. She had no idea how to set it up ( which is fine we have routine in it) but it was missing a part so we had to go and ask for it. There was a door leading into our room, but no handle on our side. People turned on the lights on the other side in the middle of the night waking up the kids. We tried to put pillows at the door to block the light as per picture.

Tja, wo soll ich anfangen: das Zimmer war sehr klein, es war staubig, wir müssten das Personal darauf aufmerksam machen, dass nach der "Reinigung" ein Handtuch fehlte und das Duschgel leer war. Es war nach der "Reinigung" genau so staubig wie davor. Betten machen hieß die Decke über alles darüber schlagen! Das Frühstück war relativ mau. Um eine Tasse Tee aus dem Kaffeeautomat zu bekommen müsste man die Tasse schräg halten und füllte damit automatisch die Hälfte in die Untertasse des Automaten usw. Kein Lift, keine Hilfe beim Koffertragen. Bei der Abreise nachdem ich die Koffern bereits 2 Stockwerke hinunter getragen habe kam ein, "oh, benötigen sie Hilfe". 😂 Kein Safe am Zimmer usw. Also für alle bei denen die Lage zählt gut, ansonsten ...

Die Lage mit Balkon zum Meer ist ein Traum. Auf der Promenade ist es abends schön ruhig, so dass man zum Einschlafen nichts als das Rauschen der Wellen hört. Ebenso der Ausblick vom Frühstücksraum ist fantastisch. Schön ist, dass es ein vergünstigtes Frühstück für Kinder gibt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Das Bad müsste leider dringend grundlegend saniert werden. Beim Frühstück wäre die Möglichkeit ein frisches Omelette oder Spiegelei zu bekommen schön gewesen.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est incroyable. Petit déjeuner parfait et très bien tenu, par du personnel très aimable.

Les chambres ne sont pas prêtes à 15h10 quand nous arrivons, on nous propose de prendre un verre en attendant, le verre est facturé … et on nous oublie… c’est une heure plus tard quand je demande des nouvelles de nos chambres que l’on se souvient de nous. Pas de serviettes dans une des deux chambres, et une des deux est horriblement chaude, sous les toits et mal isolée, et très petite pour le prix.

Das Hotel hat ein schöne Lage direkt an der Promenade. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Die Organisation ist etwas chaotisch. Wir mussten beinahe eine Stunde (nach Check-in Zeit von 15:00) warten, bis wir das Zimmer beziehen konnten weil es noch gereinigt werden musste. Dann waren aber immer noch "jemandes" schwarze haare auf dem Kopfkissen. Beim Auschecken war niemand an der Rezeption (auch kein Hinweis wo zu finden) - also haben wir unsere Karte dort abgelegt. Eine Stunde später wurde uns hinterher telefoniert, weil wir noch die Kurtaxe von etwas über 4 € zahlen sollten. Da wurde erwartet, dass wir Kreditkarten-Infos mal eben per Mail verschicken. Unterm Strich ist das Personal aber sehr nett!

De plek.. prachtig. Direct aan zee en de boulevard van Saint-Malo. We hadden een luxe zeezicht kamer met een klein balkon. Vriendelijk personeel.

Alles was oké alleen de badkamer is verouderd.

Une belle découverte sur le sillon, une vue magnifique, un bel hôtel, assez simple mais joliment décoré, une chambre confortable avec un petit balcon vue mer. Le service est très sympathique souple et serviable et le petit déjeuner très bien. Bref nous y retournerons. Les Aperol Spritz sont très bons, c'est aussi une surprise agréable.

Purtroppo all’arrivo abbiamo avuto una brutta sorpresa: la camera de luxe vista mare prenotata e pagata non c’era e ci hanno dato una soluzione nettamente inferiore. La ragazza alla reception non è stata per nulla collaborativa, anzi la potrei definire maleducata e infastidita dalle mie rimostranze, accusandomi di essere aggressiva e di dover aspettare il giorno dopo per parlare con la responsabile. Aggiungo che è stata pure fastidiosa a permetterci di parcheggiare la moto nel parcheggio dell’hotel (tra l’altro vuoto) per il tempo necessario a scaricare le borse. La camera era oltre che minuscola aveva pure il bagno sporco (ciocca di capelli nella doccia)e alle nostre ulteriori rimostranze , in modo piccato ha risposto che lei non era la cameriera. Nottata orrenda senza doccia. La mattina ero Prontissima ad un ulteriore scontro con la direttrice che però non c’era, ma al suo posto c’era AURORE, una signora meravigliosa che al mio racconto e al disappunto, si è scusata in primis e poi in due minuti mi ha proposto una nuova stanza della categoria pagata precedentemente e ha fatto spostare tutti i nostri bagagli. Nel complesso l’hotel è molto carino, sulla spiaggia di Sillon con una vista pazzesca (la spiaggia appare e scompare a seconda delle maree). Se vi danno la camera con terrazzino vista mare è una meraviglia, altrimenti un po’ meno. Buona colazione ma la vera ricchezza è la cortesia di AURORE, che ringrazio di cuore

Una piccola chicca sulla spiaggia di sillon a 25 min a piedi dalle mura della città. Camere piccole e bagni un po’ vecchi ma la posizione e la vista sono impagabili.

It wasn’t value for money. The breakfast was good but expensive and no cooked options. The drinks were over priced. The bedroom was good but bathroom/toilet very dated, no soap provided on one night, really small towels and shower had half a screen so water went all over floor.

The terrace attached to the basement room was nice, although not at all private as it was literally right next to the bar tables. Location on the beach was great - we stay in this area every year.

We did not get the room that we paid (a lot) for. We booked a Deluxe Double Family room with sea view and instead were given a basement room with no (well if you stood on a chair) sea view, but access to a small terrace that did have a 'sea view'. The receptionist who greeted us when we arrived was extremely rude and unhelpful.

Beste Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade. Eines der wenigen Hotels hier mit eigener Terrasse zum Strand hin. Frühstück auf der Terrasse zum Strand hin möglich, abends auch Drinks und Snacks. Sehr scharmantes kleines Hotel direkt am Strand und doch etwas außerhalb der großen Touristenmassen. Frühstücksbereich liebevoll gestaltet- "sehr französisch"

Stiegenhaus ist sehr eng, Personen mit Beeinträchtigung dürften es schwer haben. Zimmerservice war zwar sehr freundlich, wirkte aber eher ein bisschen wie Ferialpraktikanten. Vorsicht vor den Möwen, die klauen das Frühstück weg!

Die Unterkunft ist toll gelegen - das Hotel hat einen direkten Zugang zum Strand und die Altstadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Zudem ist das Frühstück ausgewogen und der Frühstücksbereich sowohl drinnen als auch draußen sehr einladend.

Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss (Deluxe Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick), welches sich fast schon in einer Art Hinterkammer befindet und direkt an den Außenbereich grenzt. Dadurch war absolut keine Privatsphäre gegeben. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Einen Roomservice gab es trotz Schild, welches wir immer wieder an die Tür gehangen haben, erst, als wir explizit darum gebeten haben. Das Personal könnte teils etwas freundlicher und aufmerksamer sein.

Op zaterdagavond was om 20:15 het avondeten op, wij konden dus daar niet avondeten. Het personeel gaf aan dat alles op was. Geen eieren de tweede dag bij het ontbijt. Waren ook op. Tweede dag geen kamer schoonmaak. Instructie opgevolgd en de handboeken op de grond gelegd zodat ze vervangen konden worden maar dat was dus ook niet gebeurd. Moesten naar de receptie voor nieuwe handdoeken. Toiletpapier ook niet aangevuld.

Great spot right on the Sillon seafront - lovely view, comfortable room, and a nice restaurant to sit and work in. In the end the team found us a parking spot in their facility after our 8-hour drive, which saved the day.

Reception's first reaction to the parking question was a flat 'no' before they eventually solved it - more solution-minded (and multilingual) service from the start would have avoided the stress. Once that was settled, everything else about the stay was smooth.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing, especially considering the price of almost €200 per night. The room was extremely small, with barely enough space for our luggage. There was not even enough space to hang two bath towels. Since the hotel is located close to the sea, you would expect at least some practical space to dry beach towels or swimwear, but there was nowhere to do so. There were also several maintenance and service issues. The soap dispenser was empty after just two uses and was never refilled during our entire three-day stay. One of the electrical sockets could not be used because a board in front of it blocked access. The room was also very noisy, as the door did not seal properly. The shower door was another issue: when we closed it, it would open at another point, making it difficult to use properly. We were given two paper cups when we arrived, but these were never replaced during our three-day stay. Overall, the room did not feel properly maintained or serviced. The reception experience was also disappointing. We arrived before check-in time and understand that the room may not have been ready yet, but we felt that we were essentially just sent away because we were too early, rather than being offered any helpful alternative or a welcoming solution. Parking was another problem. The hotel website indicates that parking is available, but there were very few parking spaces, making it difficult to find one. The only real positive aspect is the location, which is conveniently close to the beach. For almost €200 per night, we expected a much higher standard of comfort, maintenance and service. The price is simply not justified by what the hotel offers.

Wunderschönes Zimmer, sah aus wie frisch renoviert- für uns 4 perfekt aufgeteilt in 2 Schlafräume, Bad und WC (getrennt) in der Mitte. Das Personal sehr nett und bemühte sich meine mangelnden Französischkentnisse mit Englisch und Handy auszugleichen :) Die Lage ist wirklich ein Traum: unser Zimmer hatte einen kleinen privaten Bereich auf der wundervollen Terasse dabei. Wir durften dort auch das gute Frühstück genießen. 3 Schritte vom Strand entfernt und ein kleiner Spaziergang nach St. Malo- besser geht es nicht. Wir werden noch lange davon schwärmen!
